Open apperture/see my photos

This is the first time I've ever used this support.  It took me a long time to write this.  I use Aperture and can't open or view my photos. I called Apple International and the machine supposed to remember. I called several times and they said it every time. Help, please.

Tell us more, please.

What version of Aperture do you have? With OS X El Capitan (10.11.3) you must open 3.6.  Is this the version you are using?

What exactly happens, when you try to open the aperture?  It crash? You get an error message?  find your Aperture library?

  • When I open my library of photos that I want to see all my pictures, not of small files. I can do this and if so, how?

Can I change the display of the picture library so that I can see all photos by scrolling through them instead of having to click on folders to open them?  That's how my XP has been implemented and I miss and it is difficult to find old photos.

    Hello

Note: Unfortunately the feature which allowed to see all the photos as thumbnails is not present in windows 7.

However to view thumbnails of your photos

    1. open the photo library by clicking the Start button, click photos.
    2. in the left pane, click the folder that contains the images to display.
    3. click on the arrow next to the view button and then move the slider to change the size of thumbnails.

  • Can't see the photos from the Photos App in iMovie

    Hello

I came home from vacation and wanted to do quick video for my friends.
Open iMovie, clicked on the photo library and was expecting to see my recent photos (at least). However, there were a few random photos year and months old, some of them I have deleted enough of course, don't know how they ended up there.

I tried to reconnect photos iCloud and resynchronize, however anything.

Any ideas what to do? Of course broke him "it works"

    Thanks in advance

Looks like your problem is with Photos not iMovie. You can see your photos in the photos app? Using iCloud photo library? If yes then maybe you need to wait for iCloud Sync photos to your Mac.

  • Import photos no problem can not see the photos on iPhone

I upgraded my MacBook Pro to El Capitan.  Since moving from iPhoto to Photos (even before I updated the operating system) when I plug my iPhone 5 to import pictures in the selected library I do not see the photos appear in the import window so that I can select for imports.  I literally had to email it to myself, and then import it into the e-mail.  I work with different libraries within pictures, so I excluded it only love the library system.  Same result, can not see the photos.  Also, I have unplugged and replugged in and tried the other USB port to rule out hardware, while the Photos could force them to see the device as new, and that does not work either.  I tried something another user who had to open Image Capture to see if she could see all the pictures on my phone and it doesn't work, I found (theory was that opening would make Photos recognize as well).  However the Image Capture wouldn't add a USB scanner so I think it's not worthy of trust.  Photos only setting I have enabled is the automatic update to iCloud.  Otherwise, I don't know what another parameter to seek that could block it.

When the phone is connected USB the phone reboot - many have found this will clear this problem

I can't display image icons when working with my photo folder. How can I see the photos without having to click on them in preview mode?

-It used to work and for some reason, now it does not work

    Greetings, d_chiuch1104,

There is one thing that I know that you need to check that COULD be your problem.  Open Control Panel (in Classic view) and click Folder Options (or, in Control Panel, click on appearance and personalization and then Folder Options).

Open the view tab and make sure that "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is NOT checked.

It would be good to hear from you as to whether that was the problem!

  • Windows Media Center does not display my photos. I tried to re-setup my album and it shows my files but no pictures in them. I can see my photos in all viewers

all my photos are in JPEG format, I download my photos on several websites and on my Windows live.com page, I also see with Windows Live Photo Gallery, I use Adobe Photoshop 7 to edit and save my pictures in .jpeg format, I can visualize in Picasa, PhotoStudio, ZoomBrowers EX etc.. I can spend my photos to one of my other computers and my pictures by e-mail, and they can be consulted. I open one of my photos in Photoshop and saved in a folder on my desktop in .jpeg and .bmp and it does not display. I sort my folder in date and make sure that hidden files is checked. I know I'm missing something, but still nothing.

    Hello

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers site!

How long have you had this problem?

All files compatible photo in your library in Windows will appear in Media Center, including whatever it is stored in the folder my pictures or public photo. If you store images somewhere else, like an external hard drive, you can add them to the Media Center as well. To learn how, see Add files to media in Windows Media Center.

