OfficeJet 7500e910: how to get my Officejet 7500 e910 to print on disc (thick paper)

I'm trying to print on what they call BeadBacking of Nicole, who is a heavy, rigid, paper fiber.  It goes through other types of printers inkjet without problem.  I can't get my printer to sell the sheet.  He stuck about 3 inches in the printer.  I can't find anything that allows me to adjust the thickness of the paper.  If I used a program like CorelDraw, would that help?  Is there a way I can use Microsoft Office programs to print on this kind of paper?

I don't see any spec s the site of the Nicole for thickness BeadBacking, but based on the photos it looks way too thick to print directly.  You may consider printing to an iron on transfer material to get the models on the heel of the backing material.  According to media handling specs on page 176 of the maunal here the maximum weight for cards would be 110 lb material.

  • HP Officejet 7500 E910: Cleaning print head

I understand that the printer starts a sequence of cleaning from time to time, which uses ink. I wonder what is happening to the ink. It moves to a "cesspool" of sorts, and whether itself needs cleaning occasionally?

    Thanks if anyone can help.

Officejet 7500 has been evaluated for a duty cycle of up to 7000 pages per month.  With a standard 12 month warranty, this would imply a guaranteed page 84K service.

Personally, I would not add a drain system, there are probably other things that would wear until the capacity of the station would become a problem.  (For example, the coding Strip would probably need cleaning or replacement, see the post here)

I suggest do things to minimize ink spit in the service station:

    • Keep the printer plugged in to an outlet. If an external passes as an output switch is used more ink will be used at startup.
    • Don't run don't not cleaning cycles since the Panel Toolbox or before if necessary (very rare).

  • HP officejet 7500 E910: unable to connect my HP printer to laptop

I can't get my laptop (Toshiba Satellite) to connect with my printer HP, (Officejet 7500 E910). This printer was working with this computer until I experienced connection problems. Thought it was my router and replaced by the new router, (BelkinAC1750 DB). Router works fine with the laptop and another, (which has Windows 8.1). I can't connect either wired or wireless for printer or PC. I rebooted to update software that is recommended with this printer that is listed as compatible with windows 10 twice. When I run the HP software to solve problems, it shows the installation is successful, but I get a file error when I try to print.  I tried to reconnect several times to the network, but I think that the IP address on the printer set up display is wrong, but I don't know how to check this. The HP software troubleshooting help gives this as a problem, (the IP address is incorrect or a wireless network).  I disable firewall and antivirus with no result. I read all the suggestions I can find without success. I would like to reset the printer to the original configuration, but I can't find the method to do it. I think the problem is with the printer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I discovered how to reset my default settings for the touch screen of the printer. It's under the 'Tools' menu, I didn't just not scrolled to the bottom. I have reset to the factory settings and then you had to use the HP printer Assistant, but I connected the printer to the network successfully with the correct IP, 192.168.2.171. The two PC is now no trouble-free printing. I don't know how I got into this mess, but I know that it is with your help that I managed to find a solution. Thank you for your time and your efforts. You saved me time and money.

  • Printing an envelope A2 in Officejet 7500 E910

I tried several times, in vain, to print an A2 envelope on this printer.  It will show perhaps, but I have dark lines or it will jam, which is most likely to occur.  By checking the archives, I see other printers do not support this size envelope, but there is no mention on my particular model.

The same applies to this model or am I missing something?  If this printer is able to print an envelope of this size, is there a work-around perhaps?

Thank you very much for any assistance, you may be able to offer.

    Hello @KatyJean,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand that you get problems printing A2 envelopes using the Officejet 7500 E910. I will do my best to help you! First of all, I need to know your operating system on your computer? Windows or Mac?

Just to let you know, I'll provide the Product Specifications. Click on the supported paper handling, and then click Envelopes supported. You may have noticed the A2 if not supported.

If you have a Mac computer, you can create a custom within this guideline size: (3.0 to 13.0 inches) wide and (5.0 to 44.0 inches) long. I'll give you a document from HP on create paper formats in Windows 7, Windows 8, and Mac OS X.

