Is it possible to sort incoming and outgoing messages on the subject?

1 IMAP is that by default, POP does not at all.

2. right click on a message, and then select "Display in the conversation."

    Fix. Blue messages are sent through iMessage to Apple network. Him have counted as SMS by your carrier. Green bubbles are sent on your company network.

  • Outlook express 6 rebounds all incoming and outgoing messages on Wndows xp.

    I posted this question earlier, but apparently to the wrong forum.  I deleted all the messages in my nbox, sent items, deleted projects... All incoming and outgoing messages are bounced back indicating that the bytes are at their limit.  I don't know if the messages are stored on my server or not.  Don't know how to check.

    Is there a solution for this?

    In addition to the other suggestions, try to go to the file. Identities and setup a new identity.  Add your e-mail account to this identity and see if it will download messages and delete what is on the server.  The files can be corrupted in the old identity and may not delete messages from the server.  You can also contact your provider and e-mail them to check on errors.

  • Large outgoing message stuck in Outlook Express 6.

    I tried to send a message out with too many photos.  It is now stuck and I can't do anything.  I tried 'work offline' and restart Outlook.
    but still cannot delete the outgoing message.  It freezes just straight up.

    Thanks for any help you can provide!

    If you can always remove it after going to file | Work off connection, then close OE and delete the file (hidden) outbox.dbx and OE will create a new one when you open it again.

  • Cannot attach files to outgoing messages hotmail or yahoo mail in Windows 7

    I have two new laptops running Windows 7. The system configuration is very similar between them. One of them has no difficulty to attach files even large photo for outgoing messages from webmail. On the other computer, not even small attachments can be uploaded and attached to the email. I checked everywhere I can think of to look at, including the rotation of the firewall on the computer, but nothing helped. Any ideas what is blocking outgoing attachment post and hot to fix it? Download of entrants on the web by e-mail ancillary works very well. TIA.

    McAfee and Norton antivirus programs both tend to interfere with the mail. I suggest you to uninstall your antivirus and replace with a free antivirus that is compatible 100%:

  • After upgrade to 38.3 cannot send outgoing messages

    I made a mistake and accidentally updated to Thunderbird 38.3 on my MacBook El Captain running. Now, when I try to send emails from Thunderbird, I get a could not connect to the server leaving a message of unknown reason. All the outgoing server settings are correct, evidenced by our it staff of the University. Is exactly the same thing on my PC before and no help from anyone was never able to remedy. I can open, connect and download messages very well. I just ache to send messages and the connection to the outgoing server. It started with TB worm. 38.2 on my PC and now 38.3 on my Mac. Very irritating. Had to switch to Outlook as my email on my PC client and now will have to find a new client for my Mac. Older versions of Thunderbird always worked fine. I do not know what so new and improved who have them do that with our company Exchange system, but we all must abandon Thunderbird now. Does anyone else have this problem? Any thoughts on how to fix? I posted this problem before, but none of the suggestions have been on this problem or helped.

  • Can I create a message for my outgoing messages filter?

    I'm working on a big project with many people. I created a mail filter to send all my incoming emails project in a designated folder. There are a lot of emailing every day, and it would be a help I could get my messages OUTGOING filtered directly in the folder of project instead of having to do it manually.

    Thanks to all who can help. (Including telling me 'no'!)

    I suppose you have a filter option to "apply after sending to.
    I also use an add-on to FiltaQuilla that gives me more than several ways to filter.

    Otherwise, send a bcc to yourself that your previous filter will take care of

  • create the return address by default for outgoing messages

    Help, please!  I need to create a return for all my outgoing mail address... Windows Mail, Vista, Office 2007

    calwillno1,
    Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers community forum.

    What exactly do you mean by default return address?  If you are referring to your default e-mail address, there is an option as well Windows Mail and Outlook to set one of your default email addresses, if you have more than one.
    Where to set this option differs in Windows Mail and Outlook, but both would be under Tools accounts and settings or properties.
    In most cases, when you reply to an e-mail message, it will use the message was sent to the address.

