  • not able to hear the sound of the cellular caller

my brother bought a Apple Watch 38 mm sport. But after the update to os 2.1 we couldn't here the voice of the caller please say a quick solution

    Rgds

    Hi asmaa

It can help to turn off pairing your brother in a Bluetooth headset iPhone, if it is currently associated with it.

Otherwise, it can help to restart the iPhone and his watch. Turn on both devices off the power together first, then restart the iPhone before you restart the Watch:

    -To switch off your watch: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; slide it to turn off;

-To switch on: press and hold the side button until you see the logo.

No guarantee but maybe you need the XviD Codec.

  • No sound with headphones

    Hello
the problem is I can't hear any sound from my headphones (they work correctly on another), there is sound coming from the speakers even when I plug in the headphones. Can someone help me? Thank you

    Hi David,

If you plug the headphones in the correct socket, you should not be able to hear the sound coming out of your pc.

Are you sure you plug the headset into the correct jack?  Decision-making is generally green in color and shows a picture of headphones next to him.  You can have an outlet for your headphones to the rear and the front of your computer.

Try and plug your headphones in the front and the back.
Looks like you are not plugging the headphones into the correct jack.

What kind of computer you have?  We can try and help you to the location of the correct plug if you provide us with that.

  • HP Pavilion 15 t: only hear one ear with headphones - and its low general.

After that the last updated Bios, I have lost my sound and had to follow another thread to uninstall and reinstall the drivers. Then I had audio but unacceptably low volumes. I just did a hard reset and I have more volume, but not as much as I think I should be I'm hearing super sensitive. He has blows me out of the room at the top. However, because my computer is relatively new I had not used the helmet until after this problem.  I have so no way of knowing if the BIOS change made me only able to hear one side of the helmet. I assumed it was an old set of headphones and bought another pair. This is not the case. I use Windows 8.1 which came installed on my computer not an update I did. All drivers and updates have been checked to ensure they are later. I have audiobeats.

    can you help me please?

    1. open the Device Manager and right click on Realtek High Definition Audio.

2 Select this option to "Update driver software".

    3. click on "Browse my computer for driver software".

    4. click on "Let Me pick from a list of drivers on my computer".

    5. put the "Show compatible hardware" check box if not already checked.

    6. in the list of devices, click on 'High Definition Audio'.

    7, click on "next".

    8. in the update driver warning box, click 'Yes' (the driver).

Install the native driver. Immediately test the headphones/speakers.

If the list of drivers to step 6 do not include "High Definition Audio" then please use the Windows system restore. It is quite safe to use because if you don't like the results, you can undo the restore operation.

  • After 3 years of use of this helmet and having no problems with it, now I can hear the sound in the right ear

Hello, after 3 years of use of this helmet and having no problems with it, now I can hear the sound in the right ear... what should I do? Help, I don't want to say 'goodbye' to it already... Thank you

It could be the plug on the computer that is the cause of the problem. Try another helmet or a pair of speakers in it.

If you hear only on one side, who will tell you that is the question.

If you hear from both sides, you must obtain a new helmet

Software will fix either of the foregoing...

  • I can hear the sound from speakers and headphones...

    Hello..

I use HP Pavilion dv5-1106AX laptop computer (Windows 7 OS). I can hear the sound from the speakers and the headphones when I connect the headphones into the headphone slot. I want to hear the sound from the headset when I connect the in the slit of the helmet.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

    Thank you!

My problem is solved. I found the solution here:

  • Sound with headphones not working not properly.

The problem started a couple of days. There is nothing of what happened past that would stand out or give reason to the cause:

It is static in the right of my helmet speaker. I tried 3 different helmet and static is always there. There is no static in my right speaker on my laptop so I think this has something to do with the headphone jack.

The static method only appears when I start audio. Whether music, a video, a game or any type of noise background what whatsoever. The static method then goes if all items sound turns off (after about 5 seconds) or if I completely disable my volume (mute).

I tried minor ways to 'clean up' my helmet on my laptop plug; as blowing inside to relax any dust that would have gotten inside, and I used a Q-Tip to see if there was anything else beside. It is perfectly clean. And I used my headphones plugged in permanently, there is little chance of dust (or anything else besides) do.

My audio drivers are up to date, and I ran a program to test my speakers/headphones to see if there are known issues. He came back clear.

my laptop is only a few years old (had some time in 2009 I think) it is not that I am unlucky and my headphones are broken, because I tested my friends helmet too, and he has no problem with them.

If it's a hardware problem, what are my options. Also, is there anything I can do to try to find out what else could be the cause of this?

This static: static electricity is not like empty it on a TV on a channel. He is usually quiet (but sometimes it will jump and be so strong that I can barely hear the sound out of it.) Generally very well I hear sound out of it, but there's always this constant static "whistling" noise. It isn't the same whistle or the other, it turns into volume and (I assumed that vibration is a good word to describe it) but it is always still there.

    Hey Devin,

You can open the sound properties to see if a level is turned upward.

Have you tried reinstalling the driver for the sound card?

Even if they are up to date, it can be damaged.

You are able to view multimedia clips continuously successfully with other media players?

To ensure that the player can try to download codecs automatically, you must maintain Internet access while playing the file, and your Internet security must be set to medium. In addition, you must be logged in as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group. Finally, follow these steps in Windows Media Player:

    1.

Click the arrow below the now playing tab, and then click Other Options.

    2.

On the Player tab, select the check box automatically download codecs .

  • Can't hear the sound in my headset?

When I plug my headset it warns me that I plugged a device into the audio jack, but it does not recognize their peripheral slot of reading. I did a quick search on google and came back a lot of results that said I might have accidentally uninstalled the driver, or perhaps I could try to update. I know that I did not remove the driver because it still shows on my computer Realtek High Definition Audio Driver or something. I checked to see if it had to be updated but its up-to-date so I tried to reinstall it to buuuut that does not work either. Is not the headphones because I have tried several different pairs and its all the same. The sound games through the speakers very well it's just when I try to listen to headphones is no sound
