  I used my iPhone for years and synchronization with a local Exchange 2010 Server (on-site).  Last week, I've upgraded to Office 365 online Exchange 2013.  I always use the default Mail and calendar app on my iPhone.  However, I have a problem where my calendar appointments are "converted" into "meeting requests" whenever I have change the appointment on my iPhone.  It is very annoying.

  Here are the exact steps to reproduce this problem:

  1. create a date from the calendar in Outlook.  (I tried this on 2010 and 2016 with the same result).

  2. wait for appointment sync to your iPhone.

  3 open the appointment on the iPhone and change the START TIME.  Just move it before 1 hour.

  4. wait until it syncs again.

  5. now, open the appointment on the calendar in Outlook, and you will see that it is now defined as a "meeting request".

  6. the only way I found to fix it is to click on 'Cancel the Invitation' inside Outlook and then save again, the appointment.

  It is at the origin of the real headache!

  I tested INTENSIVELY and the steps above the problem to happen every time.

  I also tried the same scenario with an Android phone (using the calendar app) and it works fine.  It does not cause the weird happen meeting invitation.

  I also tried to use Outlook to iOS, and it works very well with this application.

  So this seems certainly to be affected ONLY by the default iOS calendar app.

  I got my Z10 BB for over a month and email, calendar, and contacts were great my Office 365 account synchronization. E-mail and calendar always sync but I lost all connectivity to the contacts. Nothing appears from Office 365 (my other contacts appear ok to LinkedIn, etc.).

  Help because it is a critical feature on my phone. I can't call or email someone if I don't have their contact information.

  Contact synchronization problem has been solved by installing 10.1 from scratch. Now the timings of phone contacts Office 365 and vice versa. Still a mystery as to how he stopped working for a while.

  I'm having a problem where my Office 365 calendar events are disaplyed in hour UTC. No matter if I add them via the passport or the outlook, the same problem. I checked that my time zone on both the passport and my settings in Office 365 are correct and the same thing. I deleted the account and added again but still having this issue.

  I fixed this by changing the time zone on the phone to something else and then change it to what it should be. All entries in the calendar now appear with the exact time.

  My email is correct: I created my Comcast and Godaddy domain hosted by email to download on my BB via BIS.

  I was @ 10 hours with support from Verizon staff trying to solve this problem; the question was refitted and am waiting for a call from an analyst.

  I changed the option on the device to keep forever appt.  Recently by a suggestion of bifocals, I tried a date of transfer of range: 1000 days before up to 365 days after, with a two-way transfer and notification if a conflict occurs and received this message:

  The following changes to the device calendar will be applied to your Microsoft Outlook data in the calendar:

  4100 deletion

  11 adding

  6 change (s)

  The following changes to Microsoft Outlook calendar will be applied to your device data in the calendar:

  1 added

  1 change (s)

  I also tried a a way to transfer and got the info on my phone, but invariably last calendar items disappear from the device and often want to take my Office Outlook entries with them.

  I just want to be able to keep 3 years of the last entries in the calendar on my device and transfer future appointments that I do on my device to my Office Outlook calendar when I sync the two.

  Someone at - it ideas?  Please?

  Solution to the problem!  I hope this will help others.  I got lots of help from my "friend" double focus on this one and finally got to talk to a person to support RIM yesterday.  I think that what follows is my fix:

  Even if I went to the 'calendar', 'options', 'General options', 'actions' and set 'keep appointments' to 'forever' as one of the first things I did to solve this problem, the tech of BB (Matt) says that the setting often have not kept, so I changed "forever" for 15 days and recorded the change.  Then I restarted the phone by pulling the battery with the phone and returned above and changed the option back to "forever".  I now do a sync with only the future transferred elements and the past 2 synchronizations have been beautifully!  If I have other problems, I will let you all know and understand, I hope, the solution.

