order of the shutter with APT driver
Hello
I'm quite new to Labview. I want to remote control a SH1 shutter with controller of tsc001 within a Labview VI.
I have seen that we can use activex objects to insert a driver APT in a Labview VI (thorlabs drivers for control of the movement, see http://www.thorlabs.com/images/TabImages/GuideToLabVIEWandAPT.pdf, and http://www.thorlabs.com/tutorials/APTProgramming.cfm). Unfortunately, there are a lot of activex objects (APT Chopper / laser / motor / tec controls) but not the order of the shutter I need.
can someone help me please? Thank you very much
Damiano
Thorlabs gave me the answer, it's here if anyone should face the same problems: to communicate with a solenoid tsc001 control shutter use the activex MG17motor, instead of APTPZMotor. Then everything works perfectly.

Adjust the order of the layers with AS3
I want to load an external SWF into my project. I do this by adding a charger to the scene. It seems above all, there are 16 layers in my FLA, and I want to put it between the second and the third to the lower layers. How can I do this? I looked at some things online but they are all to change the order of objects on the same layer, and they usually invole do 2 or three objects with AS3 then change the order on the same layer, always above the objects that are actually on the stage of the FLA. I want to put the SWF loaded under Of OBJECTS ALREADY EXISTING that are on different layers.
My code:
var pageLoader:Loader = new Loader;
addChild (pageLoader);
pageLoader.x = 98;
pageLoader.y = 121;
pageLoader.z <-as far as I know it works in a single layer, it won't jump from layer to layer.
Some have suggested to load my swf in a clip from movie ampty bt when I do this I lose interactivity for swf file, why is this and is there away around this?
My code:
var pageLoader:Loader = new Loader;
pageContainer.addChild (pageLoader);
pageContainer is an empty movie clip
I want to load directly to the scene and just change the layer (first method), but if this cannot be done so I need a way to get SWFs loaded into a clip vacuum film and keep their own interactive.
I dound in connection addChildAt, which is different from addChild, because it has 2 parameters, the name of the object and its z-index. So I was able to do:
addChildAt(pageLoader,4);
Then I met the same problem with movie clip method is empty, I lost interactivity. Then I noticed that there movieclips above because one of them is used as a blending mode by covering it. So, I realized that the empty movie clip method did not work because there are video clips above it. So I did mouseEnabled = false. And it works, so YAY!

Creating auto-generated pages of the order of the day with dates
Want an easy way to create pages of 12 months of a value with a provision of model grid generated in Illustrator at the end. This development has seven different days (different available calendar highlight each day of the week amongs other things) can someone tell me how to generate these 365 pages without having to individually create all these pages and gather the? I have no idea of software wich or function would be better to create this type of document.
Thank you
There are two ways to link your list that you make in Excel to the identity document. One is to export the text list and place (it's a bit complex when you have so many masters) and the other is to use the data merge.
If you want to place the text, starting with a master page that has a frame on each side of the spread (for pages face to face) to contain the dates and add any other information that will appear on all pages in the order of the day. Make sure that the images for the dates are threaded from left to right, and then click inside the image on the left with the text tool. Apply a paragraph style that includes 'Start in the next section' in the framework Options keep in the style definition. Master pages of basis for seven days on this master. Befor put you the date implementation of 365 pages list to apply the correct masters, then place the date list by holding the SHIFT key and clicking inside the frame of date on page 1.
To use the data merge you need to add a line to the top of the list and put a name in what will become the label of the field, then export the tab delimited text (because I assume you have commas, but without tab in your arrival dates). I make a master with only the date box and nothing else included (or start with no master) and do a one record per page, then AFTER the merger merger, apply the will find it with the other information on the correct pages. The framework of date box should not appear on other masters. Help on the fusion of data files are very good, but do not hesitate to come after read you them if you have any other questions.

