As long as you enter the numbers fast enough, the fax needs to work with the numbering screen, otherwise, you will need to use the phone to enter all the guests under send a fax manually from a phone.

  I need help. my HP Officejet 6500 has more out of print colors.  I changed the printhead twice ($86,00), with new inks, hp 920, (all colors and black) twice ($120,00) has contacted HP tech support and they told me it's a hardware problem and it is irreparable! Prints fine in black ink only.  copy, scan and fax work well. The test to align the printhead fails.  I am running windows XP, sp3 with all drivers up to date. HP makes no more of this model, I really like the way he worked.  Nice picture Wi - Fi and print present works well (black ink only).   Would like to keep this printer and not lose my current investment of ink cartridges (HP920). The current model uses different inks (of fat) can someone help me.  Thank you.
