Some of our readers have been complaining that they can't launch our application when they turn off the internet connection of the ipad.
But, on my iPad worked fine online or offline.
What can I do to help these readers?
It's a bug introduced with iOS 6.1 that has now been fixed via a patch. You must rebuild your application in the DPS App generator and resubmit the application to Apple for approval.
So yes, as the title says, I can't any program to be run, I can't even look at my system to try to update the driver. I tried to download some programs to solve this problem of diver updates to the registry scan fix everything on the windows site and I'll try to run the program, but still he asks me what I want to open the program with. Internet Explorer is just about the only program I can get it to work. I can't even program my system restore to run, that asking too me to choose a program I want to open the file with. I don't know what to do. I was able to run my Norton Virus scans, analyses of registry, anything and everything that Norton 360 can do, I did it and nothing works. I have Windows 7 Home installed in my HP laptop. Web brosing speed is too slow on the PC. I have a fiber optic internet connection which has max of 16 Mbps download speed. The internet speed is good and reaches sometimes up to 10 Mbit/s, while it barely reaches 2 Mbit/s in normal mode. Most of the programs I uninstalled, run the registry cleaner by Norton, Scanner Malware bytes, regularly updated Norton antivirus definitions. I also installed only a few program - MS Office 2010, Norton Antivirus, Real Networks, itunes and HP provided software preinstalled with the laptop. Internet activity is limited to a few Bank sites and youtube. Like all the anti virus scan, spyware scans were not able to detect any virus or spyware, I'm at a loss to find any reason for the slow internet speeds. The speed of the internet is amazing when I use my tab Thosibha or on my smart phone Sony. Any ideas please.
I have this noted in may 2013 and unfortunately do not have the restore point beyond June 2013.
1. have you tried to update the wireless network card drivers?
2. What is the brand and model of the computer?
Visit this link and check the information on the Internet which is slow.
Why is my Internet connection so slow?

Alrighty, so it's a little tricky. I supervise teams right now both are always on CS4. I got initial positive feedback to lead the effort to buy Creative Cloud to teams. However, there is a MAJOR issue that would prevent us to do so, in turn ask to get an overview on possible solutions.
Many people use machines that are severely locked, high security, NO outside internet access is allowed, no connections to external devices, etc. In short, these machines are used as part of our deployment process of development (for more than just Web sites) and the only machines that can be used to deploy the code. Details aside, there is virtually no chance to open these machines for internet connectivity.
If we want to update these machines of CS4 to CC, is there a way to install without internet connection (like downloading of executable files and deploy via intranet)? Adobe has a solution around the Internet "necessary"?
At the present time, it is a contract of minimum 5 years we'll have to ramp for in the coming months and personally using CC, I see the benefits of pushing our teams him to be used for virtually all (web, graphic design, video editing) in the House.

