  • How can I open the back of my 1103735dx mini?

I need to get the serial number, and it is not obvious how to get it open!

    Hello:

You can also find the serial number in your main BIOS information screen.

Start the PC and at the beginning of the HP welcome screen, press the F10 key to access the BIOS. On the system information page, there should be several general questions about your PC and serial number should be somewhere on this screen.

In this way, that you don't have to remove all the parts.

However, if you want to remove when even just for fun, here is the link to the service manual for your laptop.  See Chapter 4 for removal and replacement procedures.

  • How do I open the case of the laptop HP G60 418 CA to clean the fans

I want to open the back of my laptop to carefully clean the fans. I have very little knowledge technology and so do not know what screws to leave or take away. How can I do this and I put my laptop at any kind of risk? Is there a chance I could lose all files, programs, or settings saved?

If you don't mind not wonder, why do you need to disassemble your laptop to clean the fans.  Just get compressed air boxes and fans of spray.

As directed by your statement ""I have very little knowledge technology and therefore don't know what screws to leave or take.".  That being the case, you can lose more than just files, you could ruin the equipment among other things.  If you really want to risk it and open your laptop, let me know.

  • How to open the cover slot of memory on Satellite M60?

    Hello

I want to add memory in my M60, but I do not understand how to access the inside... It seems easy to open the back of the drive hard, but for the record, I unscrew and after, the "door" stay in place and do ' t want to be removed...

    Thank you

    Hello

Yes, it is easy to remove the cover of the memory at the bottom of the unit.
I don't think that a single screw covers the memory slot cover. Remove this screw and use something thin and flat to remove the cover

The details, you should find in the user manual (in my user manual I ve instruction)

  • How to open the Acer Aspire ZC-606?

Can I get help from you pros Acer? I have an all-in-one Acer Aspire ZC-606 which I want to increase the RAM to 8 GB (the maximum possible) so it might run a little better. I have NO idea how to open it! I don't see any screws top anywhere on the back. You get it open? Answers would be appreciated.

    Exact specifications:
    Acer Aspire ZC-606-UR24

    Intel Celeron J1990

4 GB of RAM (for now)

    450GB HDD (Seagate)

    DVD-ROM drive

    Gigabit ethernet

    1600 x 1200 display

to open the back of your ZC, you must open the 2 feet at the bottom of the back cover and unscrew the 2 screws; with a PIN that you had to push into the small hole in the DVD player until he slip; Then, you can lift the back cover.

to access the RAM memory modules, you must unscrew the 2 screws of the metal cover right.

your system supports up to 8 GB of total ram (4 GB x 2).

  • How to open the case of a slate 3400US 7 HD?

I have a HP Slate HD 3400US and want to open the back to change the battery.
There are actually several different models of 7 slate,
and there are a few YouTube videos showing the dismantling,
but they are NOT the 3400US, but a different model of 7 Slate.

The 3400US has no screws on the outside and the back fits perfectly
on the rest of the Tablet, then it not there no openings or cracks
where I can stick a small screwdriver in.

I don't want to raise at random inside because that would leave nicknames
on the edge of the case, and I might end up inadvertently break.

There must be a hidden somewhere tab that would free up the back.
Does anyone know how to get inside?

    Thanks for any help.

  • LaserJet pro 1415: cannot open the cartridge door and prints have red lines on them

First problem was the red lines on the printed pages, now I can't open the cartridge door

Just to close the loop, we decided to force the drawer open, because the printer was unusable anyway even if we have something broken. With a lot of pressure, the drawer open. We then tried to print something and a message there is a paper jam.  We opened the back door to clear paper jam and off broke a spring and a broken then only plastic parts. We cleared the jam and thought that the broken part just came to the door but was clearing of the works.  Then we printed out a page and everything worked fine.  If the door does not close completely because it is missing a piece, so what? The printer works fine. Thanks for trying to help.

  • How to open the Panel rear Dell Precision M4600

I want to open the back of the Dell Precision M4600 Panel so that I can increase the RAM and also put in a secondary hard drive. There is no documentation or a tutorial for that. Anyone can provide and guide on how to do it? I can't remove the battery, but here I'm lost. I see 2 screws on the back rear panel, but I don't know if it's the right screw to remove.

    Any help is appreciated.

    EDIT: Found the manual!

ADMIN NOTE: broken link has been removed from this post by Dell >

To add to the post of urlnotfound:

Remove the two screws under the battery holding the lid.

Slide, sometimes with a bit of force, the cover backward toward the back of the laptop.  Only, he moves about 1/4 "and is free to raise at this time here.

Note that there is only a single 2.5 "HDD place, and it's the hot-swapable one you see on the side (still to figure out how to remove it, level didn't seem to do anything - for the moment).  "2nd HARD drive" is actually a dedicated slot 'mSATA', which means minicards SATA.  It's a tiny, as the three PCI-express slot you see when you remove the cover.  They are very rare to buy the property.  I really wish that I bought a Dell offered, aftermarket cause they are next to the non-existent.  I found only 2 manufacturers, which are the same brands under the hood.  But they are only the size of 50mm.  I want a site of 70mm slit in the WWLAN PCI-Express slot, cause those are available up to 240 GB.

And FYI, devices with SATA II interfaces mSATA can get up to 240 to 250 MB/s read/write!  No, there are no mSATA SATA III that I could find.  Wanted for a month for them...

Note also that only two senior RAM sticks are available here.  I'm about to call Dell support for where are the othe two DIMM slots (very probably have to remove the background map).

  • 23 - g010 removal of the back cover

I am trying to remove the rear panel of the all-in-one computer from HP 23 - G010. I can't find a manual with instructions. I know that once I open the back cover it will probably cancel my warrany and that's okay. I want to increase the RAM on my own. I see two screws at the bottom and nothing else. I am looking for step by step. Thank you.

Too bad... I found the answer.

  • Cannot open RAW files in CS6 after update

    Hi all

I have Photoshop CS6 and have been able to open my Raw D4 files without any problems using the plugin Camera Raw version 7.1.

Yesterday, I upgraded my Mac OS Snow Leopard in Yosemite (a big jump I agree) and updated to the latest version Photoshop but also install Adobe DNG Converter 8.8.

I apparently still uses the same version 7.1 plugin as I always have but I am now is no longer able to open RAW files in Photoshop because it displays a message saying "unrecognized file" when I try to open them.

I jumped too many updates? Updates of Photoshop CS6 leave me unable to open RAW files? Am I pushed down the road CC?

Anyone would offer no help at all because I have a wedding to change, but can't open any files! Stress!

I backed up my system through Time Machine before I did the update, but I'm not sure if I restore that I will still have a Yosemite OS running.

Any help or advice is really appreciated.

    Thank you very much.

    Phil

Camera RAW should be at version 8.8 for CS6

    Adobe - Photoshop: For Macintosh

Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter: for Macintosh
