  Sync for Android is not yet synchronize your tabs from your phone to the cloud. (See the bug 730039 if you are interested).

  It is coming in a future version of Firefox.

Although when I click on "Connect To", it shows that I am connected, but with limited access. Limited access is actually no access, given that I can't open Chrome or any other software that requires a connection.
  I know that the router is fine, because my second laptop, a laptop, works great today by the VPN over WiFi, as he always does.
  I plugged in an ethernet cable, and with that I can get on the internet. I went through all the tips I've found - checking drivers corrupt, do a Windows Update, restart (several times), running the network on the network diagnostics, but nothing helped.
