  Looks like you need to do a cleaning of your SMTP server settings.

  The menu bar, select Tools-Account Settings-outgoing server (SMTP)

  No menu bar? Press the ALT key.

  Remove the old server and add the right ones for your 2 accounts problem.

  It should almost always be a clickable link to the recipient, even if it seems not to be so in the composition window (by design, so it can be changed without launching the link), but to force, starting with insertion/link (Ctrl-L), type the text of the link, for example, Jane Doe, then the location of the box type mailto link :[email protected]

  Lightroom 4 will never be updated to your compatible device.  You can download the DNG Converter and convert the CR2 files to DNG, that would be compatible with Lr4.