HP 15-AC143WM: replace the DVD with SSD drive
Hello
I would like to remove my laptop DVD drive and replace it with an SSD. Is it possible to connect a laptop SATA drive this in any case and if so, how?my laptop HP 15-AC143WM
Any help appreciated,
Thank you
REDA
After looking through the maintenance and Service of Guide for your PC, I have to say Yes... but...
Here is the link so you can read it for yourself: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04653884
As I see it, there are three issues: space, connector, fixed support.
It seems that a hard drive from a laptop computer could insert in the space left by the optical drive, it is so probably not a problem.
It there is no second set of connectors of SATA HDD, but since the DVD player doesn't use the same connectors as a hard drive, you can use those-, given that those who are not designed to be used for a hard drive, they will fit, but they may not work.
The biggest problem is the lack of a fixed support for the hard disk. The optical drive is designed to exactly fit the space and is held firmly in place with a screw in the case of the laptop. There is no support for the holding of a hard drive in this space and most likely, no way to attach it to the case. You don't want a hard drive slide in the optical drive bay, then for me, it would be a show-stopper. If you were willing to consider a SSD instead, this wouldn't be a problem.
And finally, and above all, it is my view of your personal situation. I does NOT represent or speak for-HP, so if you want to do this as an experiment, you're on your own - any damage resulting will void any warranty you have and you'll be on the hook to fix at your own expense.
Good luck

How to move files from the external hard drive to the keywords WITH main drive?
On a recent trip, I have uploaded thousands of images on an external hard drive that I used with my laptop. I keyworded and edited these files on the road.
Back home, I want to move the files (keywords and all) to my permanent LR library that resides on a different hard drive. How can I do this transfer without losing the keywords?
Thank you in advance.
Hi Jessica,.
There seems to be a confusion of terms here: the catalog is where LR stores all of its information (that your designated as LR library in your original post).
While you were on the road, did you use LR to add keywords to photos, or have you used another tool? If you have used LR, you already have a catalog on the laptop, which you can then import into your main LR catalog (using import to catalogue option in the file menu). Let us know if you get stuck anywhere.

How can I change the order of the elements in the "open with" context menu?
I'm working on XP Prof SP3 and to change the order of the "open with" context menu.
I like to make the most of my photos, I crop them optimal detail using a specific program for this. This program, I can access by right clicking on the photo icon by pressing H, to open the framework "open with" menu and then I have to scroll down to 6th place.
You can imagine that if you do this for a series of hundreds of vacation pictures, you are quickly tired.
Is there a way how I can change the sort order in the "open with" context menu, because the removal of everything seems not a too good idea.
Is there anyone out there who can help me? I thank in advance.

Change the order of the components in FlowPane
I'm interested, how I can change with mouse drag and drop the order of the components in FlowPane. I have an example that can work with TabPane and drag between two TabPanes tabs:
