Open Outlook Express cannoot because MSOE. DLL could not be loaded

Has worked perfectly for months.  Restoration will give you a session before the same message comes back.  It's a registry problem.  Does anyone have a solution?

The problem is probably folders.dbx was corrupted and you need to remove.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#7 after that, do a backup, then its best to get a specific message store and registry hive, then go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  Then, after its correct operation, click file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.

My Windows Mail does not open.  It gives me a message saying, ' Windows Mail could not be started because MSOE. " DLL could not be loaded. "How can I fix in order to regain access to my e-mail address?

The only other thing I can suggest is to back up and then delete the following registry keys:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail

I start with the first and then see if it works.  If this isn't the case, then delete them both.

I created a Google Group, invited members, received their responses and published the list of members.  When I tried to send an e-mail to the group, I got a message that msoe.dll could not be initialized.  How to solve this?

Sorry, but the info was so 'goop gobbly' for me.  Y at - it somewhere that I can download the msoe.dll?

While you might be able to, two points...

    (1) not a safe idea.  Microsoft does not offer it more (they do not support OE6) and nowhere else - you take your chances.

    (2) most important - the file is not likely your problem.  Something else is probably causing this message.

You may need to remove (I suggest renaming it to RECORDS. OLD personally) RECORDS. DBX file.  If Folders.dbx is damaged, OE often stops displaying the files to the existing *.dbx files, and sometimes OE will simply refuse to start. Also a bloated Folders.dbx can OE run very slowly. These two problems can be repaired by closing OE and deleting Folders.dbx. Understand although you will lose the mail directory structure, all the discussion lists and all synchronization options and this message rules will probably have to be edited

There is another option where you could not lose the folder structure (will not be rebuilt) because you are going to import it from a BACKUP of everything what you do by renaming the whole store folder before you rebuild everything in OE - but I thought it would be more simple.

    C:\Documents and Settings\[your username]\Application Data\Identities\{...} \Microsoft\Outlook express

  • OCMSN.dll could not be loaded

I use windows XP.  After installing Firefox browser IE stopped working. Uninstalled IE such as advised by ISP Tech I tried to download and install IE several times again with no luck.  Another tech said to go to the control panel and Windows components and check Add IE.  Components Windows gives me the message-Setup library OSMSN.dll could not be loaded, or function entry Oc is not found. Contact your system administrator.  The specific error code is Ox7e.  Also anything to be opened in a Micro Word and Power Point reader does not open, told to go to the control panel and select where to open.

Is there a fix for this if I can use new IE?

    Thank you

    Thelma Hawk

I don't know what are all your other computer problems, but if you mean that you see a message like this:

    The Windows XP Setup program
Setup library Ocmsn.dll could not be loaded, or function OcEntry could not be found.
Contact your system administrator.  The specific error code is 0x7e.

    Clicking OK gets:

    The Windows XP Setup program
The application could not be initialized.

I would say that Microsoft committed Support Engineer 'expert' is just send you in addition to their hunting wild goose.

First of all, the file is not in the c:\windows\system32 folder.
Second of all, the file is not a registrable DLL.
I'm shocked that they indicated no sfc/scannow, but who will either replace the missing file.

I would just replace the file (that's why I know what looks like the error message), but maybe we'll learn something from these 'experts' then maybe you'll have some better luck with those of other ideas.

  • "Cannot complete order because the extension could not be loaded." with the sample CEP5

    Hello

I have trouble with my extension porting to CEP5. I get the error message "Cannot finish order because the extension could not be loaded." when I open the Panel.

Is it possible to get more information about what happened and why? My post was properly signed zxp and managed Extension installed without problem.

Also, to debug the problem, I tried to open the Test HTML CEP Extension - https://github.com/Adobe-CEP/Samples/tree/master/CEP_HTML_Test_Extension_5.0

I copied on '~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/com.adobe.CEPHTMLTEST ", created .debug inside (https://gist.github.com/m6k/39a49786b7a85a9e312b), empty the file inside Photoshop CC 2014.app .debug (to remove the verification of the signature). When I open Photoshop CC 2014, I see test listed in menu extension panels, but when I try to open them, I also get the error "cannot complete order because the extension could not be loaded.".