  Hi Apple Commuity,

  How do you prevent a request to open randomly to different workstations?  I always liked having my my offices are as follows:

  1 office 1: iTunes and Photos

  2 office 2: Calendar and Mail

  3. office 3: Safari

  4. desktop 4, 5, 6...  any application you want.

  However, whenever I make the jobs like that, in time, they randomly switch desktop computers somewhere else.  It is infuriating.

  At first I though that it was because it was causing views/random background image, so I have disabled this feature and each office opens with a picture of El Capitan.  Workstations still randomly mix themselves and I'm always looking for where my apps will show up next.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  It seems that the command is executed, the service could not be identified.
  Drop this process, the load will fall, it will resist the hand on a regular basis.
  Missed the same if virus research.

  In my humble OPINION, ComboFix is an exceptionally good malware removal tool (one of the best) BUT only for people who are experts in the malware removal (certified with a minimum of 18 months of experience and specific training in the product) or following the instructions step by step to such an expert, who will be interpreting reports and pronounce on the settings and decide if this is the right tool for the circumstance.  You can put your wall calendar by pushing with your thumb tack or implement and conduct at home with a 10-pound sledge hammer.  Both will work, but a lot easier but the other tracks is not only the risk of injury.

  The truth is that ComboFix is too powerful for medium- or even more experienced users.  It is too easy to make a critical error that makes things worse.  The reports are too difficult to analyse fully without proper training in THAT (not only computers or other removal programs in general).

  In short, unless you are a certified expert (in which case you aren't here help but rather to help others) or be guided by a certified expert (and answers Forum is not the place, if things have reached the point where such a tool might otherwise be reflected in the forums where there are these certified experts) I recommend strongly against this product, unless you be guided by an expert certified in every step of the way.  Once again it is not because it's a bad product or could not do the job (probably, it could and may be the best choice, but it is not without expert advice), but because it's too, too powerful, too risky and too complicated to analyze correctly to suggest to users here.  Some products (MBAM, TDSSKiller, SAS, ESET Scanner, Scanner security of MSFT, Microsoft Defender Offline, Hitman Pro,...) are very good to recommend, but it (and several others) crosses the line for users in this forum or people who help in this forum who are simply not enough qualified (or if so, we still do not offer this level of help here).  While a general practitioner doctor can do technically neuro-surgery, which would you or would you like a neurological surgeon?

  Your whole problem and its complexity is really too much for this forum.  We could suggest some generic tools or recommend sources to get expert help, but could not really begin to expect to understand anything about the Manager of coding process to this level of sophistication on something other than a generic "it might be an infection" level (if even that is apparent) and do basic things that help often - but from incomprehensible of coding to the idea that it is specific to a type of malware and then to a product for professionals only is out of our League and I don't mean our users even try because we wouldn't be able to offer appropriate assistance.   In short, it is simply too risky and is beyond the scope of what we do or recommend in these forums.

  Thanks for the suggestion and the display.  Perhaps you could find training, getting certified and, eventually, help people in malware removal experts forums would be a match for your skills.

• Software Photo of Smartphones blackBerry is too slow - I'm sorry

  I'm sad to say this, but the photo on my BB software was slowing down.

  I've tried everything.  I tried to use the list, the miniature eight method, vignette seven, the miniature of six, the five thumbnail, the thumbnail of four and three miniature scroll settings, but the regeneration time was too slow.  It was painful to watch the little poor BlackBerry suffer with a 350 small images file (12KB to 40 KB each) regenerate so slowly.  You can scroll to the bottom of the file and forget about BlackBerry and regenerate photo after photo, when you scroll to the top of the file.

  This isn't worth it for me.

  I searched best software for BB photo on the web and found nothing.  I spoke with a RIM tech support person and he confirmed my suspicions.  He has said, "he cannot not do it."  It cannot process large files fast.

  I asked the guy to RIM tech if I could change the size of the cache myself and he said no.  I asked if he could do something and he said no.