public class DragPanel { private static final String TAB_DRAG_KEY = "panel"; private static ObjectProperty<Tab> draggingTab = new SimpleObjectProperty<>(); // Drag Panel public static Tab makePanelDrag(final Tab tabA, final Label tabALabel) { tabALabel.setOnDragDetected(new EventHandler<MouseEvent>() { @Override public void handle(MouseEvent event) { Dragboard dragboard = tabALabel.startDragAndDrop(TransferMode.MOVE); ClipboardContent clipboardContent = new ClipboardContent(); clipboardContent.putString(TAB_DRAG_KEY); dragboard.setContent(clipboardContent); draggingTab.set(tabA); DragBuffer.setDraggingTab(draggingTab); // For Java 8 // Make screenshot of the dragged component //Image img = tabALabel.snapshot(null, null); //dragboard.setDragView(img, 7, 7); //tabA.getTabPane().getTabs().remove(tabA); event.consume(); } }); return tabA; } // Drop Tab public static TabPane makeTabDrop(final TabPane tabPane) { tabPane.setOnDragEntered(new EventHandler<DragEvent>() { @Override public void handle(DragEvent event) { /* the drag-and-drop gesture entered the target */ /* show to the user that it is an actual gesture target */ if (event.getGestureSource() != tabPane && event.getDragboard().hasString()) { tabPane.setCursor(Cursor.MOVE); // Add Glow effect when the mouse holds object over the TabPane tabPane.setEffect(new Glow(0.5)); } event.consume(); } }); tabPane.setOnDragExited(new EventHandler<DragEvent>() { @Override public void handle(DragEvent event) { /* mouse moved away, remove the graphical cues */ tabPane.setCursor(Cursor.DEFAULT); // Remove the Glow effect when the mouse is not over the tabPane with Object tabPane.setEffect(new Glow(0.0)); event.consume(); } }); tabPane.setOnDragOver(new EventHandler<DragEvent>() { @Override public void handle(DragEvent event) { final Dragboard dragboard = event.getDragboard(); if (dragboard.hasString() && TAB_DRAG_KEY.equals(dragboard.getString()) && DragBuffer.getDraggingTab().get() != null && DragBuffer.getDraggingTab().get().getTabPane() != tabPane) { event.acceptTransferModes(TransferMode.MOVE); event.consume(); } } }); tabPane.setOnDragDropped(new EventHandler<DragEvent>() { @Override public void handle(DragEvent event) { final Dragboard dragboard = event.getDragboard(); if (dragboard.hasString() && TAB_DRAG_KEY.equals(dragboard.getString()) && DragBuffer.getDraggingTab().get() != null && DragBuffer.getDraggingTab().get().getTabPane() != tabPane) { final Tab tab = DragBuffer.getDraggingTab().get(); tab.getTabPane().getTabs().remove(tab); tabPane.getTabs().add(tab); // Tempolary fix new Timeline(new KeyFrame(Duration.millis(100), new EventHandler<ActionEvent>() { @Override public void handle(ActionEvent event) { tabPane.getSelectionModel().select(tab); } })).play(); event.setDropCompleted(true); DragBuffer.getDraggingTab().set(null); event.consume(); } } }); return tabPane; } }
The question is how do I get the position of the foresight of component the FlowPane and change the order when I drop the component?
P.S
The question is which component will be suitable for this task? I need to make it transparent and it must be resizable auto because the BorderPanes can expand and shrink. Can you give me some advice?I can add setOnDragDetected() and setOnDragDropped to the component in order to implement the transaction slip and fall.I have a FlowPane with many small panels that are BorderPanes. I want to change the order of the BorderPanes with the mouse drag and drop. But I'm sure that this feature at the moment is not possible. So I think I can solve this problem in the other direction.FlowPane-> component-> BorderPaneI can insert component additional which will be inserted into the FlowPane and held the BorderPane:
Concerning
No idea why you think that you should add another component between each part of the border and the workflow pane. Why not just put the behavior of dragging on each side of the border?
To change the order, just children of the pane flow and basically manipulate it like any other list, using (...) remove and add (...). Just be careful to remove the two nodes first, then add them after (so you do not violate the rules of the graphic scene).

