I have a problem and I don't know how to fix it.

I'll see what I can to help your problem of monitor. If it occurred after a Windows Update, we should probably test that. A system restore is the best way to do it. Select a restore point before the problem occurred and see if the problem goes away, for now: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-CA/windows7/products/features/system-restore
In addition, you can try a hard reset of the monitor. While it is powered, unplug the power cord from the monitor to turn it off, then disconnect all other cables. Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds. Then plug the power cord of the monitor in a direct wall outlet and turn it on. Connect the monitor to the computer and see if the problem has disappeared.
You could also reset to factory of the monitor (if applicable). While the monitor is turned on, press the button "menu". Search for a reset option and select it. The monitor will reset.
The other suggestion I have is to update the drivers for the monitor (if applicable). This could help to eliminate the things on the screen.
