Omen: cannot recognize under device

I am writing here because the support neither Android nor Windows 10 has been able to solve the problem so far, although I do not think it is a hardware problem.

Basically, my LG Android wifr both my Samsung S4 are not recognized on one of the 4 USB ports. However, our Iphone is and recognized on my HP Omen and my Samsung S4 is recognized on any other PC Windows7. I just want to connect my samsung USB port to transfer files without having to leave the SD card is not accessible. I just saw this article, but I hesitate to move forward: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48231

I would point out that the problem has been resolved. It was a combination of three factors:

-a USB port do not react like the others;

-My wife debuged once over the phone with the Korean menu (because she is Korean); Once done something "happening" but was very unstable, so:

-Finally, we found that the Samsung cable (that came with the box of my S4) did not work properly. We used a new brand of our Galaxy tablet.

    Hello:

The Qualcomm Atheros AR 9485 802.11b/g/n WiFi to adjust your PC's is not a combination wifi/bluetooth network adapter.

Your PC has not built in bluetooth network.

The product also confirm this.   If your PC came with built-in bluetooth, this feature would have been placed on the networking features section.

How can I update my device software to a newer version on OS 7.1?

OK, I thought that you must have some higher than 7.1.0.342 BONES to get the battery in watch mode on your output device. Apparently Viva has not published a more recent OS you already have.

    Hi Bellfeather,

    ·          Did you the latest changes on the computer?

    ·          When was the last time it was working fine?

    ·          When you receive the error message?

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

    Original title: the answer useful?

Help, please! Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware (HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH40F SCSI CdRom Device) because the driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

    Hello

Code 39 means that the driver is corrupted or missing.

Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
    the question.

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
contacts data with a pencil eraser.

    --------------------------------------------------------------

Also check with your system manufacturer to see if there are any updated drivers for your DVD. Or even if it
are you can reinstall the 'old'. Many use Windows default drivers however some special aura
ones. Also check the website of the manufacturer of the car.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Fusion 6.0.2 - cannot connect virtual device sound

    Hello

I recently updated my system to a new Mac Pro (MacPro6, 1 - coffee can style).

I have a pair of speakers connected to the line out on the Mac Pro, and his works very well under OS X.

    I use VMware Fusion 6.0.2.

However, I feel a particular sound problem in all my virtual machines of Windows.

When I turn it on, I get a notice indicating:

Cannot connect virtual device sound because no corresponding device is available on the host.

You want to try to connect this virtual device whenever you turn on the virtual machine?

    No Yes

If I click No., I wonder what is new in an infinite loop.

If I click Yes, Windows starts and the sound works, except that it comes out of the internal speaker on the Mac Pro, rather than the speakers on the line output.

I have several virtual machines of Windows (XP, Vista and 7), and this problem affects all the.

VMWare tools is updated in all virtual machines.

All of these machines were copied from my old Mac Pro, for testing, I decided to create a new virtual machine from scratch.

I used Vista because I had this .iso at hand.

At the end of the installation, after installation of the VMware tools and all the virutal machine had no noise.

Windows has indicated that his material is installed and the windows volume meter shows visually playback of sounds (this small sound level meter), but there is no sound will appear.

After cutting this new machine virtual and going in the settings, I noticed that he had missed at what soundcard put out of SERVICE.

I turned on and when I turned it on I got the same message and the same problem as all other virtual machines.

I also tried to edit the .vmx to show sound.virtualdev = 'es1371'but this disabled sound totally.

I'm at the stage of ideas.

For any help or suggestion would be appreciated!

Most Macs have built in the input device, so they list a 'internal' microphone as the default selected the input device. The end of 2013 Mac Pro is not a built-in microphone, so by default, it will show "no input device found. VM Fusion 6.0.2 does not seem to take into account the case where there is no device found entry. I consider this a bug, but you can work around it by adding any input device. For example, the "headphone" in the back the Mac Pro is actually a pair of entry. If you connect a headset, as what is delivered with an iPhone, then it will be displayed as an input device and the merger will stop at throwing the error.

I hope that VMware solves this problem in an update.

