  During video recording on my iPad, I received an alert from iMessage.  The video has stopped playing and did not save what has been already registered.

  If you do not want to be interrupted when you save the video on your iPad, try to activate do not disturb.

  Use of do not disturb on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  Turn on or off the do not disturb

  When do not disturb is activated, a Crescent Moon , or half-moon, an icon will appear in the status bar. There are two ways to turn on or off the do not disturb:

  • Tap Settings > do not disturb. Choose the manual option to activate the do not disturb sign now or set a schedule.
  • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the Control Center. Tap on the Crescent Moon.

  You can also choose if you want to be disturbed:

  • Allow calls to: allow calls from anyone, person, your Favorites or stored on your device or your iCloud account specific contact groups.
  • The calls repeated: If someone calls you twice within three minutes, the call will not be silent.
  • Silence: select silencing calls and notifications always or only when the device is locked.

• Have use FF 11 since version w / no problem. There are three videos days stopped playing. However, the videos play fine in IE and Chrome. No answer to that?

  I had brought no changes to anything in FF when this situation has changed. Videos unread just happened out of the blue

  Videos have always played in safari.  All of a sudden stopped.  There is a sign to play with a line going through it now.   Update software, data of the Web site cleared, soft reset iPad. Nothing works

  Have you tried resetting Safari? Go to settings - Safari - clear the history and data from the Web site. After reset iPhone again. You must also make sure if the Internet connection works fine.

  Thank you for reaching out by Apple Support communities. I understand from your post that you have intermittent problems watching videos using various platforms (those you make on the phone itself, YouTube, Twitter, etc.). I watch a lot of videos on my iPhone, I'd be happy to help you!

  Looks like you already have a few to start great troubleshooting steps. Since force close your applications, evolution of networks and rebooting did not help, I would recommend backing up your iPhone, and then reinstall your software iOS.

  I am an avid Firefox user since about 2008, but my main browser on this laptop I've had for about 18 months.

  A month ago, videos randomly stopped playing, I have the latest, most up-to-date browser adobe flash player and have tried everything on this page http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-common-audio-and-video-issues but nothing has not yet, it shows just a white screen on the videos and a play button on Youtube with no background

  Try a new installation of the plugin flash/ActiveX as follows.

  First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  Flash Player Uninstaller.

  Once the download is complete, close all the browser windows, open your downloads folder and run the program uninstaller.  After this has completed, restart the laptop.

  When windows has reloaded, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You can deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before downloading.

  When the installation is complete, restart the laptop.

  First of all, download and run the uninstall program of Shockwave on the link below.

• All the songs that I have purchased from i-tunes stops playing before the end of the song. The time varies from song to song.

  I only bought individual songs (singles for the most part) to I-tunes. But on EVERY song that I bought it goes silent after awhile. The song still plays, but he is silent. The time varies from song to song, sometimes it goes silent a few minutes before the end, sometimes it's 30 seconds. It is different from song to song. At the end of the song/silence he plays very well the next track. Unless it's a song I bought. This has only started recently. Each song or track that I downloaded from my own record collection is very good! Is the path of the Apple to get more money?

  Mine is too, but it's mainly my non-iTunes songs and some just skip the whole song, every time I try to play rather than simply silent.

• Videos YouTube has stopped playing on V 37.0

  Running Firefox on Windows 7-64 bit 37.0. All the updates update. Flash is 17,0,0,134 and removes from the Adobe site.

  This afternoon of YouTube videos stopped playing. In the center of the image are circling points. The video seems to have loaded, as I can move the time slider and see images at different times, I'm not, just gives the circling 'loading' points. YouTube works fine in IE. Foxfire, if I go to other sites, such as news and videos/commercials play very well.

  I have disabled all add-ons, game Shockwave & Flash "always enable" and always YouTube videos will not play. Seem to download, simply cannot play.

  Please also consider an add on for a work around to change HTML5 by default, however this should be fixed in the version of 37.0.1 are you still see this issue?

• Flash video stops playing after 10-12 seconds

  Not sure when this started, but the videos now only play for about 10-12 seconds at a time. No crashes just breaks down, no errors, and it's only video. I can jump to another point in the video, and it stops after 10-12 seconds from there. I'm on the latest Firefox with the latest version of Flash. I tried to uninstall Flash using the Adobe uninstaller program. I reinstalled with 10.3, 11.2 and later even more once without success. I turned off hardware acceleration, no luck. I manually chose the resolution of the video, no luck. I started in safe mode and activated the plugin Flash, no luck. In any case have ideas?

  I tried the other two, but the Middle, I had not seen. In this page, I found that the HTML5 video play at all. So I checked my display drivers, and they have been of 2011. After their update that the problem is solved, thanks for the help.

• My laptop HP Pavilion g7 stopped playing videos online

  After installing Microsoft updates, my HP Pavilion Notebook PC (Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit) g7 stopped playing videos.

  If I try to play a video on YouTube, the following error message appears: an error has occurred. Please try again later.  If I try to play a video on another site, nothing happens.

  I tried a system restore and regained the ability to watch videos - until I installed updates.  (Try the system restore worked a couple of times, but not more).  Now, there is no system restore points which act to restore the ability to watch videos online.  (I can still watch videos that are saved on my hard drive).

  I bet you would be absolutely HORRIFIED by what I don't know such things.  (Thanks for the reminder.  I use IE as a 'Back-Up' in the future.

  In addition to my ignorance, I have another excuse for you: I've been wasting your time.

  It turns out that, once that you helped me to understand that the problem was with Firefox, I have learned that others have had the same problem.

  In the case where another computer challenged inquirer has this problem, here is the solution that worked for me:

  If RealPlayer is installed, try this first
  Disable Internet download registration & RealPlayer

  Launch RealPlayer
  Click on the RealPlayer icon in the upper left of the window and choose Preferences.
  Download & recording, choose the left panel
  Uncheck the box "Enable Web download & recording for these browsers installed"
  Click OK and close RealPlayer
  Restart Firefox

  This will remove the extension of the registration of the RealPlayer browser from the Firefox Add-ons Manager.
  Tip: As an alternative to the extension of the RealPlayer browser record, you can try the Easy YouTube Video Downloader or one of the other amazing Firefox Add-ons.

• lightbox video autoplay sometimes plays on the loading of the page. is there a way to stop it?

  I have a vimeo video in a lightbox, which is set to AutoPlay.

  most of the time it works fine, but if the page takes a while to load, the video starts to play before the page is completely loaded and hidden by the Viewer. in this case, you must open the lightbox and close again to stop the video. Is it possible that I can keep the video to play prior to the loading of the page?

  Find a work around:

  Added to it as a HTML block at the end of the HTML code (used a mucow to include at the END of html, after charge of Jquery)

  Used this as my iFrame script (same URL as above, but less the '? ') AutoPlay = 1 ".

  And made sure my button that opens the album had the graphic style "BigButton" referenced in this block of js

  So loading the video page not auto run initially, then click on the button of the window, it passes the src of the iframe to the autoplay, one.