If you have any other questions, please let me know. Have a great day!

  • Digitization of 11 X 17 on Officejet 7500 E910

We have a HP Officejet 7500 E910. We scan 11 X 17 (tabloid) directly to print (by analyzing the halves separately), but I can't find a way to scan to a file. Is this possible?

    Hello

It is possible using the ArcSoft (Scan - n - Stitch Deluxe for HP) software that was provided on a different CD with the printer.

Thus, this can be done using the façade of scanning to a memory device:

  • OfficeJet 7500 E910 model: 0x61011bed error code

0x6011bed error code is displayed once the printer performs an impression and to enable again the printer requires a lot of button pushes on the display of messages of 'OK '.

I have turned off the Officejet 7500, disconnected from the power, waited a minute, deleted and reinstalled ink tanks and the print head, sucked and bluff visible dust but still cannot make the mistake go away for very long, with usually error code return after printing (print or receipt of a fax).

I perform the extra step or need of cleanup for more than just a job printing after the error code clears?

An additional observation: If the print job is multiple pages, once started the Officejet 7500 completes the task, but is to begin after the error code displayed is the problem.

    Hey @pauledinger,

Thanks for getting back to me on this subject.

Because you also get a paper jam error, you can click here to access the paper jam good troubleshooting steps. Once the support document opens just review the Solutions proposed to ensure that no paper or debris is hidden in paper path in your product. Support document also guides you through the rollers for the cleaning of the printer. Regarding a paper sensor, you can not clean the sensor itself. In addition, if the sensor is defective, it is a non-replaceable part on this model of consumption of the product. Therefore, a replacement of the entire unit would be necessary.

After the jam troubleshooting steps, please try printing. If the error persists, can please click you here to send last programming Firmware update to your printer. The Firmware is the "brain" of your printer and control that made your printer and how your printer it. If there is a corruption in the internal programming in your printer, it can cause performance problems. Your printer must be in a State of 'ready' to 'send' to update the Firmware of the product. If your printer indicates a status of error on the Panel until the firmware update will most likely fail. Once the firmware update completed test print to see if the problem has been resolved.

If the error state persists after checking for jams and completing the update of the Firmware a replacement of the entire unit would be the next step.

Please let me know if the troubleshooting steps I've provided resolve this error state. Good luck!

  • HP Officejet 7500 E910 deletion of the web registration application

I bought my HP Officejet 7500 E910in 2013 and have registered the product via the web application for registration that appeared on my desk.

Despite this, the recording web application still appears after that, I was working for a while and the only way to close it is via the Task Manager.  Annoying as it is, it's more disruptive when using a powerpoint slide show, as the web application closes the powerpoint program.

I would like advice on removing the record of web application from my laptop.

    Welcome to the Chris forums

I understand that you want to remove the "web app registration" of your computer. Try looking in your control panel, add/remove programs or uninstall a program and find the app in there and uninstall it. Who should remove it completely. Then restart the computer.

If you are still having the pop up happen, let me know what version of Windows you have:

  • OfficeJet 7500 a cannot print personalized formats?

I recently bought the HP Officejet 7500 a print on large custom formats. In the specifications of the product it is said that the sizes are available for the printer. However, when I tried to print on a custom format, there is no option to set a custom paper size. I checked the manual and was shocked to see a note saying that the dimensions of the custom brackets are available for users of Mac OS X! I can't believe that this "detail" has been convniently in the product specifications. Is it possible possible to print papers costom formats in Windows on this printer? This problem is inexplicable to me. It seems that if the printer is capable of doing when a MAC is hooked up to then he should be able to do when a PC is connected to it? Are there drivers that could allow me to print paper sizes custom in Windows?

It would certainly be worth it to use the 7000 drivers.  You should be able to download the proper drivers and install them, and when the Setup program cannot find the printer select "continue".  Then, use "Add a printer" and choose the 7500 the same port.  If for any reason that the driver will not let me install without the connected printer know and we can find a solution for this.
