  So, if you have not already install 7zip (http://7-zip.org/download.html) get the .msi to 32 or 64 bit depending on your version of Windows.

  Click with the right button on the serial number - ATA_Driver_VWCH1_WN_11.6.0.1030_A02. EXE and select Extract to «»

  In this folder are f6flpy SATA drivers labeled such as they appear on floppy disks.

  Believe me, the same operating system and the software that was preinstalled on your laptop is on the Toshiba Recovery CD.
  The software is the same.
  So if you want to define the notebook to factory setting you should use the recovery CD ;)

COD BlackOPS crashes too. I played ALL these games over and over again until the last 3 weeks. If there was some error to post logs I would but there is not. Any suggestions on where to find some kind of problem that could cause this? The video card was removed, cleaned and put back into the computer. Still crashes. 1 in 4 of the games will take place without any problems. 3 will be blocking of the computer and the video trash in 3 minutes or less to start the game. The video is great, until blocking.

  It may be the memory problems, overheating, or even areas of defective hard drive.
  With the high range, RAM and graphics card processors, performance is higher, but, if there are faulty memory cards or hard disk, it can affect.

  Once you do the tests above, a test of complete hard drive & memory test BIOS
  
  Shortly after switching on the laptop, press F2 for ever the System Diagnostics, do the quick & compete with the tests of MEMORY & HARD DRIVE. Please post the results.

  Method 1:

  I suggest you to do a scan of the SFC. File system (CFS) Auditor verifies that all Windows 7 system files are where they should be as they are by default and not corrupted, changed or damaged.

  In general, when the desktop software uses Flash Player, it's because they're incorporating an Internet Explorer window in the application.  If you do not have Flash Player for Internet Explorer (aka. the ActiveX Flash Player) installed, then the desktop app is not going to work.

  Then, launch Internet Explorer

  Go here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

  Follow the prompts and then relaunch the application after you have completed the installation in Internet Explorer.  I hope this sorts for you.
