  We get the error when you try to create a record in a custom below form. This error atleast was not made up to 3 days back.

  APP-FND-01206: this folder already exists. You have entered a duplicate value or a sequence of values that must be unique for each record.

  Tables and Forms Design

  -> tables 4A, b, c and d

  one has a primary key and the tab header (header, which is a single record) form

  b has a foreign key to one and lines are tab of the form (tab lines-> Multi lines in a block tab)

  c has a foreign key to one and 'Packaging' tab of the form (package-a a master d c and detail tab)

  d is a child of c, and in the 3rd tab.

  When we create a file, the above error is coming. Don't know what has changed.

  Can you please provide pointers right to solve this problem as soon as POSSIBLE

  Concerning

  Patches have been applied the your system?  A new version of the custom form has been released?  The order got out of sync somehow?  Is it in Production or in a Dev environment or test?  It is a difficult question to troublshoot... but here are a few questions I would ask first if I had to solve the problem.

  The second link you listed - you run the Dr FUND?  What was the results?  Have you ever read a log file of the DRA?  The best way to read it is to find errors, or in your APP - FND case and then work backwards from there to see what happened before the notification of the error.

• Cannot close the custom form R12.2.3

  Hi all

  I built a custom form in Oracle Forms Builder 10.1.2.0.2, and I registered it in Oracle EBS R12.2.3.

  My problem is that when I open the app, it is impossible to close.

  I changed the code in APP_STANDARD. CLOSE_WINDOW where I put in the IF statement following

  WND = "XXMET_HR_INDV_PERFORMANCE."

  XXMET_HR_INDV_PERFORMANCE is the name of the window, canvas and datablock.

  
  

  I also put the following code in KEY - F4, KEY-OUTPUT triggers: app_custom.close_window ('XXMET_HR_INDV_PERFORMANCE');

  
  

  In trigger PREFORM, I put: app_window.set_window_position ('XXMET_HR_INDV_PERFORMANCE', 'XXMET_HR_INDV_PERFORMANCE');

  Solution found! The FMC has been compiled through the Oracle Forms Builder(not sure this is wrong). When I compiled from the server - all works well

• Custom forms donot come after migration to R12

  Hi, experts:

  I loaded a few responsibilities to sysadmin. But when I click on any shape he doesn't etourner errors or anything. It comes to 12.1.3. Linux, db is 11.2.0.3. I can run a standard forms.

• using custom forms printing problems

  We use Photoshop CS6 13.0 64-bit.  Audio Visual Office has problems with custom forms.  When creating a custom form, save the custom form (for example, 36 X 94), connect to the printer, the printer settings won't 8.5 x 11 to 36 X 94

  Thank you for the information, please try to reset the printing preferences.

  Click file > print (hold down the space bar), so as soon as you click on print the keyboard space bar must be pressed.

  Once done, it must reset Printer preferences, then please go ahead and try to select the parameters of the printer.

• Custom form of OAF - access denied with code 400

  We get this question after the deployment of OFA custom forms in our development environment.

  Error in the apache log shows:

  [error] [client 28.1.6.95] mod_security: access denied with code 400. Pattern match. ^ ([-__ | #! = A-Za-z0-9 / :,.$()]) {0,255} ([-_ | #! = A-Za-z0-9 /:,. $ ()]) {0,255} ' $' in ARGS_NAMES.])

  We conducted last autoconfig and no change. Recorded a SR.

  I guess others have seen this issue in R12.1.3.

  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

  Issue lies in the ARGS_NAME parameter.  Comment security.conf of httpd.conf and follow the steps below. Custom forms OFA work without problems.

  1. Please stop services

  2 backup $ORA_CONFIG_HOME/10.1.3/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf

  3. comment out the following line

  include "/... /... /.ora/10.1.3/Apache/Apache/conf/security.conf.

  After his comments it should look like this

  #include ' /... /... /.ora/10.1.3/Apache/Apache/conf/security.conf.