    I hope this helps.

  • Deletion of an outgoing message

    I tried to send a message through Windows Mail with an attachment scalier. I am notified after at least 30 minutes of watching the slide bar that the file is too large, but EVERY time I got close and launch Mail he is trying to send the same message! It will not retrieve incoming messages until it has finished trying to send the scalier message that I can't remove. How frustrating! I would appreciate any advice on how to remove the outgoing e-mail (2). They don't show in my project or outgoing files, they show only when I opened the Mail, then mail is out of service until it finishes trying to send the message... Help, please!

  • When I send a mail it remains in the outgoing message, while in fact it will have been delivered without my knowledge

    When I send an e-mail message, I noticed that he stayed in my "Outbox". But in reality it would have been delivered. While I try to send it again it will be delivered without my knowledge, and the recipient will be received in several numbers.

    You left out the important part. What type of program you use for mail?

    If it's Outlook Express, you have a dbx file corruption. Create a new Outbox and sent items folder.

    Follow these steps for the Outbox and sent items after you move the messages you want to save to a local folder that you create.

    Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

    In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

    With OE closed, find the Outbox.dbx and Sent Items.dbx file and remove them. New files will be created automatically when you open OE.

    To avoid this in the future:

    Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

    Information on the maximum size of the .dbx files that are used by Outlook Express:
    http://support.Microsoft.com/?kbid=903095

    After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

    Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

    Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the processors and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:

  • Concatination parts SMS for outgoing messages

    Hi all

    Is there a rule how to determine if the message sent to notifyOutgoingMessage is a simple text or it is a part of the multipart message?

    AFAIK, if the message sent to notifyOutgoingMessage is a part of the multipart message, then the message will be held as follows: [header UDH] + text, where UDH headr will take place as follows:

    first octet: UDHL 05: the next 5 bytes are UDH (header)
    second byte: 00 message concatenated using 8-bit numbering
    third octet: 03 length of information (track 3 bytes)
    Fourth octet: 01 concatenated message number 1
    fifth byte: 03 parts count - there are 3 parts in this message
    Sixth byte: 01 this is the #3 part

    I have after thet UDH length is always 5 on blackberry, so then I just compare first byte with handle and '5' message in the framework or I can't?

    According to the specification GSM SMS, the following checklist should work:

    Payload string = message.getPayloadText ();
    If ((charge utile! = null) &)

    (payload.length () > 5) &.

    (payload.charAt (0) == 0 x 5) &.

    (payload.charAt (1) == 0x0) &.

    (payload.charAt (2) == 0 x 3)) {
    the message contains the header UDH concatenated messages

    ...

    }

  • BlackBerry smartphones purge Outgoing Messages

    Hello. I did a stupid thing and tried to me e-mail a bunch of pictures that I took on the Balckberry. It has now been completely bogged down and "transformational" for more than an hour down from my Blackberry. How can I delete these messages from Pocket PC running so slowly that I can't even e-mail section to remove? Any suggestions?

    You're not this is fast enough after the reboot, I guess.

    If you could scroll to connection management and turn off the wireless, which could stem the flow of data and allow you to delete messages.

    or in the Options > mobile networks.

    Furthermore, according to your signal, I lived about 3.5 MB of data sent over an EDGE connection can take about 30 minutes... depending on what you send, just set aside the BB and come back in a while

    Good luck.

  • Box of blackBerry Smartphones Microsoft Outlook full of RIM outgoing messages?

    Is this normal? My Outlook 2007 to Microsoft (OUTBOX) is constantly full of 400 messages of RIM more every day. And when I try to send a mail, I never have no idea if they cross or not because my Outbox is full of messages from RIM 400 or more? Is - this slow down my server Outlook? How can I stop this?

    Reason: You have installed Desktop Manager by using the option "Desktop Redirector".

    Step 1: If you are not using redirector, you must uninstall Desktop Manager, and then reinstall it using the BlackBerry Internet Service option.

    Step 2: On your device, go to: Options > Advanced > maintenance book and remove any service books for [office]
