• When you print from Illustrator document is printed black instead of blue

  The computer is running Windows 7 x 64 adobe CS6.  The printer is a HP laserjet 3800dn the driver for the printer is PCL5 but it does the same thing with the Postscript driver printing.  We have a dark blue color that prints black for some reason any. In the right printing options before releasing the work that we changed the use Illustrator colors to use Post script colors, and it still does the same thing... Black prints where Blue is supposed to go on the document.  It doesn't matter if it's a .jpeg or plain text.  Send the job to another printer works which is a Xerox workcentre.

  Well, I thought that perhaps I jumped on where you say yellow printed, but blue didn't... I see is blue prints in black. And your screenshot, it's this box in grayscale I thought power have been set.

  You have another one of these HP printers? If so, it prints correctly?

  Did you that he is not a corrupt driver and or drivers updated on your system? Another computer can print to this printer?

  Seems that if the Xerox print it well, then it is not Illy.

  The printer is HP Deskjet 2050 J501.

  I changed from 81/2 X 11 to 4 x 6 photos - the first digital photo (B & W) was normal (all black). The second printing has been described, first black inches, then orange rest. I adjusted the printer to 81/2 x 11, the first impression has been described. I asked for assistance.

  I read your message and proceeded to print a test B & W 8 x 11 page. It was OK! The second test page is OK too.

  4502 WILL NOT PRINT BLACK.

  First of all my mac won't read 4502 - only as 4500 series (I don't know if that has anything to do with him)

  So even if the ink levels are fine and the test print appears far too, I am unable to print in black. I don't have the options to control the colors or shades of gray either. Help, please!

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I understand that you can not print in black ink on your HP Envy 4502, the test prints fine and your ink levels is ok. He is listed as the 4500 in software there are many printers in the series that the software is compatible with the institutions.

  I would like you to make a copy of the Envy 4502 black, made this impression? If YES, continue with the steps below:

  Scrub / uninstall

  • Open the Applications folder > folder HP or Hewlett Packard > Uninstall HP
  • Click continue, click on one of the printers in the list.
  • * Only perform this step if you have not all other HP printers. Hold down the command, Option , and command, while now the three buttons.
  • Click on Uninstall.

  Reset the printing system

  1. click on the Apple icon ( ), then click on System Preferences.

  2. in the hardware section, click Print & Fax/scanning. The Print & Fax/scanning dialog box opens.

  3. make a right click (or Ctrl + click) in the left panel and then click on reset printing system...

  4. click on OK to confirm the reset.

  5 type the name and the correct password.

  6. click OK to reset the printing system. The Print & Fax dialog box shows any selected printer

  Note: This will remove all printers in the print and Fax/Scan, any printer deleted can be re-added later by clicking the sign plus (+) symbol...

  Repair disk permissions

  1. on the Dock, click Applications, then utilities.

  2. double-click click disk utility.

  3. highlight your hard drive / partition on the left (by default this is "Macintosh HD").

  4. click on the button to repair disk permissions at the bottom of the window.

  5. once the repair is complete, restart the computer.

  Restart the printer. Now you can download and install the printer software and install it. Click on the link below to start the download and follow the instructions on the screen:

  You are now able to print in black ink?

  My Photosmart HP 7510 prints black lines every 1/2 inch on the page when printing pictures what is the solution.  I cleaned the print heads and the print quality and the allignment.  What Miss me?

  I would suggest trying a hard reset with the printer.

  Hard Reset:

  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall

  Take out the toner cartridges.

  Wait for 30 seconds

  Plug the power cord into the printer and the wall (be sure that the printer is plugged into the wall and not a surge protector)

  Replace the toners/cartridges in the printer

  Let me know the results

• HP Officejet pro 8600 more: Page print black Pro with a few lines of Pentecost

  When I copy or scan by giving instructions to the printer, the pages are mainly black with some vertical stripes. If I scan the computer, using scanning and faxing of Windows I get a perfect scan.

  It is possible that these scans are using different wifi networks (my regular and direct network to the network printer); I don't know how to understand it! But it would not affect reproduction.

