On all websites, buttons at the top don't work, such as the sign in and sign buttons. Also the scroll up button doesn't work. I click on the scroll bar to move upward. I just upgraded to Firefox 901 and it does not solve the issue.

  Hello, I had actually already tried using the tool unistaller. All uninstalled, then reinstalled, which did NOT work.

  I was upgrade to Windows 8.1 for windows 10.

  I managed to get InDesign to work as follows:

  1. Everything uninstalled uninstaller of windows (and not via CC).
  2. At running the Adobe uninstaller tool (it has not found anything however).
  3. After I installed CC, I noticed that CC has reinstalled the package to redistribute C++ 2008 I've heard causes problems.
  4. I uninstalled then manually C++ 2008 package, but left 2012 and 2015.
  5. Then I installed InDesign. When I installed indesign it installed a few other packages C++, but... Responsible inDesign! Still a bug or 3 but it works at least.

  It worked for me.

  Well, then I can say happily that I'm typing this on firefox yay! I managed to do work, and here's how it is for everyone who is having this problem (well at least this is the solution that finally worked for me). RESTART your computer. NOT simply stop there. It does not work (not for me at least). I rebooted the computer initially there are a few min b/c my was not analysis Norton and I wanted to analyze the new 'new installation' I had to FF. After the computer has been restarted, my norton worked. So I said Hey, maybe I'll give you my FF update 29.0.1 a last try before you install a new firefox, in the hope that maybe restart the computer would have worked. So I opened it and omg he loaded my homepage. It works! In addition, among other first problems I've come across is impossible to bookmark a site. I found the solution. Just go to the upper menu right (it has 3 horizontal lines) and right-click the little star icon that we're used to that means bookmarks. A small menu will appear. Click on "move to the toolbar", and which should put it on the top right of your browser so that you can bookmark things.   Hi, 'Application' must be there somewhere, please try through Remove Ask Toolbar and Ask.com Search (uninstall Guide) by the Councils of Malware.

  Note that not all programs removal allows to detect all malware, you may need to run multiple or all of them.

  After the removal you may need to reset your new tab, search etc, what you can do by running the add-on SearchReset.

  I see that you have the extension of new tools tab, which should be in your modules Manager Ctrl + Maj + A > Extensions, but 'Request' can interfere with it.