  • Cannot open SCSI device ' devices/vmfs/genscsi / vmhba3:5:0:0 '(scsi3:0): the file is not found. Cannot configure scsi3.

Cannot open SCSI device ' devices/vmfs/genscsi / vmhba3:5:0:0 '(scsi3:0): the file is not found. Cannot configure scsi3.

I get this error when you add a new SCSI device to one of my Virtual Machines, the device is a tape drive HP SureStore DAT40. The error occurs when the virtual machine is running, around 60% powerup.

I tried two types of SCSI cards, a "Adaptec 29160N" & a "Adaptec 29160LP" and two different cables, I get the same error with both. The ESX 3i 3.5.0 host to see two SCSI cards when checking under Configuration and then to storage adapters. When you click the SCSI card in the adapters of ESXi storage options, I see the tape drive listed as vmhba3:5:0 for the band and vmhba3:5:1 for the media changer. This makes me believe that, from the point of view compatibility, everything is good to go.

When I change the instance of VM to add the tape drive, I select new SCSI device which passes next to select the SCSI device in the options, I see HP - HP and media - bands like peripheral parts possible. I tried a variety of virtual device nodes and they all produce the same error that has been pasted above. When ok is clicked it adds the new SCSI device and a new SCSI Controller 1 using the LSI Logic Controller, I also tried all the options under this menu, 'None', 'Virtual' 'Physical' and I have even changed the Type of controller BusLogic, same results even if I get the error posted above.

The server in question is a Dell PowerEdge 2850, 2 x 3 GHz CPU, 8 GB of RAM, 300 + GB HD.

I searched the net and these forums and did not find any post about the error posted above, I have some hair left on my head and I don't know what to do at this point. What is a compatibility issue? I tried to add the SCSI device on another virtual computer on the same ESXi host and it gives me the same error. I know the tape drive, scsi cards, and two scsi cables, I am using all work correctly.

  • Iomega Portable hard drive now does not appear under "Devices" after accidentally deleted USB cable. USB

My Iomega eGo Portable hard drive was connected by USB on my Macbook Pro OSX 10.9.5 cable and I was transferring my iPhoto folder.  Unfortunately, the cable dropped and I got a message on my laptop hard drive had not ejected correctly.   I reconnected it the cable, but now, it does not appear under devices in the search page.  I also checked the disc utilities and it isn't here either.  I tried to connect the hard drive of my iMac, but it does not appear in the devices out there either.

Although I have been using a Mac since they first appeared on the market and can usually work things, I find it more and more difficult with all the new technology.  Everything that used to be so easy, one of the great things the Mac since MS-DOS.

If anyone can help I would be very grateful, because I have a lot of files on this disc of old Mac and use the Iomega to backup my most important files.

    The drive may have failed.

    Try different USB cables.

Remove the naked drive from the iOmega enclosure and test it in a known functional wardrobe.

  • Drive external hard drive does not appear under "devices."

    Hello

I just updated my OS to Sierra of MacOS. I have connected my external hard drive (HDD) and it does not appear under "Devices" in my Finder window. It worked fine before the update.

I use a MacBook Pro (end of 2013), currently running MacOS Sierra (Version 10.12). My external HARD drive is a SeaGate Slim SL Media (500 GB).

The external HARD disk appears in disk utility application. He also appears on the about this Mac > system report > USB. I don't know what the problem is, the external HARD disk is identified but does not appear for use in the Finder window.

I read that it could possibly be in mode 'sleep' and putting the MacBook to sleep (while it is plugged into the external HARD drive) and it to wake up again should solve the problem. However, it did not work. No more restarting my MacBook. It was mentioned in another post that it may require extra power, so I attached power adapter and again, without success.

I do not want to clear the contents of the external HARD drive.

Is there a way to get my external HARD drive works as expected with my MacBook?

    Thank you much in advance.

    I also have this problem.

My camera is Macbook Pro 13 "retina 2015 and Seagate Backup more 1 TB (NTFS - Paragon NTFS)

    * Edit *.

My HDD show in report system > hardware > USB

but it does not show in Finder or Desktop.
