  You can right click and copy the settings on an image that has the right profile. Then highlight all the images that you want to edit, right click and paste the settings. On the list that is displayed, simply choose the camera calibration.

Has worked well for a long time, when issue print from a device, the printer icon bounces and messages 'no connection' so stop printer, and then turn it on again and prints. For a few minutes.   Support was terrible. Checked to make sure that files and available wireless network. I had downloaded and installed the drivers. Reset the router and it is up and running again.

  I had the same problem after trying an update of Firefox 7.x to version 9.0.1.
  I deleted the file named "firefox.exe.moz - upgrade" from the folder C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox. After that, I was able to uninstall Firefox from the control panel. After the reboot, I was able to install Firefox 9.0.1 and run it without error.
  My OS is Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I was installing the UK English version (I got the U.S. English version above).

• OfficeJet 8500 has stops at "now printing" After sleeping

  Hi, Windows7 laptop computer, USB wire link for all-in-one Officejet 8500 printer has produced no CM755A, serial no CN0CKAR15R:

  It prints OK when turned on first of all, then sleeps if not used for a few minutes as planned. But on sending the print order following its ' small screen wakes up & now a "printing" on it, but nothing else!   It won't work even once if I turn off, put in pause, then turn it back and return the print order.

  I tried a soft reset using the network voltage electrical on/off/on in the order they advised me on this forum, without effect. It is powered directly from the wall jack via a single good quality extension for this only, & no power surge protection.

  Any ideas please?

  I would make sure I had the latest firmware for the printer. I included a link to the update of the firmware here. In addition, you could disable energy saving mode in the configuration menu of the printer and go to preferences and scroll down and deactivation of the mode of energy.

• Both version 5.7 and 6.0 are now running after updating to 6.0.  Is it possible to uninstall 5.7?

  I bought and installed Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7 64 - bit on 8 April.

  I've upgraded to Adobe Lightroom 6.0 by purchasing the upgrade and download.  I have now two versions installed.

  When I insert a memory stick, 5.7 starts automatically and asks me if I want to import images.  Is it OK if I uninstall 5.7 from the control panel?

  Last year, I downloaded CS6 when it came out.  Now with the CC if I do the update, as I have to download another CS6 or will I have to use the same app that is already on the computer?  I know I have to join CC, but I was wondering if the CS6 'News' that will update the 17 is the same thing as what I already use.

  If you now subscribe you to creative cloud, this isn't a problem.

  Once you are subscribed, you will have access to applications and services cloud creatives.

  Currently, we have 6 CS in creative cloud, once CC apps available you'll CC apps in your creative cloud.

  You just need to download and install the CC apps as they become available.

  Currently, if you have the CS6 as you mentioned above, it's the same whether we currently have creative cloud.

  I was happy to see that the hatd drive had already installed because Windows 7 I had bought already separate legitimate Windows 10 Pro license key for the upgrade. I was able to go online and download the upgrade of Windows 10 and used my purchased license key to activate my updated.

  While doing the installation, there are some HP software that was still on the hard drive. I thought it would be good to have some additional security protocols, so I also installed the WinMagic Securedoc Bootloader v1.2.12 and saved the drive encryption HP with the security issues and password for secondary access.

  10 Windows has been activated and everything was beautiful. But when I restarted the laptop, I put my password for windows and then it goes to this screen of disc HP encryption rises. I put the password and it is accepted - and then the screen turns white... not offshore... jblank TEU with a cursor flashing that doesbn can't react to inputs.

  I tried leaving it for a day or so and still nothing.  There is nothing I can change in the configuration of the BIOS that works so far.

  I also tried Reimage download on USB and re-creation of the sequence of boot, but not good. Even tried a boot drive, but nothing there either. I'll try again.

  I don't know where to go or how to get beyond the screen of HP encryption.  I am pretty good at following directions, I don't know coding, but may do what you suggest to help me fix this problem.

  Sorry... I missed the part that you have a license Win10.  I thought you were trying to activate 10 using the OEM HP license and causing problems.

  I do not use HP encryption applications - as having recently completed a career in the InfoSec, I personally focus together on the encryption of the PC to be laughable-, but my guess is that you are basically out of luck.

  If it was my drive, I WIPE the drive of all its content and then again install Win10.  A good product to do i.e. DBan: http://tiptopsecurity.com/how-to-securely-wipe-your-hard-drive-with-dban-erase-your-data-for-good/

  Once your disc is clean, then simply install Win10 on it.

  That said, with a bit of luck, one of the HP EXPERTS will probably come along and tell you how to get around their encryption.

• BlackBerry Smartphones my BBerry is now unusable after trying to update... Please help

  OK, I read all over the internet to try to fix this on my own.  I failed to find a solurion.

  Today, I tried to update my software through the Bberry Bberry Desktop Manager 5.0 software.  I've done several times before and thought nothing of it.  I chose to have provided updates applied/installed and waited while the process that was happening.  Maybe 3/4 of the way through (I don't remember what exact step took place), I suddenly get a blue screen on my computer showing a crash.

  This had never happened before, so I was really hoping that my hard drive is not just conk out on me. Fortunately, it won't happen.  But I was appalled to find that my Bberry had been touched to the point at which I can't return to functionality.

  What is displayed on my phone is a white screen that says this:

  I can't do anything else with the phone.  I uninstalled the Desktop Manager 5.0 and reinstalled. When I connect the Bberry to my computer via the USB cord, it was recognized by my computer, but not by the Office Manager.  I even tried to select in the Options--> menu connections, where my PIN has been posted, but that did not help.

  I uninstalled DM 5.0 and installed 4.7 to see if this can help, and questions remain.

  At this point I don't know what to do.  Can anyone with the expertise of Tech please lead me in the right direction?  Your help will be greatly appreciated.
