  The eula.rtf file are End User License Agreement. They are stored on your drive when you install applications. The reason why you can't delete the files, is that you don't have the property rights to the files.
  To change the property:
  Right click on the folder parent of these files and do a right click on this folder.
  Click on properties.
  Click the Security tab.
  Click the Advanced button.
  You will need to change the property using change of ownership to your user name.
  Once you are the owner of the folder and all subfolders and files, you can delete them.

  Only the current catalog .lrcat and its associated previews.lrdata folder are required. And of course catalogs backup.

  Delete all files of locking or journal - they should be automatically deleted when the application is closed, if they are still present them prevents the catalog to open. They are normally only when the book is opened.

  You can also remove the Previews folder if you have problems, but it may take a long time to regenerate and normally, you don't want to do that.

  I guess that some hidden files which are to restore and manage your files can be displayed and if this is the case you should not detect them, that's why Windows won't let you delete them.

  Your statement is inaccurate.

  All photographs are not duplicates, they are the EXACT SAME picture that you have edited. Lightroom displays your image in multiple views, but it's the same image.

  Removal of all photographs delete photos in all views and photos are no longer in Lightroom.
