Number of dashboards for managing a data center: how?
Some time ago we had a number as the average data center uses 37 dashboards and a management console. But I have no idea where this came from, ir even if it's a real number. Anyone of you have any ideas or sources?
How about an average of 20?

You probably only have local data warehouses, which are not that HA would require for this feature (pulsations datastore) to work properly.
You will need either 2 iSCSI, FC 2 or 2 NFS volumes... Or a combination of the any of them, for this feature to work. If you don't want to use this feature, you can also turn it off:

For the complex data type, how to generate the Dll with compatible interface to C/C++

I used the Labview FPGA module to develop test equipment. Now, I need to write a driver that is to be a Dll with compatible interface to C/C++ for this equipment. So that my client who is familiar with C/C++ can call the driver without any study on labview. But I had a few problem on how to convert labview for C/C++ data complex data type. To clearly explain to my question, I have attached a simple example. (see attachment) I try to generate a Dll for the attached example VI and get the the function prototype at the head of the files as below:

As you have known, the type of data "LStrHandle * RIODevice" and "LVRefNum * FPGAVIReferenceOut" Labview data format are. C/C++ do not have this kind of data type and can not reconige it. As a result, I can't call the Dll of C/C++ programming language. How to convert these two data type of labview for the C/C++ compatible data format, and then build the Dll? Anyone know about this?

Failed to create the gateway for virtual data center edge

I'm new to the vCD, when I tried to create a "bridge of edge" for the virtual data center, it failed, saying:
Deployment of edge gateway PALEdgeGateway has failed.
com.vmware.vcloud.fabric.nsm.error.VsmException: error response VSM (10105): could not publish configuration on vShield Edge. Has no power on VM vse-PALEdgeGateway (66b92dc1-c973-4744-8c0e-88e2d2211eae)-0. (No host is compatible with virtual machine).
then I found this KB, suspecting that vShield that Manager is not synchronized with vCD:
I followed the steps in this KB resolution, but still did not work.

You are right that VShield Manager & POSSIBLE are the same. You will be able to deploy the Cluster edges & host view,
Select a resource of data centers in the inventory tree, click the visualization of network tab and click the + to add edges. Ensure that we test the edge deployment against a successful VCD Host.If deployment works, it confirms the deployment of edge is certainly intact and communication POSSIBLE-host is very well.

Assign a policy to a custom data center

I created a custom data center and added 3 groups that have "Custom strategy 1" that was. When I open the remaining capacity on the data center customized for the analysis screen, it is with vSphere Solutions default strategy. How can I assign the 'Custom 1 strategy' to the object custom data center so that it uses my buffers HA and approve the limits. When I navigate to the custom tree data center and select clusters, they use the "Custom correct strategy 1.

You must create a group for the custom data center and assign this group "Custom 1" or add the data to an existing group that you have your custom policy assigned to Center.

Number of alarm for a custom dashboard report

We have a custom dashboard created for the team which shows a subset of the alarms which concern only the Unix Unix team
How to generate a report that shows all alarms that applies only to the personal dashboard. Is it possible to retrieve the total number of alarms (criticism / warning and Fatal separately) generated in a day.

I think that, before anyone can help with this question, you need give a little more information about the custom dashboard and how it gets its data, specifically how the dashboard does know what alarms to display.
Dashboards customized very often uses the services to restrict or choose what they post. If this is the case for your personalized dashboard, you can use the "analysis - Hosts events" report to report on the alarms against the hosts in this service.

I disabled the JOB BE general relativity.
and the host where the virtual machine belong was not the right time. No Ntp server has been configured.
I did and now there works.
I think that the problem can come from this.

Branch 5505, 1 circuit ISP, Dual - peer VPN Configuration for Data Center & Track Options
Hi all
I have a data center with two lines of ISP redundancy and two ASA 5520 for redundancy VPN to my branches. Each of my branches has 1 ASA 5505 with a base license and 1 ISP circuit. Currently all my VPN tunnels are built for data center main circuit ISP only, so if one goes down, I'm toast. I need to fix this. Problem is, I don't know how I can control failover on 5505 with 1 single line branch. Please see my picture for an example of how he looks at it right now.
So the problem is that the data center LAN my branch has to go to is identical regardless of which circuit of data center is in the. And I know the ASA rules say only 1 VPN tunnel can be active at a time if flow are the same. So in this case, I know you usually do:

and then configure route followed to control when cut down the primary counterpart and turn back up by peers. But where I have only 1 ISP on the side of the branch, I'll only have 1 default route: route outside 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 3.3.3.2 1, will be used that the active end counterpart is the primary or the secondary data center. Also, since I did not have a second track, I can't configure followed on the main road with an SLA that defines the trigger conditions, because there is nothing to ensure the follow-up of the routing.
How is - a would handle a situation like this? Are there other features that can be taken off the roads? I really need to be able to define "num-package 5 ' in ALS so my sites are not beat all day, but once again, without something to follow, I can't really set up a meaningful SLAS. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks for the additional explanation. It helps to clarify your environment. EIGRP running on the Remote would be a nice option, but I'm not sure that it is supported on the SAA. I ran EIGRP to remote peers using IOS routers (using the two ACCORD with IPsec and VTI tunnels tunnels) and it was very effective. But on the SAA, I believe that we must seek an alternative.
It seems to me that using reverse road Injection as part of your VPN site-to-site should work. With IPP the ASA inserts a static route to remote resources when the VPN tunnel is negotiated and traffic can flow. If you redistribute the static in EIGRP EIGRP then must learn the ways of any ASA a currently active tunnel. And who should provide the dynamic rollover you need.

