  Hello

  I'm trying to use Notifications of OIM 11G.

  I am trying to create a resolver of notification. I'm trying to implement: NotificationEventResolver in the code below:

  But I'm not able to find the class file or a jar that contains the class NotificationEventResolver.

  It is not available in oimclient.jar.

  Any idea where I can find the related jar?

• How a user can request more resources to an administrator of an existing virtual machine

  Hi all

  How a user can request more resources for one of its existing virtual machines. What kind of policy, I need installation and how should I associate it. so that when a user request, for example, more than memory RAM request is sent to the administrator so that it can approve or reject?

  And another question D oesanyone know why when I go on Articles-> the Machine and click on any of my items and then click on the "Action" menu, only two options are displayed to 'connect to RDP to aid' and 'connect using VMRC' as shown in the figure attached.  What can I do to see also "destroy" them "expires" "power off / on" "edit" options.

• Object of the USR UDF is not respected in oim 11g

  Hi all
  We did the upgradation of oim 9.1 IOM 11.1.1.5 and verified our functionality (Provisioing AD/Exchange). Practically, all work as planned, up to now, we have not seen all the important issues. How ever, we observed one thing to console design, there are 6 user defined field Defination IOM objects in our IOM 9.1

  Objects in OBJ - user defined fields resource
  Applications of REQ - user defined fields
  Act - user defined fields
  Roles of UGP - user defined fields
  Users of the USR - user defined fields 0
  
  We have 36 (UDF) fields in object USR IOM 9.1
  Later, upgradation of oim 11g, we have 5 field except USR user-defined objects.
  
  USR was missed in oim 11g, how ever we are able to see the values of all the users through IOM admin console. Everything bad thing here. Can you please think about it, the impact and work around for this (if any).

  Yes at least for IOM you can do. But just that you need to have the .xldatabasekey of the previous installation that is copied into the new installation directory. I had trouble with SOA and SOA also needs the key to store credentials that I had been unable to get the previous installation. I asked people to Oracle on this subject but haven't heard anything back from them.

  So just FYI that IOM you can have the new facility easily pointing to an existing database, but you'll have to dig around for the part of SOA.

  I use OIM 11 g R2 PS2. By chance, I checked my catalog and all my roles found twice.

  I have checked the CATALOG table in DB and you can find roles twice.

  No idea why my roles are stored twice in the catalog?

  You can try to re-run the catalog synchronization task and delete the timestamp and type the Full value.  See if that will update the data.

  I created a 'Request access' request template and assign this role "ALL USERS".
  
  I connected with my user and selected application for itself, but I don't see the pattern of request for access to the applications in drop dowm.
  
  However, when I select ask for others. then I can see this model of falling demand down.

  You must create two templates for this

  Apply for others, i.e. provision of resources such as Type of request
  Second is Self ask i.e Self resource as Type of request request

  (1) If you mean how to provide a 'back' function in app WebWorks on the PlayBook, we recommend you to add navigation to your application itself.  Unlike the Smartphone where there is a button 'back' physical, PlayBooks is a touchscreen device, so any sort of forward/backward navigation should be included as part of your application.

  (2) If you ask if you can re - use custom extensions based on Java JavaScript on PlayBook, the answer is no.  It is currently not possible since the BlackBerry Tablet OS does not yet have a JVM.  A JVM will include at some point in time.

  I recently started working on OIM 11 g R2 - and I have a question about approval and workflow policies.

  IOM, I created a 'Role' role and I trust members (Users) to that role. And I could see workflow DefaultRequestApproval to fires and the task is entrusted to Admin users.

  Here, my question is - how DefaultRequestApproval is fires when I try to assign a role Member. And I have no defined approval or configured for this application policy is not here to note. I searched political approval in admin console and led me zero records.

  The first point, you should look at is the link of the Architecture of the security of the IOM (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40329_01/dev.1112/e27150/securityarch.htm#CEGCJJHI).  This document you will provide with whether a specific action will be done as a direct (without permission) delivery or by a request based on an individuals Admin roles assigned to them.

  Then, you must understand that there are two parts to each request (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40329_01/admin.1112/e27149/appr_policies.htm#OMADM2264):

  1. application level - it is more than a generic approval and is generated for each request and not based on the content.  As a general rule, guests have a policy on approval created to auto approve all application-level permissions.

  2. operation level - it is specific to each of the elements in a query.  Operational approval will be generated for each item in the query.  You can create policies for approval with the rules based on the type of request for identification if they will be require approval or get auto approved.

  For your process, you can create a trust strategy which is at the level of the demand for the type of role assign application.  Assign this automatic approval.  If you do not set a policy on approval at the operation level, then do the same type of assignment but it uses the default approval process.

  By default, if you do not have a rule, it will trigger the values by default if necessary.

  I doesn't pay attention to the DAQmx task manages the part, but now some new questions of time came to my mind, I hope someone can give me some explanations...

  Usually, when I'm working with some hardware with DAQmx driver, I simply specify the channel, and I use the VI of virtual channel create for my work I want to use.

  Recently I read about benefits use MAX to previously create some global (?) of the tasks (for example a cDAQ with many modules and i/o channels) and using these tasks in a LabVIEW project. In this case I can just skip the 'Create Virtual Channel.vi', begins with the measurement with a "Start Task" DAQmx and stopping a VI 'stop the task', correct? However in the link above, the VI "Task of control" (next), first used with a parameter "commit" and during the closing of the measure, with a setting of "Cancel" (and no task to stop vi was used).

  I threw an eye using the Task.vi 'control', but the info it is not too detailed, where I can find a few more details, or maybe someone might highlight the use and benefits of this vi? Sounds a bit 'funny' aid, as for the parameter commit: "Programs the hardware as much as possible depending on the configuration of the task."

  So what is the difference between the use of the "task of control" in a code and do not use it (so when we use only the start and the stop task live)? Do we not the same behavior with the latter?

  No it is not a limitation, for thermocouple is entered analog. If you can combine them in LabVIEW, you can combine them in MAX.

  Edit2: I really miss other docs of type "real demonstration" of the NEITHER! I could imagine a sort of case study examples where different material handling OR would be explained... Of course we can hunt together pieces of mosaic, but a more compact image could help a lot for those who want to learn faster

  The more you get on versions of Windows, the more RAM is required. There are a variety of reasons, but all simply, Vista and Windows 7 require more memory that make old versions of Windows. New technology requires more power.

  The game itself shouldn't need more that about 500-600 MB of RAM, however, the specs say you should leave little memory RAM remains for tasks of Windows and other programs you may have running in the background (such as anti-virus, etc.)

• Feature Request - more than a favorite

  This is a feature request.

  The function "Call Favourite" could not store more than one contact? Favorites of perhaps fifteen?

  You have the Volume Up & Down control NOT control the volume while on this screen and instead scroll through a list of several favorites.

  I also was disappointed initially I could only add a favorite. Then I discovered that you can add an application several times. In this way, you can add several favorites. The only restriction is that maximum of 9 applications (?) that you can use on the watch. actually it gives you like a max of 5 Favorites, on what's good enough for me.
