You say you can edit PDFs on your Mac - you have Acrobat installed there? If so, you shouldn't subscription ExportPDF, that you can export directly to Word of Acrobat by choosing File > save as others / file > export to, depending on the version you have.

    It's my first post because I can usually find supported using google, but I can't see any advice on this.

    Lets say I create a folder and name it 'sites' in Thunderbird, I created a rule for every email I get from stores online on their promotions go in this folder, so they do not distract the important emails, but I can view them later if I want.

    When I then log in my account outlook through their web client or if I check on my phone (which is where I'm mainly going through emails), the folders that I created in Tbird, do not show on my phone or the email provider webclient.

    I tried logging in and out of my web client and Tbird but records do not update, they remain in the Tbird but do not show in the web client or on my phone, which means that I can not read the messages held except when I home on Tbird.

    As you have found the error [access denied: 530] This means that the problem is with access. The user name and password that you enter is incorrect or you don't have the appropriate permissions.

    I suggest you to contact Godaddy to reset the password or reset the permissions.

    For as long that you check your page in time as a visitor, to see if it still works (some designers tend to forget that the web), you'll be fine. Services such as Skype, Google Maps, or Facebook sometimes need to change how their scripts so that they ask you to create a new batch of code and re-only insert in your page. So don't be shocked if it happens.

    Lightroom 6 trying to copy pictures to a different directory than what is Lightroom 5. That's why you have the problem.

    You can change the directory where you are teaching LR 6 to place photos, or change the permissions on this directory to read & write.

    Unless your Firefox settings have been changed, Firefox is ready for sites that use TLS 1.2, the latest version of the SSL protocol.

    Futura is not a "web safe font' (a handful of fonts installed by default on almost all computers) as well as those who have it installed on their machines will be able to see it unless you use the rule of @font-face.

    Otherwise, the second font in your font css family stack is what to replace. At the present time, since you don't have any "stack" defined in your css, police 'serif' default browser is used.

    I have no idea if Futura is allowed to use on Web sites. Not all fonts are licensed for online use and, as I mentioned, I have not installed it, you may need to use a slightly different font somewhere like www.google.com/fonts (free) or www.fontsquirrel.com (paid) to get the effect you want without you opening up to grumpy owners of fonts.

    I couldn't find "print > printers marks" dialog box in my version of Acrobat, which is Acrobat Standard XI. However, your response has helped a lot in a search that led me to the answer. Use view > show/hide > navigation components > layers to show the layers pane. I clicked on 'the eye' off to the relevant pages, and the marks have disappeared.

    I strongly recommend against the use of a web site. Do it by e-mail instead. You can set up a free mailing list using www.yahoogroups.com.  And you can make a group private so that no one can reach without your approval.

    Once you have implemented the listerv and joined everyone in it, you will have an e-mail address for the group. Any message sent to this address will be automatically forwarded to all members of the group.

  • Is there a way to get Firefox to remember the password on a site that was chosen as "never" or "not now".

    Remember passwords works OK for a new site. I have been using a different password manager and did not want Firefox to remember passwords, but now with sync option would get Firefox to remember passwords once connections, I marked "never" or "not now".

    If you chose 'not now' it should ask you every time. The only time where it is not supposed to ask is if he did not remember a password, or you have already told him 'never '.

    Despite everything, go to tools-> Options (or editing-> Preferences if you do not see 'Options' from the Tools menu) click the 'Security' tab, and then search for the [Exceptions] button and click it.     If you see a screen of first instance, click on "buy this software." I forgot if you sign with your Adobe ID and password before or after, but it will give you a serial number option. Here, you will see a button, "I have a serial number" or a screen where you enter your serial number.
