    glenkelly,

If you are just wanting to get rid of the annoying popup, try the following steps:

    -Click on the Start button
    -Click on run...
-In the "Run" dialog box... ", type: msconfig
-It will jump to the top of the window "System Configuration"
-In the window "System Configuration", select the tab "start".
-In the first column (startup item), Ahmed to the bottom of the list and search for "Hphmon06.exe."
    -(Ex: «Startup Item»---«Hphmon06»)
-If you are unable to locate this name, expand the column "order."
-In respect of the 'Command' column, scroll down and look for the path 'Hphmon06.exe '.
    -(Ex: «Command»---«C:\Program Files\Fichiers Files\HP\hphmon06.exe»)
-Uncheck the question to the left of the box, and then click 'OK '.
-More than likely, a box will appear asking if you want to "Reboot now" or "restart later".
-Click "Restart now" and see if the popup box boring will disappear when you connect!

  • Tecra M9 - TPSMain.exe cannot start because CpePerf.dll was not found

    Hi and help,

searched the Web and found other discussions of the forum with similar questions.
Tried all suggestions, nothing worked. I'm not very good on the computer but you can find my way. In any case...

After connection messge pop messages - up in succession, similar to: TPSMain.exe cannot start because CpePerf.dll was not found then: TPSoddctl.exe cannot start because CpuPerf.dll not found

Computer works very well but Power Saver start is not automatic and can't select it from the Panel... "" Toshiba power saver does not work. "
so select the power options... "could not start because the CpuPerf.dll is not running.
Did all the research on the net and followed all the tips... i.e. unistall saving in safe mode, uninstall toshiba common utility can uninstall fatal error 0x7e

Then download Ccleaner, inspections, uninstall with Ccleaner same fatal error.
In support of Toshiba and tried to install Power Saver... same problem will not install.

    Hello

I think you can solve this problem, recover the laptop.
But that would mean that the whole HARD disk should be formatted and would be installed everything again, I put t know if this is an option for you

It turns out that something will not with the Toshiba Power Saver installed and, consequently, the popup message.
Usually new installation of GST should help. But it was not and I m wondering why

Maybe this is s question really an OS since system restore help (to the previous state) didn t

He s strange question right now I can suggest only a new recovery

  • Error: mmc.exe - Unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because apphelp.dll was not found.

Original title: this application has failed to start because apphelp.dll was not found.

A window titled "mmc.exe - Unable to locate component" in the title bar, which includes the message:

"This application has failed to start because apphelp.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. »

that appears when you access many of the 'administration tools' in the start menu.  e.g. component, computer, event viewer Management Services, etc.

I'm afraid I accidentally deleted apphelp.dll when cleaning on other files.  I found copies of apphelp.dll in following two tracks.

    AppHelp.dll C:\WINDOWS\$NtServicePackUninstall$ 124KO Extension Application 09/08/2004

    AppHelp.dll C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 123KO Application Extension 04/13/2008

I tried Recuva, but he could not find the file.

How to re - install a such apphelp.dll suggested by the pop - up error message window?

    Thank you

I thought it would be something that began with "A".

For low overhead and free, think of Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE).

MSE and a regularly good scan with the definitions updates using MBAM and SAS (from post above) should keep you in good shape according to your Internet habits.

I use a vista laptop (32-bit OS) window when I log in, these messages, "the application has failed to start because Qtcore4.dll not found."  And so Daemonprocess.exe has a stop. Hope u could help me solve this problem. Thank you.

Goh Hey! I had the same problem.  It is caused by moboengine software.  This has happened with me after you have uninstalled it.

Navigate to C:\program files (x 86) \moboengine and remove this directory, make sure that you have killed the daemonprocess.exe execution program in your first task manager ;)

  • "This application has failed to start because iertutil.dll was not found.

Whenever I try to open any application that is installed on my laptop, a message appears saying that "this application has failed to start because iertutil.dll was not found. He said little other than those.

This started after I tried to solve another problem on my laptop. Last night, I installed updates, before turning off my computer. This morning, my computer freezes completely after I turned it on. Finally, he stopped long enough to get a screen with the message of freezing "configuration of updates: stage 3 0f 3-0% complete, etc.» I tried to work around this problem by using a solution when searching online, I found the problem. The solution had me select 'repair your computer' when the laptop has been turned on. He had me open a command prompt and rename a file called pending.xml. Thereafter, I could connect fine, but then the problem iertutil.ll is born.

Almost everywhere I looked, I found only users of Windows XP with this problem and most of th proposed solutions require windows Explorer to work (which is between th many applications on my computer which is adamently refused to work). If you can help me, so I canassure you it will be greatly appreciated.

  • Creed Assassin's for PC 2 - has failed to start because d3dx9_42.dll was not found.

Just bought Assassins Creed 2 for PC, after installation, application could not start because d3dx9_42.dll was not found. This should have on the game disc or already on my computer. I am running windows vista and x 11 direct. Help, please!

Try this. found the site of anoter.

Resolution important note: not download the DLL d3dx9_42.dll individually from any "DLL download site. There are a number of excellent reasons that download dll of these sites is never a good idea.

Note: If you have already downloaded d3dx9_42.dll from one of these sites to download DLL, remove it from everywhere where put you it and continue with the following steps.

    1. Restart your computer if you have not already done.

D3dx9_42.dll error could be a stroke of luck and a simple restart could clear up completely.

    2. Install the latest version of Microsoft DirectX. Chances are, the upgrade to the latest version of DirectX will fix the d3dx9_42.dll not found error.

Note: Microsoft frequently publishes updates of DirectX without updating the version number or letter, so don't forget to install the latest version even if your version is technically identical.

Note: The same installation of DirectX program works with all versions of Windows including Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and more. It will replace any missing file from DirectX 11, DirectX 9 or DirectX 10.

    3. Assuming that the latest version of Microsoft DirectX does not correct the d3dx9_42.dll error you receive, you are looking for a DirectX installer on your game or application DVD or CD. Usually, if a game or other program uses DirectX, software developers includes a copy of DirectX on the installation disc.

Sometimes, but not often, the DirectX version, included on the disc is a better fit for the program than the last version available online.

    4. Uninstall the game or software program and then reinstall it again. Something could have happened to the files in the program work with d3dx9_42.dll and a reinstall might do the trick.
    5. Restore the file since the last software package DirectX d3dx9_42.dll. If the troubleshooting steps above have not worked to resolve your d3dx9_42.dll error, try to extract the d3dx9_42.dll individually from the downloadable package of DirectX.
    6. Update the drivers for your video card. Is it is not the most common way, in certain situations, updating the drivers for the video card in your computer may correct this problem of DirectX.
