  Hello and thank you for the HP forums. To resolve this problem, you must first restart your computer.   Welcome to the HP Forums.

  I see that you have a problem with the white pages feeding through the printer once the completed initial print job.

  Please make sure you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer for example, but it is intended for HP products in general. Please click the link which explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

  Once the printer is connected to a wall outlet, please use the button ON / OFF to make a proper feeding cycle.  This will make a Semi be able to reset the printer.  Try printing again.

• Duplex printing blank pages between the two with forced

  Is there an easy way to force empty pages in the print when printing duplex job, a PDF document?

  It would be great if I could specify in the field of pages in print something like 1-3, white, 4-6, white, 8-10

  The only way I know is to divide it into three print jobs.

  A discovery I made then tests were, I can specify pages to print as 8 - to get everything from page 8.

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  There is no built-in method to force some pages to be printed on the front of a duplex sheet.

  Manually, you can insert a blank page in the document (assuming that it is not locked against changes) to the appropriate places before you call print.

  Or, possibly, you can write a script to look for some content and based on the current page are same number, insert an extra page preceding these pages. But that would require a very carefully made in the source and the PDF document. I'm not sure that this approach would be worth the effort, however.

  What is usually done in the real world of editing would be to define styles paragraph for section headings, for example, in InDesign, which forces the content to the next odd-numbered page, leaving a blank page if necessary. As the document is changed, the extra blank page is added or deleted as necessary to force the desired content on an odd page, on the front, two-sided copy.

  My HP network printer feeds a blank page between every page printed when I print from my laptop running Vista.  Printer feeds not the white pages from another laptop under XP.

  Thanks, but it was one of the first things I did.  In fact, what worked was to go to the printers, made folder right click and open as administrator, open the properties, open Advanced options, then open "new driver".  You can search for "Hewlett Packard" (NOT use the abbreviation HP) and download the nearest driver for my printer.  The printer now prints only what I asked with no inbetween fed additional sheets each printed page.  Yay!  Finally.

  I spent hours on the Internet, knowledge of HP basic research on the Microsoft Knowledge base.  The answer was mentioned in the update from HP for my printer, of all things!  When I read one of the updates was 'PC Printer Communication issue.'  Seemed to be yet another expression to search for an answer, but it was worth One More Try.  It worked.  http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/printer-all-in-one-software-and/BD-p/software  It is under the HP Support Forum.  So, it OF here!

  I recently bought this printer and it worked pretty well, apart from a few network difficulties which are known as being a question about these cards.

  Today, however, we have noticed that when you use the ADF on top, the device will scan the page or pages inserted, then continue to scan blank pages until the job is canceled. This has happened for copy, scan and fax. For copies and scans, the work always is, although a copy job will lose a bit of paper. A fax can not pass because he thinks there is a countless number of pages to scan in. Looks like that eye scanning crashes when you try to finish the job. The use of glass flat works without problem.

  I updated the firmware of the device through the web utility and I downloaded the most recent drivers. I have not yet called HP, but I saw nothing on these boards to suggest that it happened to someone else.

  The hard reset did not work.

  I tried to do a factory reset on the printer itself and that seems to fix the problem. Instead of chasing the copy white pages permanently, he ran a blank page after the copy and completed the work.

  Then I reconnected to my network and tried again. This time, I didn't get no blank page, just the requested copy.

  Then, I reconfigured WebServices and tested the connection with eprint and the configuration of the fax that was normal. I checked that the update of the current product. I tested the ADF once more after the reconfiguration everything again and like a scan, I got 8 pages... the document, then 6. Just for fun, I tried again and got the document and a blank page.

  It seems that the laser eye is suspended after the digitization of the document. It's better now that it was because it ends in fact it does. I can always just use the dish for unique pages and save the ADF for multiple. It is probably the best way to go forward from here.

  LaserJet 1320 shoot two sheets of paper when printing a single page. It does when you print a test page.

  Its also happens when I do the desktop remotely.

  Depending on the configuration page, the total number of pages does not include blank pages that follow each of the printed pages.

  Is there a hardware problem or configuration of printer?

  If it was the model that was network when you printed the configuration page that you would also get a Network Setup page.

  You must be connected to a network via an Ethernet cable to see the integrated Web server, if it is a model that supported it.

  For the record, I use a Compaq Presario AMD Athlon (TM) 64 Processor 3300 +, 2411 MHz/1.93 GB RAM, running Windows XP Home Edition, SP3, with IE8.

  For these last months, I've been using a HP Photosmart C5580 all-in-one printer and I am more than satisfied with its performance.

  However, in recent weeks, I have noticed that when I print anything the printer will send a page 'empty' before he really starts my print job.

  This isn't the end of the world, but I am curious (1) why this has started to happen in the last two days and (2) is at - it a setting I can change to stop this white page of previous all my print jobs?

  From your post, I understand that you are not able to add a new page in the location you want to add. I know how it is important for your book or in the order that you want it to be in. Once you add the extra page will be able to do drag where you want to put it to you?

  Change the order of the sections: drag an item to a new location in the chapter, or to another chapter.

  When the new page is added at the end of the chapter, see if you are able to drag to the location wished it to be in.

• Photosmart 6525: Blank Pages when printing is complete

  After a print job is completed, the PhotoSmart 6525 continues to feed the sheet after sheet of blank paper until one of the following conditions occurs:

  1. The printer is out of paper
  2. I managed to successfully cancel the job (what happens usually after that at least 10 blank pages have been through, the printer jams unless)
  3. The paper jams (usually after 5 or 6 white pages). This is what happens to 90% of the time.

  Troubleshooting steps I have already taken:

  1. Hard reset of the printer (three times)
  2. Clean all rollers (at least twice)
  3. Reset the print Mac (twice) subsystem
  4. Reinstall the latest version of the printer software (also at least twice).

  Nothing did. Any other suggestions? Otherwise, it will be the first (out of seven) HP printers I've owned that lasted less than six years (in this case, 18 months).

  Whenever I have nothing print from my Mac Book Pro (running Mavericks 10.9), my C3180 spit a page with 2345 x printed in the upper left corner of a blank page otherwise.  Lost my paper and my ink.

  My HP Officejet Pro L7680 print a blank page before every PDF print job, regardless if it's a PDF I create or a tht is sen for me.  All PDF files behave in the same way. The Document is good, but its annoying to have to go out the blank sheets and put back them in the printer.

  Thank you for visiting the Forums from the HP Support! I understand that when you print pdf documents on your HP Officejet Pro L7680, it prints a blank page.

  There could be a few things gong here, we will make sure that you have not configured it to use a separator between the draw sheet:

  1. go to your devices and printers

  2. right-click on your JO L7680

  3. navigate to printing properties

  4. click on the Advanced tab

  5. click on the Separator Page

  It was empty or was there something put there? If something is listed here please delete and apply the changes.

• How to delete a blank page that won't leave?

  I have a document, about 75 pages to single sided, who has a blank page in the middle. No matter how many times I try to remove it, it immediately. I made sure the is not a new section starting at this point and see no reason why it persists. Someone has an idea?

  If display you the nonprinting characters, as I mentioned above (and you can also display text threads - view > Extras > display text son and select an image) you will see that page 37 is screwed into the stream, and the frame contains a page break. That is probably the surplus of some previous methos to control the start of the following paragraph on a new page, which, for reasons that should be pretty obvious, now is better managed by applying an option retain in this paragraph.

  Remove the jump and the text is paid in this context, leaving a void at the end of the file you want to delete.