NFS share for one (1) added when adding to a new host in the existing data center
I'm sure it's a simple answer, but I've been beating my head on the wall, trying to find a solution. The scenario is as follows:
1 Vcenter has several hosts in different groups. All built at the same time with a NFS share that is shared among all.
2. I add a new host to the data center (I tried independently and also added to a cluster as well).
3. the new host sees its local disk as a data store, as expected, but I have to add the shared NFS datastore.
4. at the level of the host, I go to configuration-storage-add storage and the NFS share.
It shows and normal with NFS (1) as the name. I can't rename it as it says THAT NFS already exist. I understand that there are in the vcenter DB, but how to add this new host or host an existing environment and maintain the name of the NFS share? vCenter 5.5, 5.5 esxi

finally found the problem,
the mounting data store I used FQDN.domain.com /Datashare
I needed to use the FULL domain. DOMAIN.COM /Datashare
Plugs in the name of area COMPLETE the variance in the symbolic name that caused the problem.

Dashboard of the LabVIEW data recover indicators of the poll

I have attached my entire project, including the error messages that I receive. I have my labview VI to put in place to have 3 different screws. My entries, my global entries and my "side". I created my web server and all the controls and indicators that I linked. However, when I try and run the dashboard of data project, all my indicators have error signals indicating that he "could not connect to the server. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas?
The reason why this does not work, it's that your web service code is not quite structured reason. When you call a web method in LabVIEW it does is run the VI related to this method. In your case you have mapped to the URL http://host:8080/FINALCOAST/COAST.vi SIDE, and then you have a poller to web service linked to this URL. When you run your dashboard the poller accesses this URL, which causes the web server of LabVIEW run COAST.vi. If you look at COAST.vi, however, you will notice that what he does is run a loop that runs until the stop button is pressed. Is not supposed for a web method. He has no one to press the stop button. In fact, there is no user interface for anyone to interact with at all. This means that COAST.vi will work forever. Finally, data dashboard gave up and closes the connection because it should not take long for the web server that responds.
So what is the correct way? It depends on what you're trying to do. In your case, it seems that you take just a bunch of inputs, do some calculcations and producing a bunch of outputs. You could do that in a VI with the method of a web that has just a bunch a bunch of outputs and inputs. In this case, you use just a web service calling (button) connected to one of the methods. Because this method has two inputs and outputs, you will get two entry and exit of Terminal ornaments around the button that you can use to connect to your commands (entered) and indicators (outputs). When you press the button it brings together the current values of the controls and those on the server to use as inputs to call your VI sends, and then he retrieves the results from the server and puts them in your indicators. In my example attached (see the file updated the dashboard) I show you how to do this. Note that I also modified the code of VI to create a Subvi for calculation of Basic code, and it is this VI which is used for the web service. This VI has no loop in him, so he just runs once with data values and returns the results.
If you want to rather than having a continuous process that is continually measures your system in real time you need another way to access this data from a web service. It seems that that's what you were trying to do here, even if you use data in real time. Suppose that you were, however. In this case, you were a little close, but we need to make some changes. First of all, the running process doesn't have to be part of your web service. It may be, but it's a little more complicated. Instead of this, your process running (COAST.vi) can be just a regular VI running in LabVIEW. You just open and press run as usual. However, you want to only change VI to share its data with other processes. You have tried to do by using globals. Globals allow you to share data between the screws running in the same process, but web services actually run in a process completely separate (in the web server), so you'll need something else. A drop-in substitute would be shared network Variables. You'll see that in annex changed code I replaced your globals with shared variables. Then in your web service if you just use the same shared variables. Network shared Variables allow you to share data between processes (even on machines on the network) so that you can easily access the same data to both your VI running and your web service screw I modified your COAST.vi for this (and he calls the same Subvi from the calculation of the kernel).
In this case, you could do just a single method "inputs" and only one "exits" method, but it might be better to break up to the less distinct modes which include the strongly bound values just to make things a little neater. It can be tedious to deal with a large number of terminals.
Alternatively, once you use shared variables you has actually connect your controls and indicators on the dashboard of data directly to these shared variables. This has the disadvantage of requiring more ports to be open through your firewall (and you can not use security as you can do with web services), but for the use of internal network, it is easier to implement. To do this, just run your VI as before, and then as soon as it runs you can select each control or indicator in the dashboard of data, press the small button below, choose 'Shared Variables' and look for your variables on your machine. In this case, each control is directly bound to the variable, and so there is no need of a button. Changes that you make in the dashboard data are immediately placed on the server through the variable sared, and your VI (which is still running until you press stop) will see the new value, update the outputs and then repel these new values to the dashboard of data via other shared variables.
I did not create a dashboard for the last two approaches, but if you may not know what I'm talking about, then I can create examples for those as well. The screw and the project must be configured to work in any case, if the only difference is in the configuration of the dashboard.

First of all, I would recommend that you discover the NI 6533/6534 for NOR-DAQmx help. You may be able to find some of your answers in this help document. Now for what you try to do in your application, it looks like you are only buying data. If this is the case, with the 6534, the device acquires data in memory shipped as soon as the DAQmx series start task VI, as long as you don't start hardware triggers have in place. If you have a trigger of starting material, then will make the purchase of the aircraft after the DAQmx start task VI and only after you receive this material trigger. If you call not the DAQmx Read VI, then the data will be stored in the memory board for you, as the driver manages this data in the on-board memory storage, until reading DAQmx VI is called, which at that time, data is transferred to the Board of Directors in the memory of the computer.
