  To see how to scan in your 10.7 system just click here. I realize account as the said document to 10.8 but the steps would be the same for your system 10.7.

  If scanning your Mac works without error, I would try you power cycling of the network.

  To do this, I would like that you completely turn off your Mac and your printer. Once they are off, go to your router, pull out the power cord on the back for 30 seconds. Once 30 seconds have elapsed, plug the router in and wait for the lights to return to normal (this may take up to 5 minutes). Once the router is back please turn your Mac back on your printer and then once everything is set, please try again the analysis of the front of the printer.

  Hello. My computer recently downloaded windows 10 and since then I can not scan from my printer to my computer (although I can scan my computer on my printer).  I get the following error message (and hp scan doctor found no problems): "the analysis could not be performed because of one or more of the following problems: - computer connection is lost, the application of scanning the computer is currently in use, OCR application - is not installed on the computer.

  Is there a way to fix this?

  You can download and install the software COMPLETE features of HP printing for your operating system:

  Once you have downloaded and installed the software, FULL of features, you will be able to print and scan.

  How to scan to computer

  Once you have installed the software,

  1. click the printer (on your desktop) and it will bring up the HP printer Assistant.
  2. in the menu analyze, there is a 'manage Scan to Computer', click on that.
  3. make sure that 'enable' the Scan of the computer. Also check the tab "Automatically start Scan of the computer when I connect Windows" is to check if you want to have this feature permanently. (an example is shown below)

When I try to send the file to a NAS by IP address, password, and account name it tells me that the file is not found.  I can get on the site by copying the ip address and the path to my dir browser.

  In the Linux box, I can print to the printer.

  Sorry, but HP does not support the Linux operating system.  The only thing that HP offers for Linux support can be found here.

  I have a HP all-in-ONE Officejet 150 and that you are unable to scan wireless.  Right now, I can't even the bluetooth icon to turn blue, although it said that the radio is on.  I took my old printer because of such problems.  I handed to factory, combined with my Sony computer, but it does not recognize my computer.  Suggestions?  I can use a cable and get it to the scan, but that defeats the purpose of bluetooth technology.

  I understand that you can not scan wireless with your mobile printer HP Officejet 150. I'm happy to discuss this issue for you!

  This printer can only scan with the printer cable USB is plugged. As the wireless Bluetooth connection is strictly to be printed. Please see the user's Guide, for more information your printer.

  I saw that you encounter a problem when you try to add your Scanjet G4010 to your Mac up-to-date 10.9.2. If you have not yet downloaded the installation for the Scanjet, please do it here: HP Scanjet ICA software for Mac OS X 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 or 10.9.

  If that is not always do the trick, follow these 2 steps and add the printer and back scanjet.

  2. repair disk permissions

  2. Do you get any error messages? If Yes, what is the full error message?

  This problem might have occurred because of these reasons:

  1. Corrupted driver.

  2. Hardware problem.

  Method 1:
  I suggest you to run hardware store and check if it helps.

  (a) press the Windows keyboard.

  (b) Troubleshooting type in the search box and press enter.
  (c) click on material and audio.

  (d) click on hardware and devices and follow the on-screen instructions.

  Method 2:
  If the problem persists, I suggest you to download and install the latest scanner driver\software on the manufacturer's Web site.

  Oh, OK, well this isn't probably the problem, but for good measure, you should get the latest version of the software for your printer from the "support & drivers" link at the top of this page.

  In the meantime, we will reset the printing system:

  -Go to System Preferences > Print & Fax
  -Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign more to add a printer. Top of the window, Select the default tab . Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

I rebooted the computer laptop and printer and even left stop for the night, but it does not work. Nobody knows anything else to try?

  I understand that you are having problems with HP Officejet 6700 Premium does not connect to your Macbook Pro.

  The router must sometimes be recycled.  I unplug the router, turn off the printer, shut down the computer.

  Turn on router wait 5 min and turn on the printer and the computer.

  Check the printer if the Wifi is STRONG.

  Open Preferences system, Print and or print and scan pane. If you see the printer listed
  Click Printer button remove. It will ask for confirmation to delete printer.
  Click on add it or + button, select the MFP Hello not Fax. Adding that should update the drivers.

  If the Wifi of the printer is not fixed, you will need to reconfigure.

  1. Press the power button to turn on the printer.
