  Hello Calogan, please download and install firefox, follow these steps:

  1. download a copy of the latest http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html firefox (dmg full package)

  2. Trash , install the current application of Firefox to do a cleaning.

  3. install the version you downloaded.

  Do not select to delete your personal data, your profile data is stored in the Firefox profile folder, so you will not lose your bookmarks or other personal data.

• I use Firefox 32 and OSX 10.7.5 suddenly hyperlinks in the Mail won't open in Firefox - it climbs to Firefox but nothing opens.

  I'm sure that I used hyperlinks in the Mac Mail program since I upgraded to Firefox 32. A few days ago, when I clicked on a link in an email, it goes to Firefox but no new tab with a web page opens. If I close Firefox, then toast on the link in mail, Firefox opens with the desired web page. I checked that Firefox is my default browser. I opened in safe mode. I have reset default Firefox. I tried the links from multiple messages. Nothing changes this problem. I have not downloaded additional software since the upgrade to Firefox 32. I'm puzzled.

  OK, after reset once again the default browsers (turns off and back on) and restarted my computer, the problem seems to have resolved itself. Thank you.

• How can I get the tabs work? Nothing opens in a new tab.

  I can't use new tabs. I use the right click and "Open in New Tab" and the tab is there but focus does not switch on it. I can right-click on the tab and "Open in New Window" but not a new tab. If I close the first tab, left, opens the tab blurred, unavailable, but then, that's the only tab open.

  But, when I had this problem of "Tab" until I remembered a solution that mentioned something about Java or Java Script being involved. The plugin test page showed no tampon() of Java.

  So, I went on the Java/Oracle site and downloaded and implemented to update Java. Later that night, I had a complete joy with tabbed browsing in Firefox v.9.0.1.

  Problem is solved.

  This is a photo I'd remove downloading a resume, then it would be re appear and multiply. I would like to delete. then a friend told me the emails I send would not contain the image.  multiplied and is photo appeared on my desk at the top of the page under programs. I deleted the picture with the program. I found the picture in the Viewer windows. and Photo Viewer cannot open, go figure.  I can only imagine what I sent, this does not sound remotely familiar.  I have windows 7 Professional x 86 any ideas? I don't know even where the photo came... Adobe photo shop and image ready didn't open it.

  Method 1
  I suggest you perform the clean boot in order to check whether a third-party program is causing the problem. The following link will help you perform the clean boot.

  Note: Configure the computer in normal mode.

  b. on the general tab, click the Normal startup option and then click OK.

  c. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

  Method 2

  I scanned my computer with a free version of malwarebytes anti-malware in safe mode (which has been very good to me in the past), deleted all the bad things and now my pc is 'clean', but for 3 or 4 days now, I not was able to open something having to do with microsoft office, when I click on Word for example , it will open a saying small window not found application. I found my way around that, but need me 10 minutes, every time I want to open one of my documents.

  The real problem is other applications I have such as windows movie maker, invoices and estimates pro and malwarebytes himself, do any work when I click it will tell me what I want to open it with and shows a bunch of names, I tried all of them and we don't work.

  I need help with this situation quickly.

  While this is happening, I, in SafeMode comepleted a document on invoices and estimates pro (a program I installed for my business a long time ago) because I was told I could work on safe mode like u always do.

  I've completed and saved, the problem is printers do not work in my safe mode!

  So I tried to put this particular invoice in my USB but the program woulnt let me.

  And then I tried to put the whole program into my USB, but then when I tried to open it I had the same situation with not be able to fing something to open it with! ???

• Nothing does not open

  Nothing opens except firefox google's main search page. I try and google something or go to another site, and it will not even try to load. Even in the other tabs it will not load. It stopped working after I did a scan for virus with malwarebytes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

  I solved the problem. Someone installed a program called sendori, and making strange things happen to my internet. Uninstalled and everything taken care of. Thanks for the help though.

• Nothing is open in AM until I have manually restart

  Every morning when I come to my office, nothing opens and I me MSDOE. DLL, not enough errors memory etc. and any program errors. I can not even go to the Control Panel, or start the Task Manager. I can't even stop in the start menu. I have to make a stop in now the power switch on the computer for 5 seconds. I wait 30-60 seconds, power upwards and once it has fully loaded, everything works fine. Has anyone else out there has experienced a similar problem and found a solution? I'm afraid that everything that causes the problem worsen. I am running Vista Home Premium SP2 with 4g ram. I use AVG Free, Malawarebytes, Advanced System Care Pro and until recent weeks everything was fine.

• Firefox only opens, even after re - download

  I downloaded again. The suggestion given to repair the problem seems to be based on a Firefox window, and mine won't. I had a slow hourglass flashing but nothing open, now at all, nothing happens.
  I clicked on the tool troubleshooting-1. 1A - fx.xpi file and nothing opens; window, said to search the web to find a way to open it. I have tried that in the past in other situations with no good result, so I don't bother.
  For some mysterious reason, its opening after I entered in the above, but after closing, it will not re - open.
