Other issues of activation after 2 years?

Hello, I really hope that a representative Windows sees this because at this point I'm so sick of your services, I'm about two seconds away from snapping. First of all, let me start by saying I have experienced this problem before. 2 years ago my legitimate copy of Windows 7 Professional 64 bit was no longer valid. After a few difficult nights access online to my PC (the thing where they take over the PC using remote access) and 10 hours on the phone with 'Winston Modi S' they decide to say that my very valuable time, expensive copy of Windows 7 became illegitimate randomly and I have to buy a new copy. At least they were kind enough to give me a discount of a set $20.00 USD to make cost 129.99 or something like that for a new copy. After seeing the first copy, they sent had a bad disk in it. I finally was able to use my computer again once more. Two years later, my now another legitimate copy of Windows 7 has ceased to exist and asks me to reactivate it! After moving twice now, I can't find my CD and my incident reports are no longer valid to bring this issue to light. I call someone to help me because there still, I so high enough and frustrated as I honestly want to kill someone in this. I still all e-mails that have been sent between me and the team of technical support, more I'm of course a credit card statement that I bought it.     It's especially aggravating being I am a retired senior of 72 year and only use it occasionally for some volunteer work I do, I am very familiar with how it works and it does everything I need to do I have no need, or desire, to subscribe and pay $240 per year for some fancy programs complex, confused I would hardly use.  I not had problems with my InDesign CS5.5 never same software after upgrade my PC to Windows 10 until this annoying message popped up.

    HELP Please: the simplest solution would be to get a serial number I can enter which will be recognized by my InDesign CS5.5 software when it starts, because it does not recognize the serial number of PageMaker 6.5 that worked when I loaded it originally more than 4 years ago.  Unfortunately I can't find any source where I can buy an older version of InDesign CS5.0

    I have check the InDesign CS5.5 upgrade serial number, ending with 5489, and it is still valid and available additional activations.  Once you are caught by the process of unlocking you must face no difficulty activation InDesign.

    To test a possible cable fault, remove the HARD drive, plug it into the MBP via USB and start the MBP with the OPTION key down.  The HARD drive icon should appear, click on it.  If it works normally, then that is an indicator that the SATA cable is defective or has a bad connection.
