OfficeJet 7612: Officejet 7612 does not complete scanning of the image

I finally got the "Scanner connect to computer" problem solved and fortunately scanned my first document, an image with a lot of lines. Imagine my distress when he does to my computer has each set of lines analysed separately, as individual documents.

He has sent 17 individual 'documents' to my computer and ignored the text, and other things that were also on the page.

I tried to run the scan of the computer (rather than the printer itself), using the HP scanning application. In the dropdown menu, where he chose "Generalist", I changed the selection ' Photos, graphics, etc..

Still, he has refused to read the entire image in the form of a chart and insisted on it upwards to cut into unusable pieces.

I bought this printer specifically so that I can do this type of analysis at home, for the convenience of not having to drive to a photocopy shop each time. I'm on a date limit here, and juggle with this stupid scanner has my project late now! Anyone know the solution? I searched the forums and help pages and found nothing. tyia

SOLVED!  Here's how:

I got another question; my driver was not rising with an option for 13 "x 19" paper and refused to print this topic, stating a paper size mismatch. While looking through the forums before posting this question, I came across some people who said they need to install a second driver.

I wasn't sure that this would help, but as it was easier that removing & reinstalling the drivers, I just downloaded & installed yesterday, I gave it a try. (I used the instructions here. There also instructions to do on hereWindows machines.)

Then I fiddled with the printer to see if it did any good. In system preferences, I clicked on Printers & Scanners. So I chose this printer with the 2nd version of the driver installed. From there, I clicked on "Open Print Queue... "and then noticed something that I didn't have before.

Normally, I've been hitting the button settings in the top left. But this time, I noticed a button saying Scanner. I was taken to an interface of real, recognizable, scanning with all the options that I needed to tell him what I had, such as turning off "detect the separate elements"!

It would have been nice if I would have found this Twitter.com, but good. And I'll leave it square instead of delete, in case it turns out to be useful to someone else.

My HP 3052 a Deskjet all-in-one will not scan the complete image to my Mac, I've had it for 2 weeks and it has not analyzed the complete picture only the upper right of the page.  I searched through all the things that have been installed in my computer and I can't fix it.

-Go to System Preferences > print & Scan
-Right (or control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
-Select the sign more to add a printer. Select the default tab on the top of the window. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

    Hi Gemini02

Thanks for your quick response. There are 2 missing pieces in your answer.

I need to change the "last printer used" default printer "HP Photosmart... »

then I needed to go to the image capture. Do the scan from there then click on & select by dragging the mouse over Preview, then confirm it. Then he would go to the place I had specified & this is.

I could not use image capture without default printer changing

  • Always auto answer on my Officejet 8500 does not fax - tried all the suggestions.

    Hello

I read a few messages with similar questions, but none that have exactly the same problem. Auto answer on my Officejet 8500 is on and there is a light.  I tried this turn by both pushing the button on the machine, as well as through the web interface.  I have put fax to send e-mails and not functioning properly.  The phone cord is plugged into the correct port on the printer and I use a telephone with 2 wires in cable and not 4 (some thought that the cord 4-wire has been the question but I do not know how it would make a difference).  I even tried to see if the machine to auto answer when the auto answer button has been turned off, just in case it worked in reverse.

The fax can send as well as receive (so the cord should work) via sending e-mail function that I put in place.  We can receive faxes if someone is there to push a button, but no one is often.  Everything should work perfectly if she just automatically answer... which is essential to any fax machine in general.  Anyone know what could be the cause and how to fix it?  If we cannot get this to work, we get a different machine.

    Here are some statistics:

    Model: Officejet pro 8500 A909n

    Firmware version: DLM1FN0924AR

    Operating system: Windows XP Pro

There were no changes to my system before that happened.

Are there updates that could take care of this?

    Thank you!

    Hi ForeverFixing,

Follow the steps described in the pages of 89 to 92 Fax to PC users guides.

NOTE: Fax to PC and fax to Mac are available to receive faxes in black and white only. Color faxes are printed instead of be saved on the computer.

  • Migrate from the Labview inspection does not have to acquire the image

I migrated my inspection of Vision helps with Labview 8.6 and the sad program he managed. But I have Labview 8.6 I got a long error list containing different items IVB IMAQdx (Exec (for RT.vi), management resources (for RT.vi), etc...). Number of items had the error messages "definition not found xxx:Type or contains errors", "xxx: Subvi is missing ' and ' xxx: Subvi is not executable. Inspections in Vision Builder works very well, and the Vision Builder to Labview migration also works very well I I choose a simulated acquisition. What is the problem and how a slove it?

    I have LabView 8.6, Vision Builder 3.6.

    / Johnny

The stage of image acquisition depends on a driver whose API is not installed in your folder of LabVIEW. Reinstall the software of Acquisition of Vision and do not forget to install the LabVIEW 8.6 support.

In addition, Data Logging and Image Logging steps require the internet Toolbox. Look in the "Migration of LabVIEW" section of the online help for a list of the drivers/toolkits, you must install when using hardware related as follows.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards

  • OfficeJet 4360: Hp officejet 4360 does not print but all the test prints come out perfect

All of the test pages come out perfectly, but when I try to print a document, it will pull the paper through and seem as if it will print but the page comes out blank. Then, in a software, I for planning, when I try to print, it will print the form without the personal information that I entered into the form. Any suggestions as to what can happen and how to fix it?

You have been correct is the question.  I'm actually the 4632.  All the test pages are out happening without any problem.  I did all the checks, including levels of ink... actually, what was the first thing I did.  Well, when nothing else was not working, I decided to install a new black ink cartridge.  That was the problem.  As simple as that.  Thank you for your willingness to help.

Anticipating a quick answer on the same

    Thanking you,

    Yogesh clavreul,

    +

    Hi yogesh,

This problem could be due to the fact that the product key provided does not match the press which is used to install Windows. The product key that is provided can be a file without assistance, in a. EI. CFG file, in the PID.txt file or in the BIOS firmware. Windows OEM 8 machines ship with the product key in the firmware, and if this product key does not match the press, then you will see the above error message.

You are able to start after receiving the error message on the screen?

I suggest you to change the product key to the correct for the media you are trying to install. If the system has a product key in the motherboard (o. a. 3.0 [Activation OEM] provides an OEM product key in the firmware), you use an Unattend file, file (EI.cfg) edition Configuration or the product ID file (PID.txt).

    You can check the link:

  • OfficeJet 6500 intermittently does not print half of the last line in the lower doc

Using an Officejet 6500 E709a connected to Windows 7 64-bit PC via ethernet LAN.  Intermittently, the printer is unable to print a part of the last line of the document.  A 12 point font for example it does not print the bottom half of the letters on the last line of text.  What software (word, excel, PDF, etc.) and it does not matter hwer on the page of the last line falls.  It occurs only on the last page of multipage documents.

Try that and see if it helps the question:

    1. In the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon ( ), type control printers in the Search text box and press ENTER. The Printers window opens.
