  I can get the photos to display in 3 columns, if I do this:

  In the section fonts and colors, click on the Advanced... button.

  Change Minimum font size None and OK out of Options.

  But most people won't do that. I prefer a minimum of at least 10 font size.

  Then... How to fix it. How the thumbnails are size, is that they 10em with a font size of basis of 5px. If the minimum size is set to 10px, double images in height and width.

  It would be more logical if the base in your style sheet font size was larger. Can change you it? If so, try to double the font size and to halve the size of the relative picture:

  I think that will be more widely compatible. There may be some details that I missed, but hope this helps.

  I don't know why the minimum font size has not been applied as well in Firefox 3.6, but I suspect that this is the new normal.

• Restrict users/groups from AD in OBIEE

  Hi gurus,

  I went through several documents (Oracle and rittmanmead), and everywhere it says that when we set up AD and restart OBIEE, all users and groups in AD will be displayed in the administration console. But I have groups of 1000 and 2000 users. I'm not all groups of 1000 to imported.

  Is there a way I can * select * which includes import from AD? I ask this question because only some ministries use our infrastructure OBIEE. Remains of 900 + groups in the Organization are not related. How I choose which groups/users to import?

  Not correct. NQ_SESSION. BAND still has it as the charge of the RPD, whether through static SPR assignments or blocks Init.

  I've heard say that when you go external with authentication, then it must also go externally with groups. Is this true? Or OBIEE should be picking up > groups that we define in the RPD?

  OBIEE will pick them up. To test this situation simply put the following text in the title of any request for answers:

  I want to group the rows in the Master table (TAB_MST) to different groups based on the data in the secondary table (TAB_DTL) with output like below

  Rule for grouping are as follows:

  (1) if there is a common value of DTLCOL for two different values of MSTCOL, then two MSTCOL values should be grouped under the same group, for example for the above case of sample
  DTLCOL (value = 4) is common for MSTCOL = 1 and MSTCOL = 2, so MSTCOL 1 and MSTCOL 2 belong to the same group (GROUPID = 1).
  DTLCOL (value = 8, 9) is common for MSTCOL = 2, MSTCOL = 3, so 3 MSTCOL must belong to the same group as MSTCOL 2 (GROUPID = 1)
  There is no common value of DTLCOL for MSTCOL = 4, so it is in a separate group.

  Question:

  a. can achieve us in SQL instead of PL/SQL?
  b. fresh general reading of TAB_DTL grows exponentially if the number of cases in TAB_MST develops. How can we reduce the number of TAB_DTL reading as the real lines of TAB_DTL is very high.

  Thanks for the additional information.  Has not only learned these details since posting your first message, did you?  If you post information like that in your first post, and then people can use it to give you a better response to the first answer.

  The idea I had for a recursive solution of WITH clause will not work after all.

  I think that the best solution will be in PL/SQL, using a table like tab_mst_group that you posted, but with an extra column:

  The basic strategy is that we start assuming that each mstcol will have its own groupid.  The CASE expression in the INSERT statement sets levelnum = 1 for the mstcols that do not exist in the tab_dtl table, or are not related to other mstcols in tab_dtl.  The loop after that looks like for tab_mst_group lines are always 0, which means that the grpupid must still be confirmed or changed.  He begins by finding the lowest mstcol which still has levelnum = 0 and makes a new group.  The inner loop looking for related mstcols and the brand as being in the same group.

  You could combine tab_mst and tab_mst_group; I see no need to have a separate table (but maybe do you).  If combine you them, then you would not truncate the table in the procedure.

  Oracle 11g. I need to check a set of data for multiple filtering criteria together. If the criterion is found, the FLAG_SET is updated.

  I can't just update the indicators if a single 'A' CODE is found. He must have the 'A' and 'B '.
  I tried several ways, most recently LISTAGG put all grouped values of each line and the string for CODE analysis, I lose the ROW_NUMBER when this happens but it cannot be part of the coiled LISTAGG.

  According to your needs.
  If you would care to post CREATE TABLE and INSERT to your sample data (as it exists before the changes), then I could test this.

  You have not need PL/SQL for this, but, if you need to do it in PL/SQL for some reason, you can.

  If not, post a small example data (CREATE TABLE and only relevant columns, INSERT statements) for all of the tables involved and also publish outcomes from these data.
  If you ask on a DML statement, such as UPDATE, the sample data will be the content of the or the tables before the DML, and the results will be the State of the or the tables changed when it's all over.
  Explain, using specific examples, how you get these results from these data.
  Always say what version of Oracle you are using (for example, 11.2.0.2.0).

  My FX170 with WEP7 when powered on origin would automatically connect on the Member 'user '.  When I used the profile of tcadmin to make a few changes, the machine starts the Welcome screen with icons of members instead of just auto login for members 'user '.   I tried to remove tcadmin of all Member groups or networks, but this did not help.

