  Hi all

  I recently bought the all-in-one HP Office Jet 4650 printer who announced printing without margins.  I couldn't access this option and all my pictures are printing with a wide white border - especially on the right margin.

  I have a 4650 printer that will not stay online this is a new printer. I called hp spent 3 hours on the phone with them with no result. I think all over again have no solution. I tried almost everything.  said does not connect to the server only connects for a few when I just reinstall.

  Ty for the solution unfortunately HP tried and it didn't work I have lived two people or one of them could understand it. Waiting in a third party to see if they can help. I think really this trade for a Lexmark never had no problem with this printer. My computer is also a brand new HP all-in-one.

  You mentioned that you are trying to print from an email. You can try and print from other applications to see if there is an option to print in black ink only?

  If the option is not available, the issue could be with the drivers and so we may have to completely reinstall the drivers and check out them. Go to http://hp.care/2cqTjVI and follow the steps to uninstall the drivers. Restart your computer, and then visit http://hp.care/2cyJALr to download and install the latest drivers for your printer. Then try to print in' grayscale '.

  PS: Your printer supports the mode of single cartridge. So if you want to completely stop color printing you can get out the color cartridge and use only black.

• OfficeJet 6100 prints photos but print the electronic text as truncated including title, date/time?

  I have a HP 9300 and a HP 6100 printer. Both worked fine for a couple of years now. All of a sudden I'm experienceing random letters/characters whenever I try to print from email or occasionally on the web. If I take a document stored at random, they print correctly. Have I somehow messed something? I don't remember changing any settings, but you never know. Yes, I tried re-installing the printers.

  It turns out that it was a mistake to police and I had someone to fix. Thanks for any help and response. FYI, I'm under mozilla browser, of the trachea.

  Gmail, Yahoo, and SmarterMail are web-based email clients which means that they are using a Web browser.

  It seems that the printer is not selected in the print dialog box. Please ensure that you select your printer. Otherwise, it could use a PDF or Microsoft OneNote Driver, printer etc.

  Are you able to print from MS Word, Notepad, or WordPad?

  In the meantime, I would reset the settings of your browser to see if that solves the problem.

  Reset the settings of your Internet Explorer browser

  1. Close all Internet Explorer Windows or Explorer Windows that are currently open.

  2. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.

  3. Click Tools and then click Internet Options.

  4. Click on the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.

  5. Select the check box delete personal settings if you want to delete the browsing history, search providers, accelerators, home pages, and InPrivate filtering data.

  6. In the reset Internet Explorer settings dialog, click Reset.

  7. When Internet Explorer finishes restoring the settings, click Close, and then click OK.

  8. Close Internet Explorer.

  Reset the settings of your Firefox browser

  1. Type Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. A list of preferences appears.

  2. Find the preference Print.print_printer (Note: this preference is missing in Firefox profiles where you have never used the printer.)

  3. (Right-click contextual) right-click the preference and select Reset . (Some users may need to reset all the ) ( Print.Printer preferences for a particular printer, if this master preference reset does not solve the problem.)

  4. Restart Firefox and see if the problem is resolved.

• HP OfficeJet 4650: Not complete photo printing

  I downloaded the maps & images in Word.  Resized - well within the borders.  Checked "print preview" - perfect.  Print.  All the text is perfect: photos, same size as in "Print preview", but cut (not full photo as shown in "Print preview").  The same images (maps) have been used before, for a question separate and printed perfectly.  I tried deleting pics and the re - download, computer stop and re-start and starting from scratch.  Tried to re-printing four times, but the same thing happens.  Any ideas, please?  I would appreciate help.  God bless you.  Jayuu

  It may just be a matter of remove the existing printer software and install a new copy of the software full functionality.