The following is a list of reasons why an image will not display in Media Center, as well as suggestions for correcting the problem.

    • The picture file type is not supported in Media Center. For example, some digital camera photos are saved in the RAW file format, which is not supported in Media Center. If you have a photo editing software, try to open the picture in that program, and then resaving in a file type that is supported (for example, JPEG). To see what types of files are supported in Media Center, see file types supported by Windows Media Center.

    • The file is corrupted. If this is the case, try to open the image in another photo editing program, and then save it back into a different file type. For more information on the damaged files, see the files corrupted: frequently asked questions.

    • The file is hidden. You can view a hidden file by changing its properties in Windows. For more information, see Show hidden files.

  • Many images open in separate windows photo gallery windows.

I want to be able to open multiple images in windows separated from windows photo gallery.  When I open a photo, it opens a window of photo gallery.  But then I find another image and it opens in the same window and the previous photo has disappeared.  I would like to than the two images in windows separated so that I can compare them upward.  Thanks a lot for your help!

We tried it, but double click with the left clicker it opens in the same window.  Thank you very much!

When you double-click a few photos, you see their thumbnails in the taskbar?
You can enable or disable images among them by clicking on one of them to the taskbar. It's the best I can think of.

  • Impossible to see the photos of the Galaxy S5 phone from my computer.

Original title: galxy s 5 no pictures

I have the s galaxy 5 - took a lot of photos, but when I plug it into my windows 7, the computer says no images not found -.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your question on the Forum of the Microsoft community.

I would be grateful if you can provide us with the following information to help us better understand the issue.

    1. You are able to see your phone Galaxy S5 under Windows Explorer?
    2. Did you try copying the files on the hard drive and open it in Windows Photo Gallery?
    3. What application are you using to view the photos of your phone Galaxy S5?
    4. Your phone Galaxy S5 is connected to your computer by USB cable or via a Wi-Fi connection?
    5. The question is limited to images only? Other applications work well as the music and videos?

I suggest you to check the Windows Photo Viewer is defined as program default for Open the images. You can follow the steps mentioned below to check that.

    1. Click on start.
    2. Then, in the Search box , type in the program by default and press ENTER.
    3. Click set your default program.
    4. Now right-click on the Windows Photo Viewer, and then select set this program as default.

For more details, you can refer to the following Microsoft article mentioned.

Change the programs that Windows uses by default

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/change-default-programs#1TC=Windows-7

Hope it would help. If the problem persists, post back with the current state of your computer, the answers of questions and result of suggestions, we will be happy to help you.

    Thank you.

Ramesh, I tried a number of things, including things you suggested and now it works - for your information, I could see in Solution Explorer and I think that the most important thing it is never said anything about the implementation of the pilot.  On my wife's Vista computer it came normal for all our cameras and phone.  Which is rare for Vista, generally most of our problems with it - once again thanks for the help.

  • Badge to see in "Photos, memories, Places".

    Hello world

When I'm in the view "Places" (the plan) in one of my memories, I see small badges representing the photos that were taken at the place or.

But how to choose one of these badges with the remote (I have a 4 ATV with remote Siri) in order to see the photos taken here? In iOS 10, it is as easy as simply need to tap on the badge resp., but how to do this on the ATV?

Another question: if I press "Play/Pause" then in the map display, I get options/symbols to "Move map" and "Zoom in/out. But there is another option called "Select View" (or similar). What does this do? If I click on that, more or less nothing happens...

Thank you for your help in advance as always!

    Best

I'm not sure that it works as it should be, for me at least change selection tool doesn't seem to work, I don't know if it's the same for everyone.

  • How can I see the photos that are not in an album?

How can I see the photos that aren't in an album in the App "Photos"? I noticed that in the Album 'Pictures' are pictures I thought I deleted already. I would like to see all the photos in an album, so I can finally delete them.

You can go the the file menu Photos and click New Smart Album, and then set the condition of Album - is not. This will create a smart album that will show you all the photos that are not in any other album.
