  The serial number is platform specific. You cannot use a different platform. You have the version of the Fireworks window, so it can be installed on the windows machine. There is also no option to make an exchange of Windows platform to the Mac as CS5 is no longer supported because we went to the cloud. If you want to use the application on a Mac, then you can go for subscription of cloud.

  Acrobat IX is no longer available for download. Acrobat 9 Pro license is platform specific, so it does not work on your Mac in any case.

  Vanessac1111111111 are you able to reopen Photoshop using the steps listed in Creative Cloud help | Launch creative apps Cloud?  If this isn't the case, then I recommend using the steps listed in CC Office lists the applications as "up to date" when the no installation not to reinstall Photoshop.

  Closing or opening Photoshop Lightroom will not affect your photos.  They are still saved on your hard drive without worrying if Photoshop Lightroom is installed or not.

  I had this problem in the past, but I don't remember how I (or someone else) fixed it the last time.  Here's my situation: currently I have what appears to be a desktop computer of some time ago (there the icons/games, I used to play / remember having) but the icons are not clickable - it is as if she is part of an image.  I also noticed that when I cut my cell phone, my normal desktop goes as it should, revealing the office or the underlying image.  It shows the bar of tasks/bottom of screen and icons, I had at that moment.  There even the date and the time in the taskbar (27/10/2012, 16:16).  How can I get rid of this "extra wallpaper?

  2. are you aware of changes to the computer before the show?

  This problem normally occurs when there are conflicts of third-party program with Windows Explorer. We will analyze and identify the cause of the problem.

  a. to recycle Explorer.exe by opening Task Manager (you can use Ctrl + Shift + Esc), on the process tab, select Windows explorer.exe in the list and choosing end process.

  b. now, go to the file menu, choose new task and type explorer.exe in the Open box. Press enter and explore should restart itself.

  If the problem persists, you can perform the SFC scan to check if there is any corrupt system files.

  Once the updates are made, you can install from Store Windows 8.1.

  We're sorry, but you would not be able to update of Creative Suite 4. The reason there is no update available for version 9 of Acrobat. It is quite an old version, then you are unfortunately not eligible for updates or upgrade.
