  I'll put up a new Macbook Pro the retina, bought this week, and try to install the copy of LR 6 I bought in September 2015.  It is currently loaded on my old Macbook Pro.  I understand that my license allows me to install this on two machines;  This is particularly important now that I move from an old machine to a new one.

  I downloaded the complete file of the LR6, but when I try to install, I get "update serial number: serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer."

  I gave the serial number under my account on the Adobe website and delivered when I bought LR 6 September 2015.

  It is said to "Select a product", but only gives me options of Lightroom 1-5, not 6.  My new LR 6 license is useless just 6 months after purchase?

  I opted to buy 6 LR on perpetual license rather than a subscription monthly CC, as my country's currency is devaluing rapidly and I need to be able to afford access.  But now Adobe does not seem to recognize the validity of the copy that I own.  In fact, it is difficult to find a reference to LR 6 on the Adobe web site.

  It shows the message you have purchased an upgrade license, and it asks you to select the older version that you upgraded and provide older version serial number as proof that you are eligible to use the upgrade.

  Please try the following steps: -.

  (1) sign of muse helps--> disconnection.

  (2) close all Adobe applications.

  (3) sign of creative cloud application by developing the right gear as a symbol.

  Then choose Preferences--> account--> disconnection.

  (4) sign at the rear to cloud creative app.

  (5) raise Muse and try again the publishing site.

  They do not know. No matter that you're a beginner or a professional, everyone has problems with their computer and, frankly, it's that rely on what the scammers. They know that everybody has problems, so it is easy for them to pick someone at random and send them a mail (or by phone at them) and inform you that you are having problems. Of course, because you know that you have had problems, wrongly, assume that Microsoft comes to your rescue and support Microsoft took the time to communicate with you and help you solve your problem.

  Microsoft does not work like that; they never contact someone directly about a problem they have with their computer - well no, unless that person has paid for the support program. It must be so ask yourself, do I have a paid support program? The answer is usually no. don't have I give my phone number to Microsoft?   I recvd a phone call yesterday telling me I had a computer at risk with the help of the same IP address or ID in China.  I thought it was a hoax.  They said they came from Microsoft, but when I tried to recall today, there was a message stating that the Group was not available.  Then I get on my computer and get the label "there is an IP address conflict" and I panic, what happens if someone in China is using my computer?  How can I stop this?  I ran antivirus and anything analyses.    Help, please?

  To resolve IP conflicts restart all computers, peripheral and the router at the same time.  Chances are it will fix

  Your serial for Photoshop CS2 key would not work as the activation for CS2 servers were closed.

  If the code you enter is not a set of 24 numbers (only numbers), 6 sets of 4 numbers, then it is not the serial number.

  As much as I know there is no option to acquire a new serial number - you must use the one assigned at the time of purchase.  If you already have this software installed and registered with Adobe you should be able to find your serial number through your Adobe account online.

  The serial number is usually on the case which holds the record.  It seems unlikely that you would accidentally throw it, then you will want to check here.
