  • Problem with the certificate on Xbox 360 system Internet Explorer error

Original title: that is this "problem with certificates?

I have been using Bing on my Xbox 360 Internet Explorer system for years with little trouble. Today, I cleaned the history since he was a little slow again, but now I am unable to connect to Bing (or really any Microsoft site) through the Xbox 360 Internet Explorer. Whenever I try, I keep coming to a screen message saying that there is a problem with the certificate on the site. I am able to log in and connect to these same sites fine on my computer, but I don't have access to my computer all the time, so it was nice to be able to use Bing on my Xbox 360, but now with this error I can't. What is the cause of this, and what can be done to remedy this.

It seems that a recent patch for the application of EI on the Xbox 360 has solved this problem now.

  • XBox 360 DOCSIS 3 modem offset

My XBox 360 has a permanent shift since switching to a DOCSIS modem DOCSIS 2 3 modem, what I can do to fix the lag?

I have hard wired Xbox directly to the modem, but can never get a less than 75ms game since the transition to a DOCSIS modem 3 earlier this month. I used to get the game connection with the modem DOCSIS 2 50ms, I used previously. My computer that is connected to the modem even becomes 11ms pings with 150 + Mbps download and 25 + Mbps upload and my laptop in wifi is at comparable speeds. I have isolated the LAG to the Xbox 360 and wonder if there is a solution.

I bought an XBOX 360 Wireless Controller to my PC which is Vista 32. It worked at first and now it does not work... There is a lot of ppl with this problem with no will... Please help?

    cuzandlisa,
I have not had this problem myself.  But you might want to look at the troubleshooting on the Xbox site.
This page is especially for the Xbox to the PC controllers:
    http://support.Xbox.com/support/en/us/NXE/hardware/accessories/accessoriesforPC/ControllerforWindowsList.aspx

Hope that gives the info you need.  FYI: My first thought would be to uninstall\reinstall the driver.  Also make sure that your PC is up to date with updates.

Windows 7 was not my idea, but it still rocks! Soli Deo Gloria!

    Hi Zxcvbnma,

    ·         Is the specific issue with only Need for Speed or does happen with other games as well?

If the problem is specific only with Need for Speed, you can try to uninstall the game and reinstall the game and check if it works fine without any problems.

I also suggest that you uninstall Xbox 360 controller drivers and reinstall the drivers that could help you solve the problem.

Check the settings of the game. You can also connect the controller to the other computer and use it and check if the problem still persists.
