• Why Media Center interfere with the master of local network discovery?

  At home, I have a mixed network of 5 win7, XP 3, xbox, pills and devices multimedia TV.

  The network relies on a specific working group name (that all windows computers use) not homegroup.

  This works well until my Win7 computer that is configured as a DVR with media center becomes the 'master' for LANs to discover.  Then only the Win7 computers on my local network.  All the XP computers disappear.

  Why is this and how do I solve this problem?

  It feels like the 'master' for local networks is chosen randomly.

  Why Media Center interfere?

  Can I stop this interference or inhibit the computer to be ever "master local network media center?"

  I use a free app called lanscan to give me a list of computers available in each perspective of computers.  When the broken state this app fails to list anything except on the Media Center computer.  Lanscan also shows the computer hosting the network discovery.

• Flash does not work in FF26, it works in Chrome and IE. I reinstalled FF and Flash several times. I can't adjust the setting of local storage for Flash either.

  Flash does not work on some web sites. I never had a problem before with flash on FF in the nearly 15 years that I've used FF. Recently it has stopped working for some reason any and on some flash sites does not, NHL.com and site of kid Herotopia being just two of them. I updated FF, Adobe flash, the reinstalled version them repeatedly deleted all the files that have been stored on my laptop; that is, profiles, saved favorite nothing that I could find in user accounts and in the local app, low local and roaming data folders. What is strange, is that I can't set the local storage for flash either. When I visit the Adobe site to view the Adobe Flash Player Settings Manager I can move the scroll bar, but cannot check the: allow third-party flash content to store data on your computer. I can't do it on a Web site where the flash does not work. When I try and it changed on any site that it goes back to zero. Not sure if it is a part of the problem. I got tired of many suggestions on the pages of material here, but nothing works. I even tried this http://forums.adobe.com/message/4566499#4566499#4566499

  The other strange thing is that I used to get the "warning: script does not" prompt that displays "a script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding." You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script ends. "sometimes when I would buy on Macy's.com. This is the only site that it happened.
  I know I have only little technical knowledge, but I have tried to figure this out for a few days and do not know what is happening. The only thing I can think is that I somewhere files corrupted causing this problem. I have just updated to Windows 8.1 tonight in the hope that can help, but nothing helped. I would be very disappointing if I couldn't use FF or must go back using Chrome and FF.

  CBR is irrelevant in the present case, since he already receives a VI reference.

  If you use the primitive opening VI refers to open this reference, then the VI will be charged the first time you call the primitive.

  If the VI leaves no memory (and you do not configure it on the way home), subsequent calls to the prim OVR returns the reference to the first VI you have opened. This is equivalent to the load and keep it.

  If you close and reopen the VI reference, it is equivalent to recharge.

  If you use a static reference to the VI, it is equivalent to the load with the appellants.

  Personally, I have all my default subVIs charge with the appellants.

  Hello

  As you must have in the screen "Task Selection" in LCM "Deploy LiveCycle ears" option is disabled.

  This means that when you have finished the configuration of LiveCycle ears you must manually copy the ears on JBoss, and then start the application server.

  This can be done following the steps mentioned below:

  (1) copy of the/servers/lc_oracle/logs folder ears.

  Once the server is running, you must proceed to the step "bootstrap".

  NB:

  A useful suggestion is to try the partial turnkey installation that is quick and easy.

  Just one thing to keep in mind however, use ojdbc6.jar for LCM begins with JDK 1.6, in this case.

  In case you give ojdbc5.jar by mistake, check the connection would give bad .class version errors.

  You will need to leave LCM, restart it and tap the ojdbc6.jar to avoid this problem.

• Configure load balancing NETWORK for Exchange 2010 - unicast or multicast

  We are in the process of setting up CASE on VSphere and want to configure NLB. The documents I've read talk about using unicast or multicast modes. Unicast requires more setup server-side and multicast requires additional configuration on the side network. A mode is better than the other?

  Any help would be appreciated!

  Lily, multicast is generally the way favorite due to changes to the requirements to the vSphere host, when you use the multicast mode.  The necessary change disables ESX update upstream switches when a virtual machine is online.  Which means that the switches know where VMS obliging NLB to flood the switches, which is design as well as NLB works.  One effect of this is that the switches will also not learn changes due to vMotion or HA events that extend the time it takes switches to learn that the new location for a MAC address.

  Multicast road requires a static entry in the network layer and does not have the effect shown above.

  Hello guys.

  I need help. Where I work, we have a project where we configure Exchange 2010 DAG and some other stuff, and we have 2 ESX with 1 CAD server and a Server CASE/HUB too on both of them and that we want to use the NLB on these two hosts.

  I found this, and this is much like what we want:

  So now our switch we want to create a virtual IP address for each of them, but we are not sure if we need to create a cluster on our servers for this.

  Howdy,

  Am I was right assuming you want balancing two virtual computers CASE/Hub and NO servers DAG?  If Yes, then we are good to proceed... (if you want to do DAG servers load balancing, or if the DAG servers have all three roles, MBX/CASE/Hub, then Windows NLB is prohibited).

  You don't need to create a cluster as in MSCS or the Windows failover cluster, but do not create a pool of machines for load balancing.  You must install the components of Windows NLB on each machine virtual (VM Hub/CASE) and then follow the procedures described in this document: http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/implmenting_ms_network_load_balancing.pdf to correctly configure the ESX host.  There are two ways to configure a WNLB, using the multicast and uni-cast (by default).  Uni-cast requires configuration changes side ESX (detailed in the document), multi-cast has some dependencies upstream network, mainly adding static arp entry in the router.

