  My company, so I work is a company of XP with a mix of desktop computers 03 and 07 2010. We have recently been affected by a problem this week where if an employee with Outlook 2007 and Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard views a pdf from our site ftp from Internet Explorer, click on the email button on the Adobe IE extension to send the PDF as an attachment, and then when he tries to send the e-mail, it will bring up the 'the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart outlook"error. This happened more than 15 people in my company this week. All of these employees have in common is that they are running Office 2007 and Adobe Acrobat 9. I tested with Outlook 2010 and was able to send the attachment fine. I also noticed that if you save the pdf file open on your computer such as your office and then attach it as an attachment he send fine e-mail. I looked online and everyone says that this error has to do with a .pst file. I even tried to recreate the PST on one computer of people and has no good. The only thing that changed this week is that we use Cerberus to our ftp server and we have improved this week in the latest version, but I'm having a hard time to see that as the guilty seeing that employees have access to view the pdf file, they should have access to email. I tried to reinstall both Office 2007 and Acrobat 9, thinking that maybe an update of one of the programs was the issue, but that has not changed the error either. I posted this on the Microsoft forums think as well it is a certain type of problem of compatibility between the two, but these computers have worked at least one year like this and it is just now becoming a problem. If anyone has any suggestions, I would gladly hear their. I'm running out of ideas of what could be the cause. Thank you for your help.

  I thought about it. It ended up being our Kaspersky Anti virsus Outlook Add-in has been the cause of the error. Once I have disable the add-in, it put electronic pdf via adobe well.

  There must be a fundamental incompatibility between Win 7 and Outlook 2007. It would be nice if Microsoft looked into this right away and immediately corrects before we start trashing Win 7.

  I ve checked the Toshiba download page, and as I can see, your laptop model is not supported for Win7 64 bit. It is supported for 32-bit only. So please can you us the drivers you are using for 64 bit OS?

• World of Warcraft Cata and win7 64 bit, running on a laptop

  I have a HP laptop dv7 running WoW on win7 64-bit AMD Turion M600 ATi Radeon HD4200 graphics processor.

  At random times, usually 5 to 15 minutes, the computer phone frezzes going bright blue screen with bands or lanvader with stripes screen.

  All the drivers are up to date, BIOS, network, graphics, sound, everything is far from today. Windows is far from today, as well.

  At first, I thought a heat problem but CPUID hardware monitor shows about 160 degrees max. This does not mean its not doping just before a crash. I also play EQII and ORS. It dose not accident or the other of these two other games play.

  Blizzard has not found something wrong in my reports DxDiag and msinfo and WoW does not have time to make an error log.

  Please help if you can, it makes me mental...

  first of all, you have to solve the blue screen error message:

  To view the event logs errors

  You must be logged on as administrator to perform these steps.

  1. Open event viewer by clicking on the button start , clicking Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, clickingAdministrative tools and then double-click Event Viewer. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  2. In the left pane, double-click Applications and Services logs, navigate to the specific program that had an error and then review the events error for this program.

  3. Double-click an event to view a description and to find links to additional information.

  For me, it turns out that the solution was to wait for Microsoft to come out with a fix.

  Solution: Suffer and wait for Microsoft to finally release an update that works.

  Also, be aware that there are several add-ins that conflict with Outlook 2007.

  Take a look at tools > Trust Center > Add-ins Google any other than Microsoft points to see if there is a problem

  As a help to those of you who have experienced the total frustration of sync Outlook 2007 tries to date with your BB - I was able to understand what was going on with mine, and maybe this will help others:

  I found that appointments which not WERE DO NOT sync were those who were on my shared - calendar that could have thunk? I don't put them on the shared calendar-, but they were there and they do not synchronize.

  Once I moved them to my personal calendar, they sync up perfectly.

  Previously, I had a Dell Pocket PC and used Microsoft's ActiveSync through an abridged version Outlook. I bought a storm through Verizon and tried to sync Outlook with the storm. Which included the restart of the storm. They have abandoned and referred me to Blackberry.

  I have since removed the Outlook 2002 including all .pst files hidden that I could find. I installed Microsoft Office 2007 and started again. Same problem, same error!

  I don't think there is a problem with the BB Desktop Manager configuration. Between Verizon and I have, it seems, that attempted to apply the possibilities.

  I would be very grateful for any suggestions. I'm out of ideas.

• Portege R600 and Win7 (32 bit): driver WLAN is missing from the site

  I will install windows 7 on my R600, I am currently downloading the drivers on the Web page. However, on http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/?page=downloads there is no driver for my Intel PRO/Wireless card.

  Should what drivers I use? The 32 bits of vista are probably the closest?

  Just use driver for Win7 32 bit. This is the version 13.0.0.107.1

  It's no wonder that this won't work because the libraries are not compatible. You must have matching runtimes.

  And if you launch it from browser and browser must be 64-bit to run 64-bit Java.
  Many 64-bit platforms still have 32 bits used by default browsers.

  Unfortunately Toshiba isn't supporting this version of the OS, because pilots proposed must be taken on different products that use the same hardware.

  Is anyone know wether Toshiba will start sharing the drivers for Vista 64 bit soon and whats on Win7?

  Normally it comes out drivers * after the release of the operating system. This means you have to wait a few months more I think
  But you think contacting Toshiba? Guys, you should know better than us users here. If you write an email or call, it takes only a few minutes!

  In addition, you should try the Vista 64 bit drivers. Most of them also works under Windows 7.
  And it s worth a try! ;)
