The problem is with 1 c Enterprise 8. In version 8.3, it is possible to select two-sided printing in file-> Page Setup. This program doesn't respect changes to the settings of the printer in the print dialog box. You must change the configuration of the default printer in the control panel.

  • each other envelope prints upside down

I have a new officejet Pro 8625 connected to my mac has been upgraded to yosemite (10.10).  I downloaded the printer driver (v. 10.0) that corresponds to this OS.  When I print merged envelopes #10 mail in MS word (v14.4.5) another each envelope prints upside down.   What can I do?

Just in case anyone else ever has this problem, it seemed to me the solution.  The settings were preset to print double-sided with long side binding.  When I turned off the power, the envelopes print correctly.  Not sure why the flip for still another envelope causing instead of actually printing on both sides, but at least now it works.

  • Epson print driver changes both margins to address for the envelope printing. Three other printers print the addresses of envelope with correct margins.

I bought a new all-in-one Epson Wireless WF-3540.  So new Epson technical support people had one to test my problem.  I like it a lot because it has two trays cassette for 250 pages each, and a page break back.  For the love of the work I do in this description I use the back form feed on the Epson only.

Suppose I have a business letter in Word 2007 using Windows XP Pro.  My default printer is a HP 932 C.  I click on Mailings, Create, envelope and print it.  The result is the number 10 envelope with the address of the left retour.3,.3 of the top and the address of destination 2 inches high and 5 inches from the left.  Exactly the way I want it.  A selection button.

Suppose I have install the new Epson WF-3540.  I opened the business SAME letter in the same Word 2007 using Windows XP Pro.  This time around with the Epson WF-3540, I followed the same procedure for click mail merge, Create, envelope and print.  The result is an envelope of number 10 with the return address 1.5 inches from left to right top et.4.  The destination address is 3 inches from the left and the top 2.25.  The non-professional delivery address looks and interferes with the USPS standards.

I worked on the problem for two days.  I was on the phone with Epson for a total of four hours.  Here are the various attempts to set this right using the Epson WF-3540.

    1. in the Ribbon to create open envelopes, click options, and set the margins for the return and destination addresses as I would like.  I always use the et.3 valeur.3 return address and the destination address in 5 and 2.  I put these values in the options, click OK.  Print the envelope, and it is printed as I've described above with Epson.  In looking at the options for envelopes that they were changed to Auto.

    2. I have a test with the help of the same letter of businesss, Word 2007 and Windows XP.  I set the default printer to the HP.  This time I select envelope, add to the document.  I see an image of the envelope, watching leaders aside, it looks I want.  I close Word 2007, without saving the changes.  I have change the default printer to the Epson, open Word, the same letter from the company and select the envelope in the document.  It seems to appear in the same strange settings how it prints.

    3. I tried to change the margins of the envelope in the document with Epson as default.  When I try to print it throws an error telling me that I am trying to print outside margins.

What are the effects of the behavior of the default printer?  Why the change in the appearance of the envelope both printed and in the document when I change printers.  What does the print driver? has to do with the formatting?  The installation of the Epson gives something in the registry that control margins almost anything.

Epson told me there is no problem, but they are ready to buy the printer back to me.  Remember that they don't even have one to test on.

I tried adding some dummy printers, without the actual printer and using the drivers only.  For example, I added an Epson ActionLaser 1100.  When I set it by default and use the same letter sales and Word 2007, I click on the envelope and add it to the Document, the addresses on the envelopes are exactly where I wait until they are, using the ruler on the side.

What is - this subject a new printer is to control this mess?  I'd love to keep him.  I do a lot of letters and need the rear feed and must be able to one click printing envelopes.

I had the same problem with my Epson WF-3540. Came to this site looking for the answer after the Epson site doesn't seem to have an answer. After reading the posts, I went to the printer, and I gave it a try more. I found what seems to be a solution but not transparent, that it worked.

I noticed that when I tried to print the envelope property printer box shows the paper letter size (8 1/2 x 11) and not an envelope (#10). I changed the setting as the skin #10 and checked manually minimize margins. I then used the button Add presets save this as # 10 envelope as a new preset. This allows to print the envelope in the current printing of the page with the ability to use almost the entire surface of the envelope. You then switch to printing standard predefined when you are finished.

I try to print a DL size envelope (11 x 22 cms) using Word and the envy of 5530. I loaded it according to the instructions on the HP site several times, but the printer keeps ejecting indicating that the paper is too short. I moved the envelope back into the tray just to make sure that its starting position is ok, but no joy.

Welcome to the HP Forums @Donfitzg,

I read your post about the problems you're having with printing envelopes your craving for 5530 DL and wanted to stop and share my own suggestions. The printer supports certainly this type of envelope size, so I would recommend running the printing and scanning Dr (below), to see if it can fix any printer software problems. If the feature full driver and software is not installed, install the full software and try printing again.

