  The base system device is usually drive card or PCMCIA slot or both. Some manufacturers of laptop to group a set of drivers and call "Chipset" even if it includes more than the chip set.

  My printer network disconnects when my computer is shut down or sleep. I have a Samsung printer connected to a print server through a router Linksys WAG160N Linksys PSUS4 wireless. Two computers that are hard cables to the router to see and access the printer without problem. I now have a new laptop Sony Vaio (Vista OS) that accesses the router WAG160N wireless. The Vaio connects to the internet OK, but everytime I shut down the PC, the printer is offline and remains offline to the Vaio when I start again.

  If I remove the printer of the Vaio and then 'add printer' again, by selecting the option "Add a network, wireless or bluetooth printer" shows the printer as \\LK90a6dd\p1 network is available. But if I try to connect to it, I have "X Windows cannot connect to the printer".   Kevin, I owe you a drink. I have added the printer as a local printer (as opposed to network), entering the IP, etc print driver, restarted the computer, and... the printer remained online. We're just the Photosmart printer with a generic printer icon; and the second is Photosmart printer, Scanner, copier with a picture of the Photosmart which I believe it should be. I ran the installation at least 10 times and I get a good wireless system work then after that the machine is stopped for the day the printer is offline and do not print. How can I stop the printer goes offline in wireless mode?

  Adobe EM had a number of bugs.  Rather than repair, they elected to leave it in 2015 of CC.

  My new Toshiba Satellite Z830 10J ultrabook with Win7 64 bit. all updates, works fine and shows no anomaly, there is however a strange exception.

  When the battery is completely charded and I 'pull the plug', the system runs on the battery for sometimes more than 5 hours, so I guess that the cycle of the battery is ok.

  Update in Windows and connected to the Internet with a little time on your hands and knowledge.

  Open Internet Explorer, go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and do CUSTOM scan and determine what updates you need.  Install them.  Reset.  Repeat the visit, CUSTOM and see if updates (one of those that you just installed) back upwards.  Just list those here (KB #)...