  I'm not a technical genius, but I think that the size of the cache is the problem because smaller files move well and efficiently.

  So I'm disappointed.

  I loved the BB, but it is a deal breaker for me.  I show a lot of pictures of the plant to my clients of landscape design, and I can't wait for the time between photos or files.

  Being a customer of AT & T saved however.  I could swap my telephone.

  I now have an iPhone and I'm totally happy and amazed at how fast the photo software is.  It's really impressive, more capable and more rapid.

  "BOLD" and the RIM BlackBerry needs a few adjustments here.

  In addition, the Office Synchronization Manager software is very disappointing.  It is aggravatingly slow to synchronize.  Why does it start from scratch every time?  Why doesn't it just look for what's new?  It shouldn't take five minutes to synchronize.  We are busy people, and we must go to our next appointment right after that we type in client info in our Office Outlook calendar.  We don't have time to wait five minutes while the BB takes five minutes for the new appointment info.

  Farewell... and think... I've been waiting since July 2008 for this thing finally get out.

  However, I'm not going to use the iPhone as a camera.  I'll use it as a phone/PDA that can show my clients any photo of plant that I've stored quickly (up to 3 500 images).

  The issue was speed.  The BlackBerry doesn't have in this regard.  The iPhone has excelled beyond expectations, because it is extremely fast.

  I have a nice Nikon SLR for photography and use Picasa too reduce the size of the images for the display of PDA.  So it wasn't the issue.

• Trying to vectorize the text to a table.

  I create a wall calendar, so I have a couple of numbers in a table.

  Before sending to print, I have to create outlines (don't ask why).

  When I do that, it looks ok, but... the 'original' is always hidden BENEATH the converted copy.

  What happens here?

  When you select a picture frame, the above happens.

  To convert text to a table correctly, I had to select _texte_ himself.

  Can Adobe, you fix this?

  For various reasons (the allusion and things like points out and colors of text disappearing box), conversion of text all paths in this way is a bad idea.

  However, for the time where it can't be avoided, there's a way to do this without the above damage.

• SG error when loading quicktime files

  Hey guys, could use help:

  I try to use the SpeedGrade class room in a book tutorial. I'm just in the first chapter. I open the project and get a timeline. I point the media browser to the folder, hit "over office' and calendar changes turns the blue.

  However, the thumbnails are grey white, and when I go to the "Color" tab I get the message "error opening file".

  The "Render" tab > others > Quicktime, I get the message "the Quicktime library could not be initialized. Please make sure that Quicktime 7 or later version is installed.

  I installed QuickTime v7.7.4 and can play the clips (with the extension .mov) without problem outside the SG.

  I am running this cloud Adobe Creative on an Intel i5 - 3570 k quad-core with 8 GB of RAM on a 64-bit Windows 7 system with a 1024 MB graphics card (older) Nvidia GeForce 9500 GT (version 327,23 driver. No new updates available.)

  I did some poking around in the forums here, but don't can't get an answer that works. The resolution, I have sous-échantillonnées. Adjust the size of the cache. Files deleted and started around, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

  Well, today is April 16, 2013, I just logged in to extend my warranty, only to find out the date of warranty CHANGED! Said that it expired YESTERDAY, not the 21st. (in fact, it is said yesterday, it was my last day of coverage.)

  Had I not written the same info on ALL my 'reminders' for this same date, I'd be more inclined to attribute it to a 'senior moment' (despite only 56)... Then ~

  (1) everyone can think of an alternative (with the exception of the early onset of Alzheimer's disease)?

  Well I do not work for Lenovo, so there is no way I can check for you on the guarantee of change the aspect of your question.

  I mean it is possible that the guarantee may change, but it's usually like 3 years to 1 year (i.e. on a purchased taken Lenovo ThinkPad).

  I have not seen all cases where the guarantee changed only a few days. But that doesn't mean not it can't happen, it's just that I have not seen, and so I could not comment on the possibility that.