  Take a read through the white book (it was written by VI3, but the same thing applies in vSphere) and let me know if you have any questions.

  I managed to set up my laptop and desktop computer to access the interest through a Belkin WLan modem router. So why can't they access each other or the printer that is attached to the office. Computers independently access the router via a wireless connection.

  In so that they can access the printer, you must have the shared printer. Go to start-> settings-> fax and printers, then go to your printer, right click and go to share. Then share it. Now go to your cell phone and go back to the printers and Faxes page. Now click on add a printer and click on that it is connected to the network via another computer and add it to your laptop. Now it should be usable on the network. So that your computers to see each other, they will have to be interconnected, in a literal sense. Access networks and create a LAN or WLAN, first of all, the office, then the laptop. After that the two of them, they should be interconnected and see themselves. A routher is dandy, but for some reason, some computers do not always act as well as on a network up to that force you to.

  I'm trying to figure out how to set the level of permissions for my files and folders. But I also understand exceptions to the permissions of level 1 and level 2. I've never used a "network of the computer at work." I've only used a "network of computers at school. So I have only a limited understanding of what means "administrator." At home, when I'm sitting at my computer, which is not connected to a network to work, or school, I'm the 'administrator' on my computer. This is because I created the "user account" through the steps required to create an account on my computer, and I assigned a password to the account. Only, I can read and write to files and folders that I created in the folder "My Documents" from my user account. At least I have change permissions and file sharing, all files and folders in the "My Documents" folder are private (level 1) and no one else can read or write on my files. I have 'full control '.

  However, if I'm on a computer at work or at school, even if I am the "owner/creator" of my files and folders, there is another person (my boss or my teacher) for example, which is the 'network administrator.' Presumably, this person has access to my files and folders and share a total control over them. If that's true, how someonewho is not the creator of the file or folder access? If anyone else can have total control over my files and folders at school or work, which keeps an unknown person to access my files and folders on my computer a home. What I mean is this: if I change the permissions to allow someone else to read and write in my files and folders, which prevents an unauthorized person by performing the same steps to access my files and folders? My question is about operating systems, I learn all that is Windows XP Pro and Windows Vista SP2.

• ESW-520-24 P has not managed the custom VIRTUAL local network traffic

  Hi all

  We recently bought a switch ESW-520-24 p to replace a CE500 end-of-life.  The facility where the switch is installed has access wireless connected to the VLAN 110 points.

  Course the ESW-520-24 p switch does not support VTP so none VLAN is to be propagated to it.  So I created 110 VLAN manually and ports assigned to him.  But the devices on ports communicate with anything.

  All ports are configured as access with 110 ports VLAN not identified.  The uplink is the g2 port which is in binding mode.

  Can someone please tell me what I can have configured wrong?

  If it is for UC500 installation, the default configuration on the ESW is normally perfect and the switch has to be turned on.

  Otherwise that looks like you have made the correct things.

  I guess VLAN1 is always present on the ESW switch, but excluded by access ports...

  All ports are not marked in VLAN110 except for the uplink, given that the packages of vlan tagged while waiting to switch receiver VLAN110 or unmarked packages?  (something to think quickly)

  But the result is if you are still in a stalemate, why not call the Small Business Support Center, the switch is probably still under warranty and telephone support.

  Of course, you can, if you plan to land facility to IPSec tunne, it's your No. - nat and crypto acl can be used to control what is allowed and what not the tunnel itself.

  However if you planing to use access to distance-tunnel instead, it is your "vpn-filter value" and associate it with an ACL and in the example below group name is defined as 'filter '.

  group-policy filter internal group-policy filter attributes vpn-filter value 103

  I don't know I would use sqlplus to solve a problem of RMAN. At the end of the day, you still have to use RMAN to connect.

  You can debug by taking:

  rman target sys/oracle@orcl auxiliary sys/oracle@ORCL_STBY trace=duplicate.trc
  

  And then just try:

  rman target sys/oracle@orcl 
  

  Assuming this works, you can refine the RMAN connection problem.

  Connection string your RMAN:

  rman target sys/oracle@orcl auxiliary sys/oracle@ORCL_STBY trace=duplicate.trc
  

  Is different from the ones I use:

  rman target sys/password@PRIMARY auxiliary /

  4 fix the command duplicate.

  When I saw in the Internet Explorer browser, I receive a small string of the browser windows that I need to view my pages I have designed for maximized screen individually. Is this a standard DW Preview in the browser process? I use 4 DW and IE 7.  I have Vista OS with screen resolution 1600 x 1200. All the targets of my pages are fixed empty. I don't want myself or my viewers to be entered through this tedious process when the site is finally online. I have a problem here?

  You know, I get that every once in a while. I think it has more to do with how you last left your browser with something to do with Dreamweaver. Go to your browser, maximize, then shut up. Then open it again and see if it happens great this time.

  And, of course, you can't control what your viewers do with their browser, unless you create these behaviours 'display the new window '. Your behavior window was empty, maybe because you have to first select the thumbnail or text... and then in the behaviors panel, press the "add the behavior." Choose browser window open, etc. etc.
