  We have a DPF created in Livecycle. We try to go through the control of accessibility but most of the accessibility tools (such as 'Add keywords of the Document', 'full ' check...)  on the 'Accessibility' tab are grayed out. (I use XI Acrobat pro). So, what should I do to unlock these accessibility options?

  Security is set to restrict changes to the document? If so, you will need to change the security settings to allow edits. File > properties > Security tab (you will need the password)

  Hi, I am subscribed recently to Apple music that supposedly gives you access to anything whatsoever in the iTunes music store, but I came across a large number of titles by artists who are grayed out.  Not in my main library, but in iTunes Radio, and if I add tracks from my library, they are still grayed out.

  I active iCloud and I disconnected and returned but that only fixed not.

  

  Can someone explain this?

  Tracks greyed out are not available for release and cannot be added to my music. I presume that the holders of these titles gave no permission to use Apple.

• Save, cut, copy, paste are grayed out in Word 2003.

  I don't know how it happened, but in Word 2003, XP, many menu items are grayed out such as Save As, cut, copy, paste and many other options.  How does this happen, or more important, how can I activate this return?

• The selections of return and summary in the file menu are grayed out in the Fax Console in win xp pro sp3

  For some reason, send back them and resume of the selections in the file menu are grayed out in the Fax Console.

  There was a big shlep that I had to go through the correction of my database of security to get installed it.

  Someone knows what's going on here and/or can help me to be able to send faxes or resume a fax using Fax Console in win xp

  It seems they will be greyed out until the attempts have been exhausted when a fax could not transmit

  Yesterday, I downloaded the updates from Microsoft Update. I use Vista 64 bit Home Premium on a Toshiba laptop.

  I don't see the network icon in the taskbar.

  When I right click on the taskbar, go to properties, Notification area tab: I see that Volume, network and power are grayed out. I can't select them. The only I can change is the clock to turn on or off.

  Is there something I can do? No one else has used the laptop. Thank you.

  It works again. Sometimes this happens and I don't know why.

  I used my computer. I turned it off and now the missing things are back.

• my pictures have been restored after fakealert virus, but now are grayed out

  All my docs and photos disappeared as a result of I think the fakealert virus. I ran exe mcafee stinger and it restored all my docs. My pictures appear, but are dimmed. When I try to open them, I get a message error that says 'other folders exist. selected locations contain pictures to preview. Other folders or files exist but cannot be previewed"in Picture Manager.

  In the meantime, follow the steps below.
   
  Step 1:
   
  There might be a possibility of a conflict of software of third party causing the problem to occur. Test/work around this problem, you can check if the problem persists in aclean boot State.
   
  Step 2:
   
  If the clean boot does not resolve the problem, perform the System Restore as Lorien has pointed out to the point where the .jpg files were not intoxicated.