How to determine the order of the entries in the menu displayed on the controller menu plugin?
I found in the plugin Resource Guide.pdf:
-----------------------------
Int16 PIPriorityProperty 0x70727479L
("prty")
Plugin load order. Also used for control
the order in the elements with the same
name appear in the menus.
Lower number (including negative
Ones) loading first. If NULL, the default value is
zero.-----------------------------
Now, I have a few plugins, but I saw that in the same category, the menu items are indicated by order lexicographically (A:up Z:down), but not by their priority properties. In addition, each category is organized by lexicographic order of the name now. This means, if I change the name of plugin to another language, order will be different, it's inconvenient for users. Fixed what I could do to get an order? Any ideas will be appreciated.
You can get 2 identical names by mistake, with versions of a plugin, or features that overlap (such as alternative file formats).
No, there is no way to get an absolute positioning of elements of a plugin menu.
And the reference to the suites makes no sense.

Hello world
I need help here.
My HP envy m7 J010dx works perfectly with my original hard drive (1 TB).
I am preparing a second HDD (NEW 320) as backup.
I took off the Moose HDD (1 TB) and replace it with the NEW HARD drive (320GB) and try to do a full recovery of the system with the HP recovery DVD.
After full system recovery and laptop computer needs to be restarted in order to continue, the laptop keeps restarting on the logo of windows 8.
I think it says device not found Boot. Also a test using the UEFI tool material HP and all pass.
Replacing the NEW HARD drive with the original of the old HARD drive and it start normally.
What can go wrong here in this case? Thank you very much for the help.
Concerning
John
OK, I read through the thread and this is my point of view on this based on works including restore process with the user created a recovery (UCRDs) media which the user indicated that they used.
If you just want to jump to the conclusion at the bottom, you can see my opinion. If you want to know 'why' Please read the entire post.
Model No.: m7-j010dx
Product #: E0K83UA #ABA
Ships OS: Windows 8 (64-bit)
Recovery HP part No. Kit: 730336-002 (3 DVDs + extra)
User replaced the HARD drive with a 1 TB hard drive 5400 RPM with HP ProtectSmart hard drive Protection a new hard drive is a Seagate Momentus 7200.4 ST9320423AS 320 GB 7200 RPM 16 MB Cache SATA 3.0 GB / s 2.5 "Notebook internal hard drive.
With the help of UCRDs sent media recovery media (SSRDs):
When the UCRDs are created, only the drivers for the HW operation (this is a critical point, that I will look later) are burned to the user created a recovery media. Consider this a snapshot of the current HW, the base drivers and software applications. If you change the HW on your laptop or desktop where the additional device requires a different driver for these features, a few questions you might - recovery process could stop because he can't find the right driver, a blue screen, a lack of start-up or other unstable system.
A few years ago, I had a PC that would not recover because the Blu - ray (ODD) optical disk drive did not work. I replaced the WEIRD Blu - ray with a generic DVD/CD burner into the new part of Blu - ray is presented. I got the PC using SSRDs thinking I would put some time and just install the Blu - ray after the PC has been recovered. The PC recovered and when the new Blu - ray showed I installed the unit and guess what? All PCs have shown in Device Manager and applications was a generic ODD - no Blu - ray capability and ability to read Blu - ray content in the default HP provided for multimedia applications delivered with the PC. Applications were there but no Blu - ray capability.
Huh? It looks that I did not put any time at all.
I inserted the new Blu - ray ODD and distributed recovery with the HP SSRDs.
After recovery, I had all the Blu - ray drivers and applications supported Blu - ray.
The difference between UCRDs and SSRDs:
UCRDs provide a glimpse of what is installed and functional both disks are created.
Version Digest of the player on what is happening with SSRDs to retrieve a PC (before Windows 10):
SSRDs have all the drivers for all the HW and SW qualified for the unit. There may be several drivers for hard drives, different types/screen resolutions, sides, etc. Based on the characteristics of the specific laptop / desktop a process is run called "Do / don't. After entering the recovery SDRD, the Notebook media boots to Recovery Manager. The first step is a raw copy of all the contents of the disc on a temporary partition. Following the Do / do not process looks at the characteristics of this specific unit and remove all other drivers and applications not used by this device. Drivers and the only successful applications are the features supported. And then, the new operating system and recovery partition is created. The PC end recovery of cleaning process and restart the laptop / desktop. And, Yes, you guessed it, if you create the user created a recovery media, you only have the drivers for HW devices and applications of HP on the PC at the time.
So, that being said, what could be the cause/solution?
Hard drives can be different enough so that a different driver (not the UCRDs) is necessary for the newly installed HW.
The SSRDs are supported on the new HARD drive installed?
I don't know, I have an office boy, and I have not tried on this model of laptop.
If you have / acquire SSRDs, I recover the laptop with the new installed HARD drive and see if it works. It may or may not. I don't know what drives were qualified for this laptop.
If this does not work, the last option is cloning via USB connection (old HARD drive in the PC, new HARD drive connected to a USB 3 via the SATA Adapter (dongle) USB port, install or download software cloning and cloning the old HDD to the new.) I just did this on the two older Windows 7 computers laptops using a SanDisk Ultra kit. He has worked on both units.
Conclusion:
I don't think that the problem is caused from a HARD drive of 1 to a 320 GB HARD drive, as it meets the minimum specs for a complete installation. I think the problem is related to the use of UCRDs to retrieve and the UCRDs do not have the HARD driver/firmware/application disc.
But then again, I know.
I am an employee of HP...

How do you change the configuration of the drive in the bios with the master and slave?
When I bought my Dell Dimension 8300 several years ago, I had installed a DVD player and a CD + RW drive and a floppy drive installed in the system. Very early the system crashed and the OS discs had to be reinstalled. The Tech is frustrated and accompanied me by changing the master/slave in the bios. My DVD player is now the master and my CD + RW is now slave. My cd burner and DVD player play, but they do not burn or import music. I was wondering if the fact of change that might help the problem with the stopping cd burner just in the middle of a burn error 4450 or ((0X00001162).) Thanks for your help.
Hello
If you are referring to the sequence of boot Yes the bios is where you want to change it see this url http://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/change-boot-order-xp-vista/ ... . If you are referring to master vs. slave then that is something else see this url http://www.scribd.com/doc/96827/Master-Slave-Configuration access http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/283658 Device Manager and check for the x red or yellow?
itunes error code points? is this correct
I do not think that it will make a difference to change the devices around, but there's enough information here to know what to do....
I don't think that changing the order of stertup is going to fix this problem, but again once there is info here to address this issue...
I would however check the device mgr if there are brands so you can set from the Device Manager and there is news for this
I think that your problems stem from itunes, if that's the case, it would be best to see if this is the case, however, if the case is you are using windows media player let us know if this post can help solve your problem, please click the mark as answer check on this page THANKS AND GOOD LUCK
