  Type your keywords (ie: Fax or answering phone, or...?) in the search box and press the search button. The results under the tabs of hardware and software. Click learn more for an item and it will display information such as the availability in the 32-bit or 64-bit, etc..

  To start saving your Conversations in Windows Live Messenger

  1. connect to your window Live Messenger and click on 'Tools' or click on your display name.

  2. scroll down to "Options", a window should appear. When he does very well and click on "Messages".

• Take off the locking of the keyboard during a telephone conversation.

  My default Treo Pro with putting lock during a telephone conversation, which is usually a good idea, but there are times that I would like to unlock it so I can turn on the speaker, or put notes. Is it possible to do during a call, on a situation from time to time? I was not able to find the solution in the User Guide.

  Keypad lock does not come on during a call to phone so I guess you're talking about the touch screen portion disable under settings keypad lock.

  Now you can't really change that on a per-call basis unless you do it before actually getting the call.

  On a second note, you can still navigate around the device with the pentadirectionnel navigation button, just highlight the speaker on and you press the logo palm (middle button) and you will choose.

  The screen touch disable is only present while in the application phone. In turn, you can press the windows key and select today, then your touchscreen is reactivated and you can start to use again until you go back into the phone application.

  I connect the recorder to the pc and I can view and play the recorded debate, however, I want to save the discussion recorded on my pc. When I disconnect the recorder, data are not on my pc. Ther must be a switch that allows me to save the discussion on my pc.

• Recording of calls

  Is there an app that anyone knows of that will allow you to record a telephone conversation? I had a pretty bad customer service with a particular company and want to start the recording of the conversation to be able to send to the branch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I tried to record a call and it seems to be more difficult than I imagined.  I figured out who to record audio, but apparently only to save it from the microphone, it seems not to take account of the telephone conversation.  I guess it could be a different data source.  Am I missing something simple?

  D just thought I post on my experience that someone else in the same situation can be found peacefully.

  Purchased a Qosmio x 300 13w, beautiful machine. In the box was a flyer on a free update of the standard warranty (collect and return service). He ordered me to go to a site to register, but that the site had no reference to this free update. Also the uprising, I bought took the form of a booklet. That it contains, he says that it applies only to professional users. I'm not a business user.

  So I called Toshiba place... thankfully the Lady I spoke to was very helpful.

  His explanations were as follows:

  -Standard warranty now in the United Kingdom includes the free update for Pick-up and return
  -The uprising to the United Kingdom applies to all clients not only professional users. The documentation was old

  Unfortunately, she could not provide this in writing. However, I have records of the telephone conversation.

  Called the next day return and they recorded by phone. Received an email confirming registration of the standard warranty, but nothing to confirm the uprising. Services to the customer called again, but this time not as much help... they were able to confirm the registration was successful and rather refered me to technical support. I called technical support 04:50 and received a message saying lines were closed and call back during normal office hours. The message said not however what were his regular hours; I thought it was 9 to 5.

  In any case, today I went to the site and tried to record the uprising. The site on the booklet was an old site is no longer in use. So google the correct site. He scored but still no confirmation even if they took down my e-mail address.

  Personally, I'm not so happy with the experience so far, after paying £2 k for a laptop I'd expect a much more professional service. Send me documentation with incorrect details and not be able to offer anything in writing seem unprofessional. Fortunately, I kept records of calls as confirmation and advise anyone else who can keep records of calls to do to be on the safe side.

  Recording of telephone conversations is illegal in many places, especially without the knowledge and consent of the person on the other end of the conversation.

• What is the difference between folders: ' all ' and 'Photos' - it's just to start!

  Following a major problem with iPhoto and several telephone conversations with Apple, they have updated my OS to OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 which of course includes Photos.  Considering that it took a few minutes to import, for example, 400 photos from a trip to New Zealand, it now takes 40 minutes to import and sort then maybe a dozen. I seem to end up with copies in records last import, all pictures and Photos.  Also following the upgrade, all my previously deleted photos "reappear" so I got over 18 000 instead of the expected 12-13, 00.  It took hours to sort - and still sorting...

  First question: what is the difference between all the Photos (posted at random), Photos (posted by year/day)?

  Second: Photos sitting in the last import files - where do they go once they have been placed in my Albums?

  1. they are not records - photos exactly as the iPhoto files hold not photos - they have other folders or albums

  2 - both are standard SystemTop - photo albums, photo exhibition which is not hidden in a sort of photo date (years/collections/moments) and all photos shows all pictures sorted by date of adding Photos

  3 - the last import also isn't a folder - it's a special album that shows the latest photos imported - they will not anywhere – when you import again the importation of latest news is shown

  4. don't 'put' Photos in albums and they don't go anywhere that you never move anything in Photos (or iPhoto) - all photos are still in the library and view you through different methods, including albums (used for the Organization), all pictures, Photos and possibly other SystemTop albums

• A6000 - anyone with a load of a6000, communication, customer service issue?

  My a6000 bought late in October 2015. There are a few bodies around and several batteries so the port micro-USB or cord used maybe 3 or 4 times. The kit was removed for the second time since my purchase when planning for a period of time. A small software update was in order. The unit would not connect to what anyone, nor make light for the load of come on.

  It was decided that I would contact the support of text that I couldn't use the phone. They were unable to process my application for a new cord of text / live chat. Am online somewhere else for telephone conversations with support to acquire a micro usb cable. My mind began to stir as if all goes well, we could imagine.

  During the convesation with telephone support I clearly state, that the question does not need to support the problem is isolated as I have several Sony products. Please, just send a micro USB cord the cord has been used only a few times and none no longer works. Then I heard, "which is not covered by the warranty." This is the case. (Laugh while wondering where a missing Sony since I bought my first Walkman) Everything in the kit is covered (the fact is in black and white) as time passes and then told me to prove when I bought the camera. My immediate exclamation has been that it has been made a month before I bought it (keep in mind this salesperson already knows my family name and that the product is registered and where it was purchased)

  Now here we have that I am connected to a database of the conversation disappointed by Sony. I am told that I will get my cord once they get a copy of the invoice. (the product is Sony - the serial number must be placed on the record of the manufacturing date) I can't wait to see how, "send me yours and I'll send you my own experience will.»

• Windows Update has messed up my computer...?

  I was going to restart my computer and saw the update windows... so I decided to update my computer so... When windows has finished updating and reloading... He would work for the first minute or so it would freeze... Freeze not literally... but nothing will work and I can still move the mouse but the mouse icon would be stuck in this symbol of loading... (the little blue circle)

  At the beginning I thought I would just let it finish loading all that computers in train load... but 30 minutes later, its still stuck on loading... I did a hard reboot, and the same thing would happen... 30 seconds - 1 minute to load windows it would freeze just about anything under its weight...

  So I thought the windows update screwed up my computer... I loaded in safe mode and tried to do a system restore, only to discover that my computer system restore has been disabled! ??? ... so now I have no idea what to do... someone please help me I have a lot of work to do... Thanks in advance

  Update on the situation:

  I've posted on several technical forums and 2 of them have been asked to go into SafeMode Add/Remove programs and uninstall then windows updates...

  The problem with that is that my computer does not record the fact that he just installed an update... It is said that the update performed on the computer has been on the 17th of September... the date today here is Sept. 23...

  I uninstalled the 2 updates from 17 without prevail... the problem persists... I load windows in normal mode... and 30 sec-1 min later it freezes just on loading things...

  Should I just keep uninstalling windows updates until the problem is solved?

• BlackBerry Smartphones Orange PAYG big problems
