Place your cursor on the image, right click and save the image under a .jpeg instead of simply copying.   As far as I am concerned, if it is genuine hardly important.
  If I bought a used computer, no matter who previously owned the
  first thing I could do with it would be to reinstall the operating
  system itself. You don't know how the computer has been maintained,
  which has been improperly installed, what's missing, what virus and
  There may be spyware, etc. I would not live with someone
  other errors and problems, possibility of kiddy p0rn, etc. and I
  would not recommend anyone else to do.

  Looks like there will probably be a better way.  How can I manage two of these objectives with a single run through the video?  Can I manage 2 separate calendars, or is there a way to simply record the clip that I scored quickly so that I have easily add to the timeline later?  What would be great is if I could just mark the clips on the way, then save clips in separate folders and return to use those on a timeline later.  Then I can mix the two and have fun with that, too.

  Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.  I feel I'm doubling the amount of time I should be working on this stuff through the videos twice.

  I cut and copied some set of files of office (located in C :) to a folder in the d: drive. Another series got also copied in another location on the disk D of office.
