  Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and move the messages you want to record off deleted items, and sent items. Locate the OE message store and then close OE.

  I have a curve 8310 with 4.5 installed.

  I have 3 email accounts with my gmail as default on outlook 2007. After I upgraded to 4.5 and the desktop software I found that I couldn't sync my BB and I had to change my default email on ADVANCED OPTIONS | SERVICES for other DEFAULT e-mail account.

  Question is what people do with multiple messages? Appointments are created via my email companies and then synchronized to my online calendar using google.

  A few appontments an account with gmail or company does not appear on my BB or outlook 2007.

  Does anyone have an idea?

  You can see the calendars associated with email addresses. You will also see a calendar

  You compact your folders after all the deletions? Otherwise you've done nothing but mark messages for deletion and hide. Compaction removes messages and free disk space.

• Outlook 2007 password "Grayed" POP3 box

  I'm trying to set up my Outlook 2007 installation to retrieve mail from my POP3 account.  On the "Change E-mail account" window I am unable to enter the POP3 password due to the area being inaccessible.

  A couple of notes:
  1. Windows XP SP3.
  2. I have the correct information for the account.
  3. the machine user account that I am connected machine is in the Group admininstrators.
  4. when I send/receive I get invited to my password (obviously).
  5. can I access the password field by going to 'Setup\Send\Receive\Edit\Account of Tools\Options\Mail properties'.  This will work, but only for the current Outlook session.  When I restart I'm back to not having a password stored.
  6. when I go into Outlook in Mode safe, I can access the password field on the window 'change E-mail account '.

  I had the same problem, I managed to solve it by changing the following value DWORD "EnableRememberPwd" value between 0 and 1 under the registry key:

  This can happen absolutely not.  I do it.

  Before you do anything, make a copy of your default PST.  Nothing of what I describe should affect your data somehow, but you can't be too sure.

  You don't have to worry about IMAP accounts.  IMAP accounts always have their own sets of folder, but given that the data are kept on the server, two prospects will see the same data.  In order to see your default folders, then Outlook closed (on a partition), move the PST file to a folder that can see the two partitions.  I have two partitions (XP and 7 on the other) on my main drive and I put my PST in a folder on a second disc.  After you move the PST file, start Outlook.  He will complain that it cannot see its records and give you a file browser window.  Navigate to the new location of your default PST, select it and click OK.  Outlook open and look exactly as it did before.

  Close Outlook and start the other partition.  Open the mail applet in the control panel (you may need to enable the 32-bit Control Panel), click the data files button, click Add and browse to the shared PST file.  Select it and click OK.  Now, click on set as default to make the place of delivery.  This will make the default folders (calendar, Contacts, Inbox, etc.) Similarly to the second partition.  Close the control panel and starting Microsoft Outlook.  You should see exactly what you saw on the other partition.

  You will also see the old PST, if you have one configured and you can move all data you want form saved the old default files in the new default folders by opening each folder, by selecting all the data with Ctrl + A and moving the selection.  (You can use copy instead if you want to have the original PST as a partial backup.)  For the calendar, you must select a table as per prior category view works Ctrl + A.   You realize that Thunderbird is software running on your PC and no one but you can change anything about it don't you. If I can offer any information about the link parameter or unused accounts.