I tried everything I know to do.  I have a word document that I inserted a photo in and it keeps cutting off my photos.  This is also when I insert a clip art image.  I downloaded new drivers and everything.  I do not lose any information on my file with the exception of the part of the image to the break.  I tried to resize and crop the image.  That did not help either.

  • Unique to an Officejet Pro 8600 envelopes printing

I have just my new HP Officejet Pro 8600 installation. It is true that I can print stacks of envelopes as a media type but can not simply slide an envelope in the feeder and print a single envelope?

I have been an active desktop and perform tasks of office such as the digitization of documents entrants, fax, correspondence, etc. All individual tasks without hassle. How can I print one envelope of my program of postage to send a letter? Huh, without the hassle of removing the media already in the charger to a standard daily print?

If it helps, I use VISTA Home

    > No need to a charger of sheets 80 $2500

I think it's a typo in and 8lives probably means a tray extra paper"250 sheets!

But you raised the same exact question that made me delay the upgrade for my printer for many months, because I couldn't find a printer (in this class '8600' printers) that would allow me to feed in just an occasional envelope, without needing to remove and "Re-assign" the times set paper tray!  Absolutely maddening!

(The Epson nearly equivalent workforce printers apparently take one-off envelopes through their rear trays, but these trays back need additional "behind the printer" access my office - the installation program could not allow - and I did not have an HP printer in any case !)

Then (because I could afford the high additional printer as well as the extra cost!) I gave up and bought one of these '250 sheets' extra paper trays, costing around 50UK books, and who is now dedicated to my DL envelopes, which I could print perhaps two or three per month!  An absolutely crazy design flaw in my opinion exasperated!

But I like my printer 8600 otherwise!

  • HP P1102W, Windows 8.1 LJ and envelope printing in Office Pro 2010

Laser Jet Pro 1102W.  Since upgrading my Windows 8.1 HP desktop computer, print the envelope function stopped working in Word 2010.  When I try to print an envelope with a related document, the orange flashing light is committed, nothing appears in the list of documents of the printer, and I have to cancel the print job.

Y at - it a driver update or a fix for this problem?

    Hi MHixson,

After reading your answer for me and it's only my second answer, I'd like to take a few moments to tell you, I'm certainly not a robot, I'm human and am just trying to be helpful. I took the time to do some research for you and despite obvious misunderstanding, I always like to help.

In addition to the @DorothyGale response, I would like to add that this printer does not have a button to resume, if the flashing light, if you open the cover and close the envelope would print. It is equivalent to resume. This isn't a problem with the hardware or software, that it's just a setting that should be changed. Follow the steps below to avoid having to resume whenever you print an envelope.

In Word, click on tools, select letters and direct mail/envelopes and labels, box of the envelope will be opened in the envelope tab, enter your address, click Options, click the Printing Options tab, you will need to change the auto supply, it is probably set to manual.

I hope that this solves the problem.

  • Print to C4700 wireless is more than MacBook Pro 10.6.2

Sometimes this weekend my wife and I were more able to print on our our Macs C4700 wireless printer.  We have all two Proa MacBook with OS 10.6.2.  However, I am able to print the printer test pages AND I am able to print to the printer on my Linux laptop.

So, it doesn't seem to be a problem with the printer, but rather the mac drivers?  In fact, within the HP utility test page indicates that the page will be sent directly to the printer without the driver and any other system of treatment.  It seems that since the test page printed fine there must be a problem both of our Macs, printing systems.

I removed and added the C4700 printer several times and this has not solved the problem.  In fact, much of the time when I am trying to add the printer on MacBook Pro Hello my wife of NOT find the C4700 printer.  It's to find the Scanner C4700 but not the printer.  Sometimes, I had to resort to using the IP address and the host name to add the printer.  I can find the printer on my wireless network and access its state information within the HP utility on our Macs and the web page of the printer.  In addition, as I said before, I am able to print wireless using my Linux laptop.

When I try to print, I get a connected to a printer message in my queue and after a while, it goes to idle.  Nothing is printed.

This printer has worked for a few months.  In addition, I've been on OS 10.6.2 since BEFORE I had the C4700.  I'm not sure when the C4700 stopped printing, but it seems to have started at least over this last weekend.  I have another printer HP (Officejet 6300 series) with a wired network and we are both able to print to this printer very well.  It's ONLY my wireless C4700 printer.

What can I do?  I am all of these ideas.  I don't seem to remember in the last days of ran my update of the software for laptop and I think I remember HP printer updated driver.  The latest driver updates may have caused this problem?  I'm grabbing at straws here.  I do not understand what could have happened?

Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!

It's very strange.  I strongly suspect something in your Mac.  Did you do a permissions repair (Applications > utilities > disk utility)?  Select your hard drive, then click on "repair disk permissions".  Maybe try to download the drivers OS X Apple?

In addition, have you restarted your router and checked that it has the latest firmware?

I'm running out of ideas, will you?
