  1. Rich Media Annotations display depends on the rendering software; many browsers have their own PDF tools (Firefox, Chrome, etc.) who have no support for RMA and Flash, so a rendering of your file is ultimately at the mercy of know if your consumers will install Adobe Reader, and if their browser took over the display file format PDF. You cannot influence that, nor can you realistically even detect.
  2. Make a PDF file (or other) shows a prompt to download/record rather than be displayed online is done by sending the extra HTTP headers (setting a Content-Disposition entry). This requires changes to the Web server, either with a direct configuration from the server (via a .htaccess file) or by providing the PDF through a program of wrapper in PHP, ASP etc., which adds the additional headers. Nothing on the file itself will change how it is served.

  We have a Poweredge R720 running a pay version of ESXi 5.5. I have installed Dell Openmanage Server Admin (which is provided by Dell) on the ESXi host with:

  I also installed Dell Openmanage Server admin on my server administration, so I can manage the ESXi host.

  The administration server is a PowerEdge r.620 running Windows Server 2012. There vCenter Essentials 5, more.

  When I try to connect to Dell Openmanage on my Management Server ESXi host, it says "Verify the credentials" after I submit the ip address ESXi host and user/pass. After some time it times out with 'the connection... failed connection timeout.
  The server where I am trying to connect is not protected by a firewall, the management server and ESXi host are on the same switch and have connectivity network; I can ping and ssh in the ESXi server host.

  After several attempts, I even added to the management host firewall settings, but who have done nothing either.

• IPCC Express, option for the appellants out of the queue and leave a message.

  We are running 4.0 (5) IPCC Express improved. I need to configure our current ICD script so that when the appellants are held in the queue, they can press 0, out of the queue and leave a voice message. The ICD script we use is an exact copy of the script icd.aef by default on the system, it has just been copied and renamed. My question is, what are the steps I need to use the script to enable this feature?

  Two options. Option 1: Use the IPCC completely to save messages and manage messages as you seem to did so. Option 2: Transfer the caller to your voicemail number pilot and use your voice mail system to record the message.

  Steps to Option 1:

  1 early on in the script, use the step to read the Contact information call to capture the called number and save it as a variable.

  2. use the step to get a string to allow the caller to press 0 to leave a message. On the Filter tab, allow only the key 0 be hurry.

  3. in the leg successful step to get a string of digits, add the following steps.

  a. contact Dequeue step.

  b. reading quick step that contains a prompt that asks the caller to record a message after the tone.

  c. step recording, which records the message saved in a Variable of type "Invite".

  I have this HUGE warning. I had several problems with what I've been able to overcome, but it requires a bit of diligence.

  -L' registration step requires a termination character (# or *). If the caller hangs just straight up, the script returns an exception and drop dead. You can manage the 'contactinactiveexception' using a step on the Exception and have it go to a label that you can put it as the first step under the leg successful registration step. In this way, if the user hangs up, the script handles the exception by going directly to the successful step. You can clear the exception just after that.

  -You will also want to handle this exception before Terminate step. If the caller hangs up and you try to put an end to this contact when he is no longer active, the script will always die, and the remaining steps will not run.

  We use the option to place a call in the queue. In itself, this requires a lot of thinking to make sure that the script is not die when an exception occurs. I ended up putting some exceptions in place where if there is a problem and that the recorded message never makes it to an agent, a log file is stored on the server as well as messages stored in a .wav file. Then, an email is sent to the contractor with these attachments also.

  Thus, it is as effective as make you it. Try to keep things simple at first, and then build on that to improve the experience of the appellants.

  Steps for Option 2:

  b. call no redirection to the number voicemail pilot.

  I have not used this option, so I can't say with certainty how Callmanager will handle this call. The voicemail system will need to see the call as transmitted from a number that has a voice mail on the system account. If this does not work, you can use a dummy CTI Port with a fake extension that is configured to transfer to voicemail, then the voicemail box must be associated with the wrong extension. If you use Cisco Unity, you will also be able to use a routing rule to force the IPCC calls to a particular mailbox. Call the Viewer from the unity tools depot allows you to see the way in which the appeal is made to the unit.

  I hope that helps you and that it is not too verbose.

  I have an Acer Espire Vista 32bits. Connect to a Panasonic TC L32x30 HD TV. The TV has a 'PC' marked port that matches one VGA cable. I have the VGA end of the cable is connected to the TV. The other end is connected to the PC Tower via a DVI adapter to the port where was my monitor.
  TV output is set to "PC". I turned on my PC, the Acer (Bios) screen came. He then shows the block scroll bar. Just as Windows is about to light up, cutting signal. I never get to see my office. A message appears on the screen saying "no signal - check the connections and the external device is turned on."
  I had posted before saying that I had problems ranging from VGA to VGA. That's why I bought the DVI adapter to try another solution.

  If you look in the css file over to the figcaption css selector you will see:

  figcaption {}

  do-size: 14px;

  }

  As I don't use DW css Panel, I can't tell you how to do that through that, BUT doing it manually just open the file main.css figcaption roller and the type it as shown above.

• Refresh wiped out all the bookmark and browser settings

  Firefox suggested I do a Refresh to speed up the browser etc. I did it and everything has been wiped out. Firefox logo appears in the start bar but when I click on it see no firefox browser, totally empty tabs.   When you reset Firefox and a new profile is created and some personal data (bookmarks, history, cookies, passwords, data form) are automatically imported and the current profile folder will be moved on the desktop to a folder "Old data Firefox".
  Installed extensions and other customizations (toolbars, Pref.) that you have made are lost and must be redone.

  It is possible to retrieve the data from the old profile, but be careful not to copy the files corrupted to avoid transporting more problems.

  Mine are greyed out until they can do something. So they're all gray until I have started typing, pasting is grayed if there is nothing on the Clipboard and copy / cut are gray until I have select something.

• Windows jump out of the screen and an external monitor

  I have an external monitor connected to my MacBook Air.  When I turn off the external monitor (MacBook cover is already closed at that time) and return hours later to turn on the monitor, I find most of my windows have been dispersed (jumped) off the screen.  It occurs on multiple applications: terminal, iMail, browser Chrome, Preview, etc...  I usually find the window peeking out of the side of the screen - a small shard of window - and I have to drag it to the center of the screen.  I have to do for almost all windows (again not all windows to do this).  Its very annoying.  Any ideas on what is the cause?

  I am running v10.11.1 El Capitan (B 15, 42) on MacBook Air (13 inch, mid 2013).  External monitor is Dell.

  I forgot to mention.  It happens all of a sudden... eventually after the upgrade to El Capitan?  (but I am not sure).

  If one of the system icons is out, you can reactivate the as follows:

  Right-click on the taskbar and select Properties. This will bring up the tab "properties of menu taskbar and start. It's where you mentioned, it is gray. It is very well...  From there, you can click on Customize button in the icon section. Look for the icon that you are missing, and check the status. The type of report should read "Hide icon and notifications", change that to "Show icon and notifications".