• HP Officejet Pro 8600: Recently a fax pops up when I try to print photos and the picture does not print

  We have a printer all-in-one HP Officejet Pro 8600 operating from a desktop HP with Windows 7. Recently, in the last two weeks my wife told me, we cannot print photos. The documents appear to be printed without a problem, but when trying to print a photo we get a window titled 'Send Fax - HP Officejet Pro 8600'. We have never used or even hung fax capablitly since we have owned this printer (maybe 2-3 years). All of a sudden, this window is displayed when we try to print a photo and the photo does not print.  I can't tell you that my wife did not hit accidentally a wrong button somewhere down the line, but she says she does not. I tried to attach a screenshot of the window, but for some reason that it does not take it. It's probably something very simple, but technically challenged myself, I can't understand. Help, please.

  Print picture of what program?  Some programs to keep their own default values for the printer.  It seems that the default printer for the printing of the photo program has been set to Fax.  Try to open the program, select the Officejet Pro 8600 as the printer rather than the Officejet Pro 8600 fax.

  I am trying to print a photo 4 x 6 and I get a message saying "HP Officejet 4630 (network) has a problem that requires your intervention.  If I put a picture on the printer to copy, it prints a copy but will not let me print a photo stored on my computer.   I selected the paper of 4 x 6 size.  Can someone tell me what I do wrong?

  I see that you have some problems with printing photos from your Windows 8 PC to your Officejet 4630 e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with this, but this error message suggests there is an error on your printer when you print. Could you please let me know if you have messages or lights on the printer after trying to print? Once I know that I will be better able to help you.

• Now my HP Officejet Pro more will not print Photos or anything else!

  Here I am once more.  I finally solved the problem that I had been downloading the software for my HP printer after that I downloaded Windows 10.  I could not download any software without getting an error message 'download cancelled '.  I was able to print pictures and letters typed with WordPerfect X 6.  I'm embarrassed to say that I accidentally fell into the solution and now I can scan, send faxes again.  Yay!  Problem is NOW, I'm more able to print photos, or anything else!  I go through all the motions and send the message to the printer to print, but nothing happens.  I have already run the hppiw.exe and configure the printer.  When I try to run the HPPSdr.exe, he unzips the file, the printer appears as "installed" and click on the 'Next', I get a screen with 3 different ways to connect the printer to my computer - I choose USB because it'S the way I was connected.  Then I get a message telling me to do that my printer is on (it is)!  and try a different USB port (I have) or try another USB cable (I HAVE!)  OK, so FINALLY I get to the point where I am able to print on a HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g series Print Page of Diagnostic quality, AND DOES IT!    But I also know there is a problem with the software and I need to uninstall and click the Support link and the Driver to download new software.  But when I click on the link, I'm told I'm not connected to the internet - here we are again.  I'm exhausted.  I am 65 years old and I've been at this for 96 hours.  I've corrected the problems of scanning, but now I can't print while yesterday I was able to do it!   Arrrrggggghhhhhh.

  Can someone tell me why I get the message 'not connected' when in fact I AM connected to the internet?  sigh/smh

  Welcome to the HP Forums!

  I see that you can not print with your HP Officejet Pro 8600, on 10 of Windows, and I'm happy to help you!

  Please, try the steps in the following order:

  • Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the printer software.
  • Unplug the printer USB cable.
  • Clean boot the computer. How to perform a boot in Windows.
  • Disable all Antivirus programs. Disable Antivirus software.
  • Disable all firewall programs. The WF of end-to-end.
  • Create a new user account. Management of user accounts and connections (Windows 10).
  • Reinstall using the printer HP install wizard for Windows. (Wait for the software to tell you to plug in the USB printer cable).

  Then, run the HP print and Scan Doctor to verify that everything works.

  The color quality seems very poor, with a bluish tint. When printing photos on my OfficeJet J6480. Cartridges show plenty of ink. Any ideas?

  Here I'd say work items on the colors bleeding into one another and any material to help get this resolved related.

  Typically, this can be solved by cleaning the print heads and contacts within the printer. Be careful when you perform these steps well and I would say following the guide carefully.

  Depending on the size you need and the type of paper, you must use you is might be able to do that.

  Once you know these dimensions, you should be able to print the photo as you normally would, by specifying the dimensions in the software you use to print