When I close the lid on my laptop (which puts the computer into sleep mode) or he falls asleep with the lid open, there is no internet connection when I wake the computer. I have to either run the Troubleshooter or perform a reboot to get connectivity. This problem just started and I got the laptop almost 2 years. It runs on Windows 7. I don't know much about computers. Does anyone have any suggestions?
When out of standby or hibernation, your wireless network connection can not reconnect if power on your wireless adapter options are set to a power saving mode. To check or change your current power options, follow the steps below for your operating system:
- Open Power Options by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking system and security, and then clicking Power Options.
- Next to your currently selected power plan, click change plan settings, and then click that to change advanced power settings.
- Click to expand wireless adapter settings section, and then click to expand the Energy saving Mode section.
- If the setting is currently nothing else that "Maximum Performance", click it, and then select A maximum Performance.
You can also set the setting on drums on "Maximum Performance". For more information on power management, see the feature page of power management on the Microsoft Web site.
I have an older Dell running Windows Vista, and it started fine when I got it, but about a month ago it started very slow and refusing to open any program. I can't get the Task Manager to open to all and internet Explorer refuses to connect. I did a complete analysis of the system through Viper and it came out saying: there is nothing more than a few trogans. He also started a taskbar at the top of the screen. No idea how it happened either.HelloYour computer is probably infected by malicious software. My computer installed two new windows updates... KB3021917 and KB3006137. Since then, Mozilla Firefox is slow to open. It takes at least 5 minutes. However, once the internet is in place, it works fine. It's just the process of the opening of the internet. Help, please.
I did some research and found out that it should be good if you ignore these two updates.
KB3021917 - unless you are testing 10 Windows, you don't really have this update.
KB3006137 - this update is pretty useless too, it changes the currency symbol of the Lithuania. https://support.Microsoft.com/kb/3006137?WA=wsignin1.0
I hope this helps!
Compared to firefox6, this version, ff ver # 7.0.1 is very slow to open Web pages. It takes a long time to display the Web page. I tried to disable add ons and did everything I could, but it seems that there is a no solution.
One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.
Delete all rules for Firefox in the list of permissions in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.
My PC Dell 2 years contains Microsoft Windows XP Home Service Pack 2, with a processor Intel Pentium 4 3 GHZ processor and 504 MB of RAM; and I installed Norton Internet Security 2010.
In the months it has become increasingly slow to open web pages, and in particular one I opened after the connection. This page now takes about 2 minutes to open, and then another 30 seconds before the download links and I have my slider control.
I delete my files and cookies every day and I clean the disk and defrag every week, but nothing I try will speed up performance.
A couple of days, I ran 2 scans of Registry Cleaner programs, and both indicated that I had literally thousands of flaws, including registry entries. Residual unwanted files; Elements of privacy; Bad Active X; and not optimized Performance characteristics.
I considered buying one of the registry cleaners, but did a little research and found that they could cause even more problems that I currently have.
I am somewhat a novice in the computer game, and I hope a kind person might explain in layman's language what is wrong and how I could fix it (easily).
A big thank you to you all.
My deepest apologies for not responding to your more sooner - my wife and I went away for 10 days just after your reply and when we arrived home I found myself with a virus, but I don't think I caught the computer!
Both myself and this machine of circuits, wires and chips (or other) are now back to normal, and as promised, I'll give you a walk through of what has past. (will probably not be in the right order, but you'll get the gist of it, I'm sure). Son of my co-worker was the computer expert who got everything running.
Basically, what he was doing was: remove all unnecessary programs that were run in the background. uninstall Norton 2010 SS and replace it with McAfee Security Suite (linked to the BT Net Protect Plus); Remove my 504 MB of RAM and replace it with 1.24 GB of RAM; back up everything I had in my computer on a flash drive. delete a lot of unnecessary programs from Windows; close the whole 'thing'; and restart using the 2 CD from Dell. There are other things that I'm sure he did, but I just don't remember.
Thus, in a Word, my friend, this little baby now works as a Cray computer (starting & closing and opening web pages, all now faster than a bullet speeding - well, to me anyway).
Malkeleah, as I said, the sequence, I gave you is probably all out of sync, and I realize that you're not a fan of McAfee, but my young friend knew a lot more than me and Philadelphia lawyer I was talking, and everything that has happened wonderfully since its development.
Thanks a lot for your help. My apologies again for not having affect earlier; and if I ever need your help once again, I know how to get in touch.
I installed an external USB connected hard drive Seagate to copy some movies and pictures of my HP laptop with Vista, but it became a big problem. It slowed the computer and check the new disc repeatedly. Then it wouldn't start without the external drive at all but it was working fine once he was conducting with the external hard drive. So thinking I can outsmart the computer, I uninstalled the drive from Control Panel. Now it primer not at all. The computer lights up briefly and then goes out of itself almost immediately, is there a solution to this? Thank you
Original title: startup problem
Please try the possible fix following first thanks to Carey Frisch:
1. open the BIOS of the motherboard.
2. find where it says Priority Boot Device, then select CD/DVD-ROM 1, 2nd Hard Drive and disable all the rest.
3 find somewhere in the BIOS where it says BOOT USB, Wake on USB, etc. and disable all unnecessary options.
And second if it does not help, you can try the following with Blue Michael:
Local Geek Squad had me intentionally set the BIOS to the correct order, then re-order and SAVE.
It worked, even if the list of the BIOS was always in the right order.
I hope this helps!
I use Office 2007 on Windows 7 Pro.This just started last week. When I open my computer and go to the internet to open my homepage (using Google Chrome) it takes 30-45 seconds or not at all opens. I now have to ensure that the homepage is open and running to get the page to link to show, most of the time.I have the same problem when I tried I Explorer 9. I use Yahoo.com as my home page.My Internet connection is fine. I have Comcast "Blast", i.e. anywhere from 24 to 25 Mbps.I hope someone can help me,Thank youTony

Very slow to open or delete messages in Thunderbird. Compacting folders, emptied the files Junk and trash, no improvement. Just improved 38.4.0 (about 3 hours ago)
If you have not changed anything except thunderbird update, then it is probably caused by antivirus software. See https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird: test: Antivirus_Related_Performance_Issues and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird: test: Memory_Usage_Problems
