slow down the operations of independent channels

I have a string of characters to about 40000 to code in HTML. The first problem is that HTML-code is not native to Actionscript, and I can not even find a simple HTML coder for (2 OR 3). It is fine, even if I can quickly make my own... The second problem is a loop with about 40000 iterations for takes about 15 seconds: for (i = 40000; I > = 0; i-) {}... .not acceptable.
Within the loop for what I was going to swap out of range of characters with HTML entities. As the loop is too slow, what other options do I have? Regular expressions? There is at least > 100 characters to check and their codes are simply the character code... How can I easily put it in a regular expression without including literally all the characters and their replacement values? Is there another way? Thank you.

for the non-ascii part, you can avoid a loop for and use:

s.Split("&").join("&#&;") .split (' ' ').join("&#';"). Split("<><;").split(">"). Join ("&#>;");

I don't know how intensive cpu which would be with a 40 k string, but it is worth a test. If this test works well:

for the non-ascii characters, I would put everyone in an array and loop through that array using a split-join for each of them. and you can add & ' <> in the table if this is equivalent so you can analyze concise your channel.

Strange behavior file open/create/replace

Hi all

I will make my question as broad as possible because I think someone must have met this behavior before. I use the function open/create/replace file to programmatically open a file, giving a path entry created in an earlier vi. Strange behavior, I see, is that although Labview returns 1 error when I give my file programmatically, it reads the file OK if I give as a constant. The constant path that I give is exactly the same as one I am tryinng to programmatically.

Any suggestions? Is it to do with a string formatting problem? I enclose my portion of treated VI the path_in section.

Wild guess: you must use 'build path' instead of 'concatenate strings' build path.

(Also use a constant of diagram of the path (not a string!) to "c:\ni-rt\" and get rid of the "trim whitespace' and the 'chain of path")

See if that makes a difference. (build path is OS independent, while the operations of independent channels are not).

Never use the paths as strings. There are very few cases where this would be appropriate.

LINK in the SPARQL where

I am new to SPARQL and RDF, so hopefully there is a simple answer to this question.
I use Jena Oracle links to tests. My tests are based on the examples of Jena, who all work. This specific test is based on Test8.java in the examples of Jena. I added the Spatial index and was able to make spatial queries in RDF. But now, I want to call a spatial function and the return value, rather than simply use it in a FILTER.
My query looks like this (get the parents and their children and tell me how far away they live):

I tried using the form LET instead of bind, but Jena rejected this form. I also tried to use a function in the SELECT, but from what I read it looks like that could be limited to a certain the value of the aggregate functions.

LET generates syntax errors, BIND get empty results.

As a reference, this type of query works:

The Jena adapter supports the BIND clause. Oracle 11g database, however, does not support BIND directly so adapter Jena ends up using ARQ to manage the CONNECTION. Unfortunately, the functions of orageo are not recognized. (Operations of independent channels, calculations, etc. are taken care of well.)

The filter works because the database supports, and we push the expression up to the database.

BTW, sage syntax, you can use something like:

BIND (orageo:distance (? geom1,? geom2, 'KM') as? dist2)

I have a USB-6509 and NOR-DAQmx installed 15.5.1. Using the ANSI c api.

Is it possible to create several independent channels that use different lines of the same port?

Yes, as long as you use the same line on different channels, they must not interfere with each other for this reason, you can create a channel by line if you wish

The reference to using the DAQmxWriteDigitalScalarU32 function:

Extract information from channel of filegroup

Hi all

I want to make a repeat operation on a channel of a large number of multichannel files.

As a simplified example lets say I want to calculate the max value in channel 1 for each file in a group. I would then like to place these values in the line of a new channel to a new file. Does anyone have an example of similar file I could change or suggestions on how to do it? I work with TDMS files.

I had a very similar approach, so here is another example where it is useful. This example loop through all the files in a specified directory, and if the file is a PDM, it loads the first string in the file and it calculates the maximum value.

If you can calculate the maximum value of the channel (or any property you are interested in tracking) during the acquisition and recording of the file, you need to store this entity to a PDM channel property. This would allow you to execute queries against the property on all of your files, and then very quickly load results as a channel in the data portal.

Hi guy,

The problem is in the SEO of your channel. When you ask DIAdem to do something or with a data channel and only provide channel (no group information) Tiara name simply finds the first string in the DataPortal that corresponds to this channel name. If you have been a loop across all groups, but several operations always manipulating channels of the first group. Code here is referenced by channel number which seems to work fine on my computer loading 3 files:

Configure the second channel of TDS 2012 scope

Howdy,

Our laboratory has recently acquired a range of Tektronix TDS2012 dual channel and I'm getting so he can play nice with Labview 8.5. I downloaded the plug-and-play drivers and the accompanying screw sample without problem. I connected the scope via a GPIB-USB-HS adapter. PC running Win2k.

The screws of the sample and some of my creations seem to be great with the exception of a question to work. I can't for the life of me get the vertical scale on the second channel to do what I want. When I use "Example VI" of the driver and set the Volts/Div to anything for a reading of CH2, changes the CH1 setting (?), it does indeed read CH2. I can't find where I could adjust the parameters of CH2 regardless... the vi "Set up display" seems to be independent channel.

Any thoughts?

