  Welcome to the Apple community. I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say "communicate" with the Apple Watch, so I'll give you a few options that can respond to your request.

  (1) the Apple Watch supports Siri, just like the iPhone and the Mac. To apply, simply say "Hey Siri" while the wrist is triggered, and your watch will respond. Alternatively, you can hold the digital Crown and Siri will be activated. As soon as Siri is activated, you can ask him questions such as "what is the weather today" or "reminder", or "Let's start a workout."

  (2) you can manually send SMS via your Apple Watch by use of Siri, or opening the messaging app. That Siri send your messages, just say 'Hey Siri, send a text < name >' and Siri will open the Messages app and wait to talk to you about your message.   Click Start on the taskbar, and then select Properties from the context menu.
  Ensure that the selected option of Start Menu as ist and click Customize to the right of the Start Menu option.
  This will display the Customize Start Menu dialog box.
  Use the Option Select an icon of Sice to Programms and now select small icons

  To configure your display appearance, wants to get small icons on your desktop

  Right click on an open area of the desktop and select Properties.
  Click the appearance tab.
  Click on 'effects' (in my Version of XP in German), perhaps you will need to click on Advanced.

  In my XP there is a "huge symbols" choice, if you have this choice, remove the hook.

  Your keyboard is set to french. To resolve this problem, look at the right hand of the bar at the bottom and you will see a keyboard. Click on it and press U.S..