No reference to what I'm doing wrong and what I can do to debug this problem?

    Hi NickRider,

    Follow these methods.

Method 1: Performs a search using the Microsoft safety scanner.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

Method 2: Disconnect all external devices and try to start the computer.

    Method 3: Follow these steps:

Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists.

A description of the options to start in Windows XP Mode

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/315222

Step 2: If the problem does not still in safe mode, perform a clean boot to see if there is no conflict of software like clean boot helps you eliminate software conflicts.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the section How to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state of the link to return the computer to a Normal startupmode.

After the clean boot used to resolve the problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.

    (a) click Start, run.

    (b) type msconfigand click OK.

    (c) the System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.

    (d) click the general tab, click Normal startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.

    (e) when you are prompted, click on restart to restart the computer.

Method 4: Follow the steps in the article to check the drive for errors.

How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/315265

Note: If bad sectors are found in the hard drive, then it could try to fix this particular sector. If you have any data on that, it can get lost.

  • mscoreei.dll could not be loaded

When I try to launch the app HPadvisor.exe on my HP Vista sp2 m9517c, I get the following error message:

    C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.net\Framework64\v4.0.30319\mscoreei.dll could not be loaded.

I did a repair reinstall .netv4 (64-bit) from the MS. website I received a message that says that it was installed correctly.

Then, I rebooted my machine. However, I still get the same error message when I try to run HPadvisor.exe.

Anyone know how to fix this?

    Thank you

    Florian

As hpadvisor.exe is a security monitor of Hewlett-Packard belonging to HP Total Care Advisor, I would check with HP to see if this is a known issue.

They would be able to help you with troubleshooting on this issue.

    Thank you

  • Autorun.dll could not be loaded error code (0X3E7) or sometimes (0XC1).

I bought the windows family pack 7 at Wal-Mart.  I'm trying to install it on my desktop dell XP computer.  Everytime I try it says ' the autorun.dll could not be loaded or is corrupt Setup cannot continue error code (0X3E7) or sometimes (0XC1).»  Sometimes, I have an error spwizeng.dll.  Sometimes it seems to read the disc, it shows is a Readme.txt file and this file explains this disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.  I have the last wood, firm dishes and drivers. I ran windows & update manager and he did not find any problem. I am trying to install the 32-bit version.  I tried this drive on our computer dell laptop on vista and it seems to work OK.  I did an internet search and it says reburn the DVD.  It is a store brought the DVD.

He had the DVD player.  I tried to reinstall the programs with her and it lock on.  I'm out brought a new now everything is fine.

  • Code error 0x7E - the file 'autorun.dll' could not be loaded or is damaged. Setup cannot continue. Windows 7 Upgrade installation problem

I tried to install Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade, 32-bit version. My current system is an Intel iMac (later), with Windows XP - SP3 loaded as a virtual machine with Parallels Desktop 4.0 build 3848 (according to their website, it is supposed to support Windows 7).

I allocated enough space RAM and HARD drive of the virtual machine to run Windows 7. No matter what I do, when I try to run setup.exe, I get the error message: "the file 'autorun.dll' could not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Error code is [0x7E].

The file 'autorun.dll' is present on the disk.

I saw on the internet that other people have also had this problem, with or without Parallels Desktop, and get a replacement DVD of Windows 7 program made no difference to them. Nor is it an available answer, I've seen.

My Windows 7 disc is new, so I was hoping that Microsoft could solve the problem for me?

    Thank you.

OK, so, this response is a little late to come, but if you never solved...

I just encountered the same problem - editing similar (Mac, Parallels 5 in my case, the SP3 of XP, MS Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade) - you must make sure that the DVDROM drive hardware is mapped to "D:" on your XP installation. Thus on the Parallels Desktop menu go to devices, CD/DVD1 and make sure that all your actual DVD player is called is selected (should be the vertical entry in the menu) - not true CD/DVD. The reader should then start and auto run.
    I hope this helps...
