  Right-click on or near one of the other headers and a pop-up will appear and you will be able to select the base to the display panel.

  Make sure the toolbars like the toolbar 'Navigation' and the 'personal bar' are visible.

  • Firefox menu button > Options

  • Right click on empty toolbar space

  Use the toolbar (Customize) to open the Customize and set the toolbar to display items.

  • Make sure the "bookmarks toolbar items" are on the personal bar
  • If "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the bookmarks toolbar, then FRY it in the palette of the toolbar in the window the bookmarks toolbar Customize
  • If the missing elements are in the toolbar palette then drag them from the window, customize the toolbar

  I found the solution.
  I was on the page:

  The only way forward from there was to select a menu "My order" item, which asked for a record ID.
  I rang MS and the guy went to the same web page and at the bottom was a continue"" button. Not on my browser then or since. He and I were using FireFox. (Yes a tech MS using FF!). He guided me to the registration site directly using the url:

  Once there, I could register for the upgrade. Once which was finished, I got one - wait that he - a "registration ID".

  1. In the box to start the search , click Start .

  2. Type msconfig and press ENTER.
     If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or provide confirmation.

  Click on the Startup tab

  If secure boot option ensure that you do not have checked (no options must be checked)

  If you, uncheck the box

  Click on apply (you can then restart windows or go to the next step)

  Open Acrobat

  Go in Edition > Preferences > language

  In the pane on the right language

  Click on the drop down to the language of the application

  Select the option choose to start the Application

  Click Ok and close the Acrobat

  Launch Acrobat and it will give you a prompt first select a language.

  You say you have lost the tab "tool"?

  If so, just right click on one of the other tabs and select "basic" in the context menu that appears.