  Please, try the steps in the following order:

  1. Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the printer software.
  2. Clean boot the computer. How to perform a boot in Windows.
  3. Disable all Antivirus programs. Disable Antivirus software.
  4. Disable all firewall programs. The WF of end-to-end.
  5. Create a new user account. Management of user accounts and connections (Windows 10).
  6. Reinstall using the printer HP install wizard for Windows.

  Try scanning/copying again. If this does not resolve the problem, the printer will need to be repaired / replaced. Please Contact HP phone support for assistance. • HP CP4525DN print black all over the Page

  Hello, I have a HP CP4525 that prints black all over the page with the exception where there are printed words.  I reinstalled the fuser unit and tried to swap black ink.  It's a brand new printer from the box.  I have attached a picture of one of the printing as kind of hard to explain what the question.

  I ran hppsdr and has not helped. When I try to scan from the scan button to scan to computer, I was getting an erorr message to scan from the computer, but now it scans the same black page also. After HPPSdr.

• Adobe Acrobat Reader DC print black number lines

  I have a big problem with printing in format Adobe Acrobat, DC. The PDF looks fine in the drive. But when I print it, several lines are replaced by thick black lines. I tried different printers and printing to a PDF file, but the problem remains. When I print the file using another PDF (SumatraPDF) drive, it works perfect.

• Related table: space White/Page Question

  I have 2 Questions, they are two associated Table:

  1. in one of my document, an anchor of the Table starts on the new top of the Page, I don't know why (in the paragraph tag, is not defined for anywhere).

  Then the rest of the page is empty and begins on the next page, no Table should be displayed in the next line of the Table anchor?

  2. I also have another table that is several pages long. In this table, some lines are divided between pages (obviously because it is long several page table), however, the top on the Page row 2 (which is only 3 lines) could easily fit on 1 Page (which is half empty), but I don't know why FM8 and FM12 is splitting of lines in this way.

  Any answer will appreciated. Thank you.

  It's probably a combination of widows parameters and the orphans for the rows of the table, and maybe some settings to keep with lines that raises questions. The settings of the widows and the orphans are controlled in the table designer and for keeping with the settings are applied individually to the lines via the menu of Table Format > row suboptions.

• Photosmart HP 6510 will not print black text of emails but ok for photos and web pages

  Suddenly, it stopped printing black text of emails but prints black on web pages and images. I renewed the HP black cartridge and downloaded the HP PHOTOSMART FULL FEATURE AND DRIVERS SOFTWARE today and the problem persists.

  When I print QUALITY REPORT printing any black ink level is shown, but black media are there. very strange.

  Hi - I assume that the page that you see printed is the alignment page.  This happens usually if the alignment process has not been made.  All you should have to do is take the printed alignment page and place it face down on the scan scanner glass and press.  Who must complete the alignment process and eliminate the page printing every time.  If you have problems, try following the procedure described in this document.

  My printer worked fine for 2 years, then suddenly this week... the first printing line is missing! The first line of any text is printed only on the top of the book and at the bottom of the sheet, there is a gap between the last line of the text and the bottom of the paper. I.e. the printed text is not aligned to the Center vertically on the paper. I tried to shift from the printer and also restart the PC, but is always the same. She's also from any source print - Word or IE for example. I checked all the options of the printer and the settings of applications - everything seems OK and everything said A4 paper for example.   This is a problem with the imaging in the toner cartridge drum not be cleaned properly. You will need to install a new toner cartridge into the printer to solve this problem.

  Is the cartridges that you use a new OEM or revised one?

• HP3209a not printing black and white enamel but will display the web page

  I'm on Mac OSX10.8.  My HP Photosmart 3209 has suddenly stopped printing yesterday and had a pop up that says I got printhead problems.  I spent two hours on the phone this morning with two so-called experts feel, the first who said that the problem was with my iMac (he couldn't find it) and the second who said it was a problem with the printer (he couldn't find it).  The printer is connected to an iMac by USB cable.  It will not print e-mail or most of the pages of black and white but now curiously print a web page. BTW, I put new ink in it and did not help anything, and Printhead Cleaner ran about two dozen times.  I try to run an alignment but the page it prints which is for most of the blocks of color blue on half a page is not recognizable on the scanner when I try to run the alignment.

  I think that you always print head problems.  Go to System Preferences > print & Scan.  Click on your printer, click Options & supplies.

  From there, go to utility > Open Printer Utility, then clean the print head.
