NVIDIA graphics card driver

I recently installed Windows 7 on a computer science professor and there a NVIDIA e-GeForce2 MX TWV MORE and it is an AGP graphics card. I'm looking for the driver for this video card. It's a HP d530. I know it's old, but I try to get the NVIDIA driver to work then I tried this NVIDIA driver on the HP site and it did not work. I tried compatibility mode and did not work. I tried manually to install and did not I tried the NVIDIA Drivers detection tool and would not detect it how can I get the driver to work so that the computer can have the best resolution? Should I update the video BIOS too? The answers would be appericated

You are the very welcome.

I don't know the specs on the cards other that I know they're working on W7, because I installed two of each in of 4 d530 and they ran W7 very well for years.

I have not upgraded blocks power and never had a problem.

I don't think you can upgrade the P/S on any of these PC.

I've had cheaper ones that I could find in time, this is why I'm not with all of a brand or another.

I think the 9600 are more available and cheaper nowadays.  They should have 128 MB of memory onboard.

This is a 9600 for $ 13 million.

It will work on the WTO.

If you have the MFS, you will need to find a low profile with profile model low mounting brackets.

    Dear users,

    The day before yesterday I bought a Toshiba Satellite 15.6 L50-A-1EH model n: PSKK6E - 07Q05CDU

By far I love the device, but I get BSOD notice whenever I start a game (probably because Intel on Nvidia?). I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT M 740 and am running Windows 8.1 64-bit.

    The problem may be caused by the fact that I updated the Nvidia driver for the first time to use my laptop. I have uninstalled the driver through Device Manager and reinstalled the Nvidia driver of [here | http://www.toshiba.nl/innovation/download_driver_details.jsp?service=NL&selCategory = 2 & selFamily = 2 & selSeries = 178 & selProduct = 7948 selSh 3983 = ortMod & language = 12 & selOS = 47 & selType = all & yearu pload = & monthupload = & dayupload = & useDate = null & mode = a llMachines & search = & action = search & macId = & country = 24 & selectedLanguage = 12 & type = all & page = 1 & ID = 88288 & DISO = 47 & driverLanguage = 42]

But the BSOD came back. Yet once again, I deleted the driver currently installed and tried to install a new on the nVidia site itself. Yet again, my game crashes and I get an error.

    The error I get is:
    Unhandled Thread Exception system

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not that good at computers please keep this in mind.

    Thank you very much!

    Hello

I found some people more in the Microsoft forum having the same problem with the error message: System unhandled Thread Exception

It seems that the nVidia driver compatibility problem between the driver and the software running (in your case the game)

Try to remove/uninstall the old driver in Device Manager, and then remove the Nvidia folder on the C: drive. Then, restart the laptop.

Try installing the latest driver nVIdia driver Toshiba UE page.

  • Photoshop error with nVidia graphics card driver.

    Hello

Assuming that your system meets, or in the case of your vid card, exceeds the minimum requirements of the CS5 system, I would be leaning on Nvidia for a solution to the question of pilot - is applied a fix to an existing driver or to help you identify an older driver version that is compatible with the configuration that you have running.  You do not provide a lot of information here, the model # and/or specifications of the HP system your quadro card works in 32 or 64 bit OS, using cs5 32 or 64-bit, or exactly which version of the driver is running your graphics card.  NVIDIA, or anyone trying to help you with this question, going to need this information.

A quick google search brings up some success showing the problems of this nature.  Just one example, the Adobe forums, a year ago: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3142008.

The question in this post was not marked as "resolved", but it illustrates there may be several different issues leading to your error message.  I would recommend looking in the Adobe forums, you can find a solution?  Or, at the very least, you will be able to exclude some things for when you report the problem to Nvidia.

During this time, obviously: did you always have this problem?  If this is not the case, have you tried rolling back to use a driver Nvidia oldest, known for work with your version of cs5?

You mentioned that you updated the driver less than two months ago.  It seems that the latest driver available from Nvidia is dated August 12, 2011.  What is the date of the driver you are currently using?

    Good luck.

I just installed Windows Vista Ultimate on my Satellite A100-326, (series PSAA9). This system has a graphics card from NVIDIA® GeForce Go 7300 with 256 MB dedicated memory that has worked very well on Windows XP MCE!

Don't just install! I always get the following message: "the NVIDIA installer didn't find all the drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. The installation program will now stop. »
We know what the problem might be?
Did someone encountered the same situation?

    It's really frustrating...

  • Pavilion Mini 300-050np: graphics card driver keeps breaking on any media player - WIN 10 64 b

Not sure if I'm still on the right section of the forum and you can not give much background on this problem.

I plug this Pavilion Mini 300-050NP and I'm having no end of problems. The recent is that all the videos that I try to play it crashes. On any player, I tried. Even on VLC, which is usually very forgiving. A video will start to freeze and I start getting lots of pop-up messages windows video driver to a problem, but was recovered. I don't see the full message as they follow poping up. Windows decides finally to block the player that it causes a problem.

This PC is windows 8.1 that I upgraded to 10. Had a lot of problems and a few recoeveries. Windows did several updates, so I don't know how the graphic driver or the card has stopped working (worked fine with KMPlayer, which is what I usually use a few days ago). I tried to install the driver of HP page and I got a message that it was an older version. Tried in any case but the problem pressists.

HP Support Assistant is completely missing my PC, he sees just as a laptop with a competely different product number, so no help. If I update from the Device Manager, I get a new drive, but it does not help either, same thing happens.

