  I wasn't able to find info on Satellite 1800-921, but if the unit is supplied without WIFI I guess that there is no WLAN antenna behind the screen. By the way: I believe that the Satellite 1800 series is delivered without a WLAN option.

  I'm new to the Board and I really hope that someone can help me with my computer problems.
  I have a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4114. In the last week or so, it started to get a black screen. If I m in the middle of watching a video, the sound would just go to a repetitive tone (very annoying sound) and the screen freezes completely.

  User of the new forum here. We have a Satellite A215-7437 who recently began to exhibit the dreaded question 'black screen '.

I can press the power button and it will fit off the coast. Is it possible that some of them have infected somehow, or possibly send me the malware that has infected my system? I would not normally only, but for all of them to go down to one right after the other with the same problem just made me think, it must be the same cause, but what?  I had been in a war of fire recently with very ugly people, and I've never seen two Macs have the same exact problem in a row like that right.

  I took readers on the Macbook Pro, put them on sleds and threw them in my PowerMac, and both seemed fine, no problem, started well upward, ran utility disk on them, no problem, so I started to the checklist. Reset the PRAM. Nothing. SHIFT key at startup. Nothing. D at the start. Nothing. V order at startup. nothing.   The startup chime indicates that the Mac has made the initial diagnostic tests and there is no hardware problems or fundamental software.
