  Please follow it mentioned below as follows:

  1 Win: Access the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename it.

  Go to C/Program Files (X 86) Adobe/Adobe Creative Cloud and rename it.

  2 mac: Navigate to/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename it.

  Go to Applications/Utilities and trash Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud folder.

  Try reinstalling and let us know if it worked.