  4 restart the services and test again the question

• deploy from model with the custom form does not not - NIC becomes disconnected

  [We're using vcenter 5.1 update 2]

  I have created a new model for 2012 Server R2 and I created a specification tailored to go with it. I went to test the deployment of the other day and it seemed that the personalised has not quite finished. He had put the local administrator password and baptized, but he does not join the domain. I finally understood that after the deployment, the NETWORK adapter is not connected despite having me 'connect to light' checked in the model. We are using the VMXNET 3 card.

  I've been messing around with the template for the past 2 days and I am stuck as to why it does not work. I tried the following...

  -checked the windows firewall is disabled (3 options) (Re: ESXi 5 VM / Server 2008 R2 loses the network connection after reboot)

  -removed NIC; cleaned up the registry to the HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\; restarted; readded NIC (it was to eliminate any ghost NICs) (http://vnetwise.wordpress.com/2012/06/09/vmware-template-deploymentspart-1-trying-to-modify/)

  -Remove vmware tools and reinstall. (http://vnetwise.wordpress.com/2012/06/09/vmware-template-deploymentspart-1-trying-to-modify/)

  -card network in the operating system, unchecked "allow the computer to turn off to save energy" (Re: ESXi 5 VM / Server 2008 R2 loses the network connection after reboot)

  -checked that my new 2012R2 model uses the same host cluster and storage as my 2012 model that works. Also on the same port group distributed. (Essentially, all parameters of vcenter are identical between the two models)

  -also tried disabling the NETWORK card in the model (Windows Server 2012 comments customization)

  I have re-deployed the same server about 10 times and each time after deployment, you can see restart and try starting the customization but it crashes. If I manually turn the NIC on it is completed successfully. The problem is that I don't want to have to do that each time I deploy a server. Why is it disable the NIC and unchecking my option to connect to turn on and how to fix this?

  Based on tests (as detailed below):

  5.1 U2 - when patterns of deployment Server R2 2012 using a custom form, the NIC is not on after the deployment despite having ' connect at power on "checked.

  * We use VMXNET 3 and we use vDS

  Problem solved: you need to update the hardware VM version from 8 to 9 on the template (also be sure to check "running on check and put vmtools")

  When you create a new virtual machine from scratch in 5.1 U2, he apparently uses VM Hardware version 8 instead of the latest v9. Once I upgraded it, made sure to check the box to have check and tools upgrade vm market, deploying with customization works and the NETWORK adapter is enabled when lit!

• Custom form sessions shows don't not at Sessions of forms

  EBS: Node R12.1.3 two PCP with shared appl_top

  DB: R11.2.0.2 RAC 2 nodes ASM

  in OAM-> Site map-> surveillance-> forms sessions - here custom form sessions do not display, while I am able to view all other sessions of form.

  What should I do to get all sessions of custom forms in over surveillance.

  Hello, do right click inside your choice, select "make path of work", and then click edit > define custom shape... It will now be available to be reused immediately.

  To make sure that it is registered permanently, go to edit > Presets > manager presets, change the dropdown for custom forms, target of the new form, and click on save set...

• Can you do a vector shape to a path without having to define a new custom form?

  I want to do a vector shape to a path. Is there a way to circumvent the duty to define a new custom form? I just want to add quickly the vector shape in a new layer, but I don't need defined as it is going to be used just once.

  Of course, if you select the path to make it active, just do a color fill adjustment layer.

  There are other ways if this isn't what you want.

• Custom form control, limits the size of the box

  I'm doing a custom form in Muse. I have added fields, each field has a bounding box a lot larger than the field itself. I added the bounding box for the form fields became massive, the height is now 5400 pixels high, make the web page from a height of ridicule. I have no access to the properties height and width of the form and the control of bounding box handles are disabled.

  Any suggestions on how to control the size of the area bounding for forms and form fields?