I just downloaded the Tektronix TDS 200 1000 2000 project series Style Driver of instruments here, and there is no screws with the word "vertical" in them. To make sure that you use the style of the project pilot, go to C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\LabVIEW 8.5\instr.lib\Tektronix TDS 200 1000 2000 series and confirm that there is a file of Tektronix TDS 200 1000 2000 Series.lvproj it and that the screws are in folders, not a Bachelor's degree in law. The VI that you will use to configure the vertical range is Set up Channel.VI. Pay close attention to the VI and control documentation.

I'm newbie with Oracle RMAN and in particular, I did not understand the concept of channels (CHANNEL of TYPE ALLOW disk...).
I think this is the way to call the server processes on the side of RMAN that physically write the backup. RMAN can improve backup performance by parallelizing operations using multiple channels.

Should what steps I use RMAN and understand the ALLOCATE CHANNEL?

How can I assign multiple channels at the same time?

Assign you channels to create responsible processes of processing the files.
If you add more channels (and you have a number of processors to support), you can speed up the tasks up to a point.

to use RMAN, you are good to go right after I installed the software and DB.
to make a backup (on an open archivelog on db mode), simply:

$ rman target /
backup database plus archivelog;
```
After that, you can complicate the script.

Is it possible to update the BIOS for the Satellite A110 (PSAB0) and Windows7?

I recently installed Windows 7 on Toshiba Satellite A110 (PSAB0).
The version of the system BIOS is v1.30
I want to Flash the BIOS for you last version v2.0.
This version is released in January 2009, before the introduction of Windows 7.

There are two versions of the BIOS download, one "for Vista only' and one 'OS independent.
I think I have to go to the operating system independent.

I think that this BIOS (v2.0) is not released for Windows 7 and that it has also not been tested with Windows 7. This BIOS has published 21.01.2009 and Windows 7 was released on July 22, 2009. However, on the other hand it s not mentioned that this BIOS is not compatible with Win 7.

But the fact is that only Windows 7 doesn't is NOT supported on this laptop.

Windows 7 drivers are not out on Sat A110, but this does not mean that you couldn't install Win 7 on this device. Of course, you can install the Win 7 system, but Toshiba does not provide any Win 7 software for this series.

Back to BIOS update:
In your case I would try not to update the BIOS if the laptop works properly.
Why? Because the update of the BIOS is still a technique sensitive and you could damage it the motherboard if something goes wrong during the update of the BIOS.

How to get a new install of Windows 7 x 86 running on a Qosmio G50.

It is assumed that you have a version of Vista x 86 installed.
First I must say, I'm from the Germany. So, I loaded the drivers on the European side of Toshiba.
The problem with a new facility is that you lose some applications preinstalled Toshiba as the DVD or Ulead DVD player.

You can skip these steps if you do not need.

Qosmio G30 PQG31E - no driver XP 32? Cannot update the BIOS?

As usual, obtained a computer laptop, but no recovery CD :(

Got 32 installed XP (my Microsoft contract does not MCE) but a lot of missing drivers. Driver Toshiba page has all the drivers for XP MCE, XP 32 has only BIOS update, Bluetooth, HD - DVD firmwares, the virtual sound and drivers WI - FI!

So I tought "Vista on this issue", but I checked the compatibility XP with Vista DVD I got a 'need to update the BIOS' (always a 1.40-2006/03/10)!
My problem is that BIOS update always returns "this computer is not supported! Laptop has only one account, this isn't permissions problem, perhaps because many drivers are not present? Can I update the BIOS in safe mode?

What now? Am stuck with a brick of Qosmio? Without controllers LAN to say the least, I can't not fact! Drivers XP MCE does work on XP 32?

Any thoughts?

I found all the Win XP drivers for Qosmio G30 PQG31E!
On the European driver Toshiba page, you can find the Win XP MCE drivers
XP MCE drivers are the same drivers for Win XP Home or Pro.

There are also some BIOS 3, 90-WIN and this BIOS is operating system independent. In other words, it works with Win XP and Vista...

To update the BIOS the common Module must be installed
You can find also on the European driver Toshiba page!

Satellite A100-289: after 5.1 Bios Update powerfault on usb device

Hey, I have trouble after you install the Bios Version 5.1 on a Satellite A100-289.

First: there is NO external USB device connected!
After the awakening of the laptop Sleepmode , I received a message in Windows XP the a power fault has been detected on one of the USB devices. A dialog box opens and I can "reset" the device.

This only happens after that the laptop is awake in sleepmode, perhaps to Hibernate, but not when the laptop starts. It seems that everything works well, but this post makes me nervous.

Can someone tell me, what is going in this box?

5.1 BIOS was designed for Vista but it should (or it works) also with XP!

However, you could try updating the BIOS with the other BIOS version that is operating system independent
or / and you can try to disable the power save option for USB ports in Device Manager.

I m afraid you won't find older BIOS versions for download on the pages of Toshiba I have found that the latest versions of BIOS.

If you want you could contact the partner of service allowed in your country and ask if it of possible to get older versions of BIOS

Satellite L50-B-177 - after upgrading the BIOS can not use the Polish symbols

Hi, I'm newbie here. This is my first post, so sorry for the plain text.

I have a problem with the laptop Satellite L50-B-177 1 month of my wife. After update BIOS (from Toshiba Service Station) to version 1.70 I have this problem: it is impossible to use symbols of Polish that comes with ALT + z, ALT + x, ALT + c. other - ALT + a - works normally.

Problem is the operating system independent (even on the live session of Ubuntu). I understand that this is a specific problem for the location of the Poles, but causes cell useless for my wife (she is a teacher and write a lot of text). As much as I know BIOS downgrade is not available for customers, and the weeks of waiting for the new package of BIOS is out of the question.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