• Console Bus service 12 c - cannot display/change access control strategy

  Using Weblogic 12.1.3 + FMW 12.1.3

  So I exported / imported all our existing material FMW GR 11, 1 objects in a new field of 12 c FMW.   Everything works - except that I can't click on the link for "transportation access control.  Contextual text says "connected to the role is not allowed to display/change access control strategies.

  In EM, the Application role 'MiddlewareAdministrators' shows the administrators as a member group.    Proxies that 11 g used the default "of the Everyone group" fail like proxies that can visit based on roles.

  Even if I create a new proxy, I'm stuck using the access of Transport control link.

  

  So I added the permission to my account, and the Transport link is available.  So I removed this policy and then added the authorization for the role of MiddlewareAdministrators, and it works

  Looks like I click on the 'OK' button the first time.

  But this seems to indicate a lack of permissions when fmw 12.1.3 is installed directly.  Since we are upgraded to 11g, I don't know if this authorization is also absent in 12.1.1 and 12.1.2

  We use a webview prospects for our workflow and our staff are that its use is very slow.

  I followed it it down to the fact that their AD accounts are members of a large number of groups and perspectives makes a call:

  Find object of type Perspective with condition (audience IN ("All AD member groups"))
  

  This tends to take a long time to enumerate all groups, so I have them connect with their administrator accounts in the meantime (less group membership), but I wonder if there is a work around to this without having access to the source code for Outlook.

  We get similar feedback from another customer. Looks like the webviews could become very slow for some type of complex structure of the AD Group.

  That we actively right now. Still can not configure such advertising complex group structure and reproduce it but will follow up with updates if we discover something.

• ESX4.1 SSH user access to Active Directory.

  I have one of my servers for improved test of 4.0 update 2 for ESX 4.1. I'm trying to understand how to configure SSH access to my Active Directory account. I joined the host to active directory and granted my acount AD permissions on the host computer. If I try and ssh to the host with my AD account I get access denied. I can connect via the Client vSphere with my AD account successfully. SSH works with a local account on the server ESX4.1. I tried both with just my username to the SSH connection as well as domain\username. User domain\username using is actually suspended the host and I need to do a hard reset to get it back.

  Someone does it that it works?

  4.0 Update 2, I used esxcfg-auth - enablead and then created a user without password on the host computer. This command no longer exists on 4.1 however.

  I would like to do an update here for those interested.  I found it frustrating that the access AD kerberos from vSphere 4.0 to 4.1, ssh disabled unless you have used the "Authentication AD" via the VI Client configuration.  I ran into the same issue with JEPP 0 errors and the server actually restart itself trying to ssh using my AD account.  The problem is that if you are part of > 30 security groups (in my case it was only 23), the server lock herself up and sometimes even restart.  I validated with another AD account that was only member groups of 3 seconds and he was able to connect without locking ESX or causing a reboot.

  In addition, in my laboratory, where I run VCenter 4.1 and both nodes are now 4.1, I use authentication 'AD' and it works very well with only a part of a limited number of groups SEC users in AD.

  VMWare said that this issue was refitted to engineering.

  FYI, this affects the ESX and ESXi.

  I think that the problem is "group1 is also defined as the role of man and has right RWDA for group of Public safety".

  I remember to have seen this. As the group "1" RWD "A"on the Public, the Admin level privilege allows any member group' 1 complete control, regardless of the ACL.
  Try limiting the privileges "group1" powered back on 'Public' and check the results.

  My recommendation would be to say two groups "PUBLIC_ADMIN" and "gorup1", where "PUBLIC_ADMIN" should have RWDA on Public and "group1" should be RWD.
  Now you can add all users in the Organization of "group1". When they will be added in the ACLs (on a folder/content), they'll be atmost get RWD.

  However, given that the number of ADMINs is limited, if someone doesn't need it comes later, you can add them to the group 'PUBLIC_ADMIN' too.

  A caveat, however, is that PUBLIC_ADMIN will have full privilege on any folder/content in Public. To compare for example with the function of 10g projects, all members with RWDA on the 'Projects' security group and RWDA "prj" account access on all projects.
  Another I've seen so far is that anyone with RW will be not only able to write but also update ACL! Always check.

  My Unix account has two Web sites and domain names hosting. One domain name (primary) points to the root, the other domain name (secondary) points to a folder that is located under the root, I think this can be called an Alias.

  In DreamWeaver, two sites are defined.

  Now to my main question, what is the best way to have all the links in the Site DW for high school (also the secondary folder) modified to include the path of the primary?

  Thus, for example, the link www.secondary.com/index.php would become www.primary.com/secondary/index.php an etc. in the site/folder.

  Change the site definition.  Do the root site 2 be the same folder as the root folder for the site 1.  That should do the trick.