What can I do? Would it be a setting of the card he pushes too hard, or something? If this can even be pushed too hard? I have 0 experience with integrated Intel graphics cards, I've always had PCs with dedicated ATI or nvidia graphics cards, so I don't know what to do (help I'm on another topic here, I was told the Intel graphics drivers do not work well and that's a fact.)

Please help as I got this mainly as a Media Center and who have access to the web seems to be the best I can do with her so far...

    Hello

Optimus technology automatically switches between the nVidia or Intel GPU.
Its controlled by graphics card driver and it depends on the application you are using...
If the application requires more power GPU, Optimus technology switches to nVidia
If the application does not have stronger performance GPU, GPU Intel would save power.

But of course, it should be possible to put the graphics card for a certain application.

    Hi, jumper1127

Also there is a BIOS update available for your machine that came out at the same time as the pilot of the Optimus. Which can be found here and can help your problem.

  • Upgrade of Windows 8 has changed my graphics card driver, & now I get vertical bars on the screen.

Upgrade of Windows 8 has changed my graphics card driver, & now I get vertical bars on the screen, sometimes flashing. It is sometimes difficult to use the screen, especially when it has a dark background. It is a HP Desktop quad core with card Nvidia GEForce 9600.  I tried to roll back the driver, but that didn't help. I assume that the driver I need is no longer available. I also went to Nvidia to try to find a better driver that would eliminate this problem, but no luck.  Before, this came with an update on Vista, & I could correct in the way to roll back the driver. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to www.nvidia.com and download the WHQL 306,97 drivers updated successfully.

With the installation of Windows 8, Microsoft provides only the "bare" minimum drivers in order to complete the installation of Windows.

  • Satellite P200 accidents + message: graphic card driver does not work properly

    Hello

hope that this issue has not been covered before, but I've owned a Satellite P200 for 3 years now, and this week, it crashes all the time.

When it started going down he gave me a few messages in the sense of "your graphics card/driver does not work properly and windows will be arrested to avoid damage.

It has progressed to the point where now when I turn it on, I have vertical lines running down the screen and the screen flashes on and outside. Within 20 seconds, it restores the BSOD - 'there was a problem and windows will be arrested. Error Page_Fault_In_Non_Paged_Area"then stops.

I ran a system restore but the problem remains.

I have a feeling that my graphics card is toast. Is this good? Are there any other options to try? Thanks in advance for any answers.

    Matt

    Hello

    Sounds like the GPU problem.
But try the graphics card driver update.
Use the most recent driver for your graphics card.

In addition, clean the fans of portable computers.
Dust and debris could prevent the cooling fans to turn with the best speed and this could lead to a higher temperature which would lead to overheating.
Use a jet of compressed air. I also use it and it helps to get rid of dust and debris.

If this is not enough, then a problem of graphics chip would be possible.

This unit supports the Mobile Intel GL40 graphics card.
The latest graphics card driver can be downloaded from the Intel page.

The installation of the graphics card must be made in the Device Manager.
Here, you use the Advanced installation procedure which allows to point to the driver files downloaded from the Intel page.

I really hope that someone can offer more help that Toshiba has done, as I am a bit unhappy to be problems on a 2 month old laptop.

Thank you for reading and I look forward to any Advisor.

(> I'm on online gamer second life and world of the craft of war) recently my fan speed crank up to 90 percent for about 5/10 minutes before leaving quiet. Then speed up again after a period of time. I'm confused as to why he did this because when I check my cpu temp is only make 40%, and I use a cool buffer table.
    > I'm looking for some advice here because all said Toshiba was making sure I had the latest bios update. But I would have thought it is not the processor overheating the fan must not be crank that quickly. My laptop is only 2 months old.

The cooling fan is controlled by the fan table in the BIOS. Fan table contains information about the temperature and the fan speed that means the depands on some level temperature fan speed.
Over all the possible game features as the CPU, GPU, produce heat and the heat dissipation is high
Cooling modules would begin to turn faster if the temperature level would be exceeded
This is nothing exceptional everything at stake

I read on a similar question, and apparently, the graphics card DRIVER crashed during games
Maybe it's a compatibility problem between game and pilot
In most cases the graphics card driver update should fix this and I read on some forums that it has helped in many cases

  • Qosmio G30 - nVidia graphics card failure

    Hello

as the title says my graphics card went kaput on Qosmio G30, who is 14 months old.

I read in some places that could be the problem with the generation of nvidia graphics cards.
Does anyone have any info on this subject because I have just quoted entre.6 and 1.8 k for what fixed it.
This graphics card is separate from the motherboard or this prob will result in a new motherboard. If anyone has any info I would be very grateful, thank you, thomas

PS for some reason that I could not connect with my username (yetchh) original so had to create a new account, have no idea why?

    Hi Thomas

    That s a pity :(
Especially the GPU (graphics chip) is attached to the motherboard. He welded s and replacement is not easy.

There are several Lepidoptera, I called the ASP in my country because I needed some info on replacing the CPU on my old laptop and the guy said that the replacement of the CPU or GPU is not easy and is not possible.

Well, what to say I think you should contact the authorized service provider in your country for replacement of equipment.

But I wonder why you come in on costs?
The laptop is about 14 months. If you have registered your laptop on the Toshiba page, you should get a 2 year warranty which should focus on the laptop.

So all pieces of equipment should be replaced for free.
